那时我才6岁，那年的暑假一开始，老妈就给我报了一个“暑假游泳培训班”。我非常高兴，心想：马上就可以学游泳了，oh ye!可是刚到游泳馆，看到那深深的水池，我却害怕得双腿发抖。虽然老妈和教练一直在鼓励我，可是我还是不敢下水，而且还差点哭了!在同学们怀疑的目光中，老妈只好对我说：“胡泰源，你不是说你很喜欢游泳的吗，怎么?难道还没下水就要放弃了?”我只好无奈地跳下泳池。没想到的是，我一下水，就抢了好几口水。呛水的滋味可真难受啊——鼻子发酸、喉咙堵得发慌。我痛苦的只想打退堂鼓了!但是我看到的却是老妈严厉的目光。老妈又说：“做什么事情都不能半途而废!这道理你已经清楚了!”于是我只好忍受着呛水的痛苦，跟着大家一次又一次地将头埋入水中，和教练苦练游泳的基本功••••••第一节课终于结束了。由于我表现突出，老师让我当了小班班长，我心里乐开了花。

在接下来的十五天里，经过我的努力刻苦的学习，我成了班上游泳最好的一个。老师和同学都夸奖我。我开心极了。

之后的日子里妈妈常带我去游泳。我发现游泳的花样很多，有蛙泳、有自由泳、有蝶泳、有仰泳、还有花样游泳。我只学了其中的蛙泳，但和其他的人交流中，我自学会了自由泳泳，蝶泳也会了一点点。虽然这不是专业的蝶泳和自由泳，但我很快乐，因为我发现自己的学习能力挺强的。尤其在游泳方面很有天分。呵呵。

在我游泳运动中，我发现游泳还有其他的一些好处!游泳可以使关节不易肌肉受伤，在游泳时水的作用使肢体血液易于回流心脏、使心率加快，长期游泳会使心脏运动性增大，收缩有力，游泳还能改善体温调节机能、预防感冒、强壮我们的身体、在必要的时候还可以自救。

游泳给我快乐，游泳给我信心，游泳给我强壮的身体，游泳给我说不完的好处。这就是我喜欢游泳的理由。

Do you know about holidays? We like holidays. Parents and children enjoy holidays. Children receive many gifts from their parents. Parents also receive gifts from their good children.

Holidays are about happiness! Holidays are about a lot of food and drinks! Holidays are about families! Holidays are about beautiful clothes! Holidays are about music and dance! Holidays are about fireworks! Holidays are fun!

People look very happy. They go to restaurants and eat good meals. We see beautiful lights on the streets. We hear holiday music everywhere. We like holidays very much!

For each person campaign is very important. As the saying goes: Life is movement. For example on me, and I like movement from childhood and I often run, but I love playing soccer very much, untill today I played football for more than 10 years. I join the school team, although Im very confident individual skills, but after a lot of market failure, I began to realize that football is a collective movement, we need to meet to obtain the final victory. Although some people think that playing soccer is to play football, but I understand it from a lot of life philosophy, really, I love football.

Our school will hold a sports meeting soon.It will be held from March 1st to 3rd in our school gym.I think a lot of athletes who are the best of our school will compete for the prize.This meeting will have a lot of sprots,including basketball,running,footbal,high-jump,long-jump and others.It is obvious that I am not good at any of it.But you,Jack,I konw you are good at running.Can you take part in the 400-metre-run to honour for our class?If you agreed,you must go to the gym at 3:00p.m..Dont be late,or you wont able to enter it.Good luck!All of the class hope you can get any of the prize!

人人都有自己的爱好，有的人懒散，有的人好动，而我是属于好动的一类，因而和小小的羽毛球结下了不缘。

前几天，吃过晚饭后，爸爸、妈妈 带我去打羽毛球，一进羽毛球馆，就看到了许许多多的叔叔、阿姨们带着小朋友来打羽毛球，看到球场上的小朋友们非常认真，我也叫爸爸教我打羽毛球，爸爸同意了，还对我说：“打羽毛球不仅可以锻炼身体，而且个子还会长高。”我听了非常高兴!

那天傍晚，我拿着羽毛球拍，跟着妈妈的屁股后面慢吞吞地向羽毛球场走去，就这样我开始走进羽毛球的世界。

我经常和妈妈打羽毛球,一打就是半个小时,有一次还打了一个小时呢.羽毛球在空中飞来飞去,像一只漂亮的白蝴蝶.才打了一会,妈妈就没力气了,看到这个好时机,我就向左打,又向右打......妈妈跑得气喘吁吁,她老是接不到我的球,我很得意.每次去打羽毛球时,我都是哼着小曲下楼的.开心极了!

我喜欢上打羽毛球了。

我最喜欢的小动物是小狗，妈妈幼儿园里有一只小狗叫小白，它身上的毛是雪白的，一对水汪汪的眼睛，想两颗明亮的珍珠滚来滚去，很讨人喜欢。

起初它不认识我。有一次，我和妈妈去幼儿园，它对我很凶，差一点就咬到我的腿，还好妈妈叫住了它，第二天，妈妈带去我进去，小白看到我妈妈就摇着尾巴跑来了，妈妈指着我对小白说，，这是自己人，以后不要咬了好不好.它看看我，摇摇尾巴，在我脚上嗅了嗅就走开了，我们就这样认识了，我渐渐地喜欢上了它。

小白对妈妈最亲热，它每看到妈妈都会跑来缠住妈妈的脚汪汪叫，好像在说主人，给点吃的。妈妈说，忘记了，没有给你带。它不愉快的走开了。它对我也很亲热，有一次，它跑到我跟前要吃的，我只好把刚买的鸡腿给了它，它吃的狼吞虎咽，口中还发出呜呜声。它吃完鸡腿，我就逗它玩，它像风一样的跑着，我怎么也追不上，后来，它在草坪上等着和我玩。

这就是我喜欢我的小狗，一个讨人喜欢，尽职尽责的小狗。
