健身对我们的身体有好处，所以学校决定开展快乐1小时的活动，大家听了也很高兴。

早上，我们陆陆续续走进学校，8：00到了，一排排的队伍走进操场开始做操、升国旗，接下就是快乐1小时，一年级玩的是小皮球，二年级玩的是跳短绳，三年级玩的是跳长绳，四年级玩的是打羽毛球，五年级玩的是灌篮球。

小明看了不停地傻笑，脸都红了。我说了一句：“唉，这是什么世道，连羽毛球都学会了钻裤裆。”操场东边，突然安静一下，然后笑声响彻了整个操场，有的笑得不行了，说：“大哥，我还小，别再惹我笑了，我快死了!”

铃声响了，快乐1小时结束了，有的人一边捂着肚子，一边擦眼泪。我兴奋地说：“我还没玩够呢!”

我们每天早上都这样锻炼身体，一个学期后，我身体强壮了。其实，我每天晚上都看见在人行道上，在小区公园里，在健身房里……许多人都在跑步、打太极拳、打乒乓……他们都是在体育健身，小孩为的是从运动中取得快乐，青年人为的是让身体更好、更强壮，让工作时的精力更旺盛，老年人为的是健身益寿和度过一个快乐的晚年。体育健身多么好啊，不仅锻炼身体，还给我们带来快乐，我爱健身运动，我爱体育!

运动有很多种，例如：游泳、爬山、跑步、棒球、打桌球、冲浪……等，而我最喜爱的运动就是爬山。

我之所以喜爱爬山是因为，爸爸以前带我试过很多种的运动，因为我喜欢大自然的美景，所以爸爸很累，可是去那里不但空气好、交通方便、回去又不会很晚，所以我一直是观音山长久以来的顾客。

爬山虽然不用做体操，但一定要小心有蛇和其他不知名的动物，如果是去爬难爬的山，一定要拿登山拐杖，以免受伤，还有不要在下雨过后上山运动，因为场地湿滑，很容易就踩到水滑倒了。爬山还要多人同行，如果被蛇咬到还有人可以打电话，而且去爬山也可以享受大自然的美妙!

我第一次爬山时很累，爬到路边时，我看到小松鼠在树枝间寻找食物，真是可爱。途中，气温热热的，强烈的太阳照到我们，还好有树荫遮住那强烈的太阳，变温暖 的阳光。爬到一伴我就已经气喘如牛了，我还看到美丽的小花，摇摆的的小草，还有新鲜的空气，真是美妙的大自然啊，爬到山顶时，我已经大汗淋漓、感到全身舒 畅。爬到山顶可以和家人一起野餐，一起享受快乐的一天，希望大家可以踊跃来爬山，让身体更健康!

我叫张赛赛，是一个学习中等的小学生，今年十岁，属猴。我有一双圆溜溜的大眼睛，两只灵巧的耳朵，一个灵敏的鼻子，还有一张小巧玲珑的嘴巴。我的`优点很多，但最令我骄傲的就是我的“飞毛腿”。

有一次，我和小区里的小伙伴们一起在楼下玩，我们也不知道该玩什么才好。突然，我灵机一动，从地上蹦了起来，对小伙伴们说：”我们要不比赛跑步吧？”小伙伴们左思右想，都想不出什么好玩的，然后就异口同声地说：“好吧！”

我们纷纷从花坛上下跳下，各自脱掉自己的外衣。接着，我们做了一些准备运动，就马上站到了起跑线上：“一、二、三、跑”只听一个伙伴的口令，我们都争先恐后地跑了起来。

我迈开长腿，飞快地跑了起来。我目不转睛地盯着终点，心怦怦直跳，我回过头看了看伙伴们，他们正在起劲地跑呢！我又加快步伐，啊，离终点不远了！我使出了九牛二虎的力气向前冲，哇！我跑到终点了！我停了下来，这时，我已经气喘吁吁的了。后面的小伙伴已经紧跟上来了。我们个个都满头大汗“咕咚咕咚“地喝下了一杯水。

小伙伴们有的一手拿了一片树叶，在树底下玩泥沙，藏了“宝藏”；还有的在树底下玩游戏。我嘛，当然是在那凉快的树荫底下悠闲地喝着水了。

我想跑步可真快乐，今天让我在小伙伴们面前大显身手了一回。我多想让学习和跑步一样优秀，我会加把劲，更上一层楼。
