有一次我们上体育课，老师教我们学跳绳。我按照老师的要求，先拿起一根跳绳，开始做准备活动。准备活动做完以后，我双臂抡起跳绳，开始学跳。开始跳的时候，我老是跳不好，脚跟老是绊绳，跳不过去。我试了一次又一次，还是跳不过去，实在受不了了。这时候，我就看见旁边的同学，发现她却越跳越快，动作轻松自如。我有些纳闷，就问她：“你为什么跳得这么好呢?”“其实也没什么，只要你在抡绳的时候，眼睛注意看着跳绳什么时候落地，当它快要落地的时候你就用力跳，就可以跳过去了。”她边跳边说，为我做示范。我学着她的样子开始练习，跳了几次，最后果然也能够连续跳了起来。渐渐地我越跳越轻松，速度也快了许多。

我终于学会了跳绳，非常感谢我的同学，心里也非常高兴!

As the proverb goes, “no one knows the value of health until he loses it.” From this, we know that health is very important to everybody. But how to keep fit? Many people believe that sports can offer people health and pleasure. As far as I concern, I think doing physical exercises have lots of advantages.

有句谚语这样说：“没人会在意健康的价值，直到失去了它”。从这一点，我们就知道健康对每个人的重要性。但是怎么保持健康呢?很多人认为运动可以保证身体健康，带来快乐。就我看来，我认为多做体育运动有很多好处。

First of all, doing exercises in the morning will refresh my body as well as give me a good appetite to eat my breakfast. What’s more, the air in the morning is really fresh and clean, so I can keep my mind clear and sound in the class. By doing physical every day I can keep my mind alert that I can finish my tasks in time. If I do not do any physical exercise, I will feel tired and my body becomes quite sluggish. During the night, I may find it becomes harder to fall asleep. Second, doing exercises everyday will help me to mound a better personality. It takes time and patient to do exercises. Sometimes I just want to give up, but my friends encourage me to carry on, then I feel a lot of satisfaction. Doing physical exercises makes me stronger and healthier. That’s my personal experience.

首先，早上做运动会让我精力充沛，有个好的胃口吃早餐。更重要的是，早晨的空气干净清新，这样我就能在课堂上保持一颗清醒的头脑了。每天的运动会让我思维敏捷，及时完成作业。如果我不做运动，我就会感到精神疲惫，身体迟钝。在晚上也变得难以入睡。其次，每天都做运动可以让我的性格变得更好。做运动要花时间和耐心。有时候我真的很想放弃，但是我的朋友们鼓励我坚持下去，然后我就从中获得了极大的满足感。做运动让我变得更坚强、更健康。这就是我的个人经历。

As a student, sports are indispensable. You can pick up your favorite sport and do it every day. Only in this way, you can have both pleasure and a healthy body.

作为一个学生，运动必不可少。你可以选择你最喜欢的运动，每天都锻炼。只有这样，你才能从中收获健康和快乐。

今天，我校举办了“亲子健身”趣味运动会，今天，我好开心！。

早晨，我校新修的操场上整洁一新，同学们穿着崭新的校服，整齐的坐在操场四周，等待着运动会的开始。

运动会开始了！仪仗队、花环队，彩旗队，踏着乐曲，昂首阔步绕场一周，威风极了。入场式之后，又看了花环表演，拉丁舞表演，老师的健美操表演，看到这些精彩的节目，同学们欢声雷动，操场上成了欢乐的海洋。

开始比赛了，首先是运“炮弹”。爸爸妈妈们齐心协力把我们这些炮弹运到了指定地点。在所有的参赛队员中，我是最重的一个“炮弹”，但是我的爸爸和另外一位叔叔还是克服了困难顺利的把我运到了终点，竟然还的了第一名。我高兴得简直跳了起来。

下午的跳绳比赛，我发挥得特别好，又取得了很好的成绩，你不知道，课余时间我不知练了多少遍呢，今天终于大显身手了。

这次运动会，我班的了六张奖状，总分第一名。这是我们全体家长，同学和老师努力的结果。这里面，有我的一份力量。我大声的对你们说：今天，我好开心！

篮球是在我们班最吃香的一项运动。因为男生女生都爱这项运动，我们的体育课简直成了NBA的赛场，各路女生，各路男生，都八仙过海――各显神通。

你问我爱篮球为什么这么深，我告你吧!那是一节体育课，同学们都在打篮球，有的一个三步上篮，又被一个绝世封盖盖了下去;有的一个三分儿远投，却又打住了篮框弹了出来;有的一个耍了个胯下，却不小心给带丢了。哇!这是什么?配合得这么好，胯下，上篮，传球，三分，进啦!仔细一看，这是篮球队的呀怪不得呢，打的这么好，从此我就爱上了篮球。

早在2006年的时候，老妈就给我报了一个篮球班，那里什么都学，比如：砸板练习，胯下运动，投篮练习等等，在那里我学会了很多篮球的技巧，在同学们中，我算是打得好的。由于多练习，臂力就日渐大了起来什么投三分呀，都不是问题。

为什么把篮球列为我的最爱呢?因为它包含了我2年学习的成果，有谁为了一个自己不爱的课目自愿学两年呢?

篮球，不仅是我的最爱，也是常泊宁的最爱，因为他就是校篮球队的一员，他和我一样，也酷爱篮球，我一直记恨他，因为他投三分比我要准一些，个子比我高的多，篮球玩的比我好!

我酷爱篮球，因为它注入了我的心血，它让我有了一种把篮球玩好的责任心，我也有这个信心!

我喜欢的体育运动

每个人都有自己喜欢的体育运动，因为体育运动对我们小朋友的身体健康起很重要的作用。

老师们、同学们！你们肯定不知道我喜欢的运动项目是什么吧？那就让我来告诉你们吧！我喜欢的体育运动项目有跆拳道、街舞、跑步、滑冰、蛙式滑板、弹跳杆、自行车、空竹、悠悠球、羽毛球、乒乓球。。。。。。非常非常的多。

要学会这些运动说难也难，说简单也不简单，只要自己用心去学习，坚持、坚持、再坚持，任何运动项目都可以学会的，要相信自己。 最后我来告诉大家我为什么最喜欢这项运动，是因为我的理想是成为这项体育运动的运动员。为了自己的身体健康，所以要积极多参加各项体育运动。
