我比较喜欢运动，尤其是打羽毛球。我运动，所以我阳光。

平时，我早上会在6点左右起床，然后下去跑操，至少三圈，吸一下新鲜的空气，这样精神了，吃饭也会很香，上学或现在做作业，都很精神好多了。

我最喜欢的是打羽毛球。爸爸常对我说，打羽毛球不仅仅是锻炼人，而且能做到“准、狠、快”，就能让对方防不胜防，也能让对方佩服的五体投地。就能感受到很多的道理。

我从小就爱跑步，这种念想是源于对运动的热爱，对生命的珍惜，对快乐的`崇拜。

跑步前的准备是紧张的，在每一次迈开步子的时候，将全身的疲惫都抛在一边;跑步的过程是快乐的，这是跑步最吸引人的特质;跑步的结束是充盈的，享受每一滴汗水从额头到脸颊，这种感觉是惬意的，阳光的......

有一次，我去参加跑步比赛，可在400米得预赛中，我两腿像灌了铅一样艰难的移到起跑线上。一声响我们都像离弦的箭一样冲了出去，在我耳旁的风呼呼地吹着，果然不出我所料，还没跑完200米，我就精疲力竭了。直喘着气，肚子也开始疼了，身后的同学也一个连一个超过了我，我心想：不行，当最后一名多丢人啊!我就像热锅上的蚂蚁一般，可是身子就是不听使唤，反而越跑越慢了。

终于，就剩下最后100米了，我心里默默地喊着：我要坚持!我要坚持!我闭着眼睛奋力冲刺，超过了几个人，到了终点，和蔼可亲的老师走过来对我说：“好样的!”

我微微的笑了，我从来没有这么如释重负，也没有这么快乐过，虽然没有得到名次，但我也很自豪，因为我学会了坚持，懂得了超越自我，我现在才觉得，跑步也是这么的快乐。

友谊与关爱，快乐和奋斗，斗志和毅力，一切都在跑步的过程中表现着.延续着.传承着。

Every morning, I will wake up early and then do some exercise. I like running very much, so I will run around my house. Running on the street and park, I can see the city in its morning face, the street is so quiet, some people are dancing, some are walking. I enjoy running in the morning, I feel so comfortable, I feel life is easy and happy.

Among all means of transportation, I like bicycle most. It’s cheap as well as popular.

There are many advantages to ride the bicycle. In the first place, riding bicycle makes me feel independent. I can go anywhere by bicycle. Especially during rush hours, I can still move freely. Secondly, using a bicycle is good for environment protection, because it wont emit any waste gas. Moreover, bicycle riding is also a good sport. While riding a bicycle, I can exercise myself, which is healthful to me.

In my free time, I often ride my bicycle to get around in the downtown area or in the countryside, so as to relax myself. Its really a nice outdoor activity for me, I think.

My favourite season is autumn. The weather in autumn is neither hot nor cold, its so cool, that makes people feel very suitable. Also it is the season that people can get the harvest of the crops from the field. We can go to fly kites in autumn .

In 2000 Sydney Olympic Games, Li Xiaopeng and his teammates were outstanding, winning gold in the prestigious mens team event, a first for Chinas gymnasts. Li Xiaopeng also won an inpidual gold medal in the parallel bars.

However, due to a severe foot injury, Lis performance in 2004 Athens Olympic Games was unsatisfying. 一、倡导健康新理念，形成健身好风尚。有了健康的体质，才能幸福地生活;有了健康的体质，才能精心地育人;有了健康的体质，才能更好地工作。让我们唱响“全民健身”主旋律，倡导“关注健康，珍爱生命，善待身体，快乐工作”的观念，树立“每天健身一小时，健康工作每一天，幸福生活一辈子”的理念，强化“我锻炼、我健康、我幸福”的意识，在教育系统形成自觉锻炼、主动健身、追求健康的良好风尚。

二、选择锻炼新方式，培养健身好习惯。坚持“因人而宜、适时适度”的原则，选择适合自身特点和兴趣爱好的慢跑、快走、广播操、太极拳、健身操、篮球、乒乓球、羽毛球等健身活动。广大在职教职员工坚持每天1小时体育活动时间，做到工作、健体两不误;退休老教师要发挥健身示范作用，延年益寿夕阳美;女教职工要动员家人常健身，建好和-谐小家庭。

三、学习运动新知识，掌握健身好方法。要树立科学健身意识，主动学习健身知识，认真制定长期的健身计划;要循序渐进，选择适宜运动，讲究方法，避免运动疲劳;要注意增加营养，保持充足体力，提高防病能力，远离亚健康;要提倡以户外健身为主的

广大教职员工们，让我们积极行动起来，从我做起，从现在做起，以健康的体魄、饱满的热情、乐观的心态和进取的精神，积极投入到全民健身运动中来，为构建和-谐教育再立新功!
