第二个项目是呼拉圈，“哈!这是我最拿手的，我一定要赢”，说着，我转了起来，转得很出色，这项比赛一结束，我快速地跑到得分旁一看，我的分数好高。爸爸才转了几圈，“哗”的一声，呼拉圈掉了下来，爸爸没有灰心，自言自语地说：“不着急，慢慢来，还有两次呢!”因为爸爸想得高分而着急，一次都没转好，最后爸爸无奈地下场了。轮到妈妈了，妈妈想：“我比不上葛蕾，可要赢过她爸爸。”说到做到的妈妈真的得了第二名，在这场比赛中，我又得了第一名。

第三个项目是妈妈最拿手的踢毽子，妈妈可真厉害，一下子踢了 23 个，我和爸爸每人各踢了 3 个，我们真的很佩服妈妈。

第四个项目是玩魔方，不用说我肯定是倒数，因为这个项目是爸爸的强项，果然爸爸是第一名，妈妈第二，爸爸不到一分钟就扳好了一面，妈妈 5 分钟才勉强扳好，该我了，我手忙脚乱地扳起来，都超过 5 分钟了，还没扳起来。只好认输。

比赛结束了，评出了结果，我是冠军。通过这次比赛，我懂得了各人有各人的长处，我们要取长补短,才能有更大的进步。

跑步，可以是我发泄自己情绪。每次我总是因为一些麻烦的琐事而生气，而每次都不可以发泄出来，所以只能憋在心里，妈妈怕我憋坏了自己，就让我每次生气的时候都去跑步，以便发泄自己的情绪。生气的时候，我就加快速度一直跑。有一次，我很生气，妈妈把我的东西当做垃圾一样扔了，我抓起耳机和随声听就直往外跑，那时的我就像一头发怒的狮子，或是一只追赶猎物的豹子，跑得很快。渐渐地，我的体力有些不足了，我速度慢了下来。在跑的时候，我想:妈妈凭什么把我的东西当作垃圾一样扔了，为什么不跟我说说再决定扔不扔呢？我越想越生气，可我又转念一想：妈妈可能是以为那东西是我不要了的，所以才丢掉的。如果我之前能跟妈妈说清楚，可能妈妈就不会扔了。想清楚后，我也就不那么生气了。跑步可以发泄我的情绪，所以我喜欢跑步。

跑步每次都可以使我静下心来，每次都可以给我不一样的体验，所以我喜欢跑步。

Physical fitness is todays hot topic. And everywhere you turn you hear something new. But is it all true?

The more you sweat, the more fat you burn .

This myth has encouraged people to work out in extreme heat or wear layers of clothes or rubber or plastic weight-loss suits in the hope of sweating fat off. Unfortunately, its water theyre losing, not fat.

Fat burns when it is used as a fuel source for exercise, which doesnt happen initially. When you first begin to exercise, you burn carbohydrates or sugars. It takes about 20 minutes of easy to moderate aerobic activity before the transition from burning sugars to fat begins. (Aerobic exercise is any rhythmic and continuous activity that uses oxygen and large muscle masses of the body, such as the arms and legs. Examples are bicycle riding, jumping rope, walking, jogging, aerobic dance, and swimming.) So, to burn the flab, plan on working out at least 40 minutes.

If you stop working out, your muscles will turn to fat.

If you decrease your activity and continue to eat the same or more, you may gain back that spare tire that you worked so hard to lose. Its not, however, because your muscles turned to fat. M

运动有很多种，例如：游泳、爬山、跑步、棒球、打桌球、冲浪……等，而我最喜爱的运动就是爬山。

我之所以喜爱爬山是因为，爸爸以前带我试过很多种的运动，因为我喜欢大自然的美景，所以爸爸很累，可是去那里不但空气好、交通方便、回去又不会很晚，所以我一直是观音山长久以来的顾客。

爬山虽然不用做体操，但一定要小心有蛇和其他不知名的动物，如果是去爬难爬的山，一定要拿登山拐杖，以免受伤，还有不要在下雨过后上山运动，因为场地湿滑，很容易就踩到水滑倒了。爬山还要多人同行，如果被蛇咬到还有人可以打电话，而且去爬山也可以享受大自然的美妙!

我第一次爬山时很累，爬到路边时，我看到小松鼠在树枝间寻找食物，真是可爱。途中，气温热热的，强烈的太阳照到我们，还好有树荫遮住那强烈的太阳，变温暖 的阳光。爬到一伴我就已经气喘如牛了，我还看到美丽的小花，摇摆的的小草，还有新鲜的空气，真是美妙的大自然啊，爬到山顶时，我已经大汗淋漓、感到全身舒 畅。爬到山顶可以和家人一起野餐，一起享受快乐的一天，希望大家可以踊跃来爬山，让身体更健康!

Most kids like animals. Girls like cats, and boys like dogs. However, my favorite animal is the horse.

The horses are strong, not like the tame cats or puppy dogs. They look wild and hard to get close. Yet, they will be very timid and friendly after they get to know you. Horses remember the way home. They are also faithful to their masters. They even understand what you are trying to tell them. Ive heard many stories about how a horse saved his masters life. Thats also the reason why I love horses. They never betray you.
