我最喜欢的球类运动是打篮球，我从四年级就开始打篮球了，一开始我们只是找个小场地玩求职到五年级时有了篮球设那时我们只是有兴趣才加入的，之后在教练的教导下慢慢了解它的规则，才开始爱上打篮球。五年级的下学期有一场比赛，那是我们的第一是参赛，所以每天只要一有时间，不管是早自习或是午休的时间，都看得到大家努力练习的身影。

五年级时大家都还是很热爱篮球，一听到又会有一场比赛大家都很兴奋，又可以继续打篮球了，因为有了前次出去比赛的经验，所以这次才能比较这么紧张，这次的比赛只有我们自己上场，这次比赛的成绩我们打得还不错赢一场输一场。

等到我们毕业后就要换四五年级的学弟和学妹出去为学校出去比赛，为校争光了，希望他们也会有不错的成绩。

There are five rings on the Olympic flag, which are considered to symbolize, the five continents: Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and America. The Olympic motto is: "Swifter, higher, stronger." The Games can promote the understanding and friendship among different peoples and different nations.

每个人都有自己喜欢的运动，但是不一定都一样，而我喜欢的运动包罗万象，例如：游泳、跑步、打篮球、躲避球、骑脚踏车等等。其中就属“游泳”是我最喜欢的运动。

刚开始学游泳的我糗态百出，一开始只会乱打乱拍，两只脚更是不听使唤的乱踢，溅的水花四处飞，加上又不会换气，所以始终是在原地踏步，也渐渐的开始对游泳有点心灰意冷，若不是家人给我鼓励和信心，我早已对自己放弃了。

为了让我能再次对游泳重拾信心，家人让我去参加游泳训练课，也不时的鼓舞我给予我极大的勇气帮助我重新振作起来，现在的我已经不是昔日吴下阿蒙的我，不管是各式的泳式我都如鱼得水，也因我的认真学习夺得教练的赞赏，赋予我一个小小老师的头衔让我从旁协助。让我喜不自胜迫不及待的想快点告诉家人一起分享这份喜 悦。

如今我不再惧怕游泳了，反而比以前更热爱这个运动，不但我的肺活量增大，游泳技术也进步不少，如果不是当初家人给我鼓励和支持，给了我极大的勇气，让我知道凡事都会碰到挫折和困难的，也让我得到了一个启示“一分努力、一分收获”。因此希望大家可以多运动，一方面享受其中的乐趣，另一方面又可以健身喔!
