在3年前的暑假里，我和爸爸妈妈到姐姐家去玩，我高兴极了，为什么呢?因为姐姐在电话里说来了就可以带我去游泳，从未游过泳的我，心想一定会好玩吧!到了后，我和姐姐，还有俺爸，我们三人一起去玩了。一来到游泳馆，我和姐姐换上泳衣，迫不及待地下到了水里。我不会游泳，所以，一直有一个吃得饱饱的“胖东西”陪着我。我一开始感觉非常新奇，靠游泳圈在水里刨来刨去。在岸上活蹦乱跳的我，到水里就“跳”不起来了，感觉很是费力，看见别人在水里自由自在地游，我就感到自己真没用，就想打退堂鼓，不想游了，可爸爸却不准我上去，像在赶“鸭子”似的，说：“快去游泳，你不是很喜欢游泳吗，干嘛不游了?”我只好又缩回水中。在我失望时，姐姐游过来，教了我一些游泳技巧，并让我慢慢摸索其中的要领。别说还真管用，我游得比以前轻松多了。后来姐姐说要和我比赛看谁游得快，一开始姐姐就游得很快，像小鱼一样，我怎么也追不到她。我输了，但我很高兴，因为我进步了。紧接着我说：“我们来憋气吧!看谁憋得久。”我很有信心，我边笑边想：这次我一定要赢。我大吸一口气，一头栽入水中，我有点开始恍惚了，但我知道，我一定要赢的，我忍～～。大概过了10秒左右，姐姐忍不住了，将头抬上去了。“我赢了!”我大声喊了起来，我高兴极了，终于如我愿了。尝到了胜利的滋味，不知不觉2个多个小时过去了，我们要回家了。我依依不舍的爬上岸，告别了游泳池。

在游泳池里发生的每一件小事，都令我难忘，每个第一次都有不同的味道，有酸。甜。苦。辣等，每个第一次都是新奇的，每个第一次都让人回味无穷的。

知道为什么我最喜欢的运动是游泳了吧?

每个人都有自己喜爱的运动，我也不例外，你们猜一猜我喜欢的运动是什么?那就是跳绳。

要想学会跳绳非常容易，只要看准时机跳过去就可以了。我为了和同学在大课间玩跳绳，拼命的学，开始我没有抓好时机，把自己绊倒了，腿也青一块，紫一块好痛呀!练习了三两个星期，真想放弃，可又想起妈妈和我说的一句话：别人能做的，你也可以的，你只不过缺少的是耐心。每当我想放弃时，我头脑中就会出现妈妈说的这句话。从此我就开始脚踏实地去学习。

在暑假，我终于学会跳绳，虽然不是很厉害，可以跳三四下，为了让我跳的更厉害，李雅境去我家教我，她说：“其实跳绳比你想象的还容易。”听了她的话，我想了一下，跳了一会，嘿，别说还真容易，抓好技巧后我给自己定目标，一天11下。就这样天天练，我的跳绳技术比李雅境好多啦。

从次以后，我更喜欢跳绳了，因为它使我懂得了世上无难事只怕有心人总这句话，总之一句话：I like skip。

运动的意义非常重要，而且我们每个人都不能放弃运动，对于我来说也是同样的，它不仅强健了体魄，也丰富了我的生活，也让自己更加的快来。

在这个世界上有很多人都喜欢做什么事情，而我喜欢运动。我们强壮的身体是运动出来的，因为运动能让病毒不能侵入我们的身体。这样我们就能少花一些钱，少得一些病，父母也能少操一点心，这样我们就不用担心我们的身体。我们早上起来都要做运动，做运动的方法有很多种，例如：跑步、做操、压腿、做仰卧起坐等，有很多种。只要我们每天坚持运动，那么我相信我们的身体将更加健康。

我每天早晨都会运动，骑着车子去上学。下午放学后就会和爸爸打一会羽毛球，直到出汗，人出汗之后感觉非常舒服。上星期的时候，我身体不舒服，打了两天点滴，感觉就好了很多，但是，浑身不想动。爸爸喊我打羽毛球，让我运动一下，我运动了一会儿，感觉浑身来了劲，之后也没有再打点滴，吃了点药就好了，这在以前是绝没有的事，我以前身体较弱，有病时打点滴都得打好几天才能好，这更使我意识到运动的重要性。生命在于运动，只有参与运动，我们才能感觉到它的重要性，才能有健康的身体。

不管如何，简单的运动也能体会出快乐，更别说是自己感兴趣的，同时我也希望大家以后要多参与运动，让自己的生活更加美好。

运动的项目种类繁多，而且每个人喜欢的运动都不一样，有的喜欢打篮球，有的喜欢踢足球，有的喜欢游泳，有的喜欢……

我喜欢的运动——篮球。喜欢篮球的的朋友应该都知道NBA，是一个篮球联盟。

这学期不知道什么时候，班上卷起了篮球热潮。不但男生打连女生也打篮球。

而我在班上篮球技术也是名列前茅的啊。班上没人不知道我三分王的名字，如果把我叫做小三井寿也当之无愧啊!

只要一讲到体育课不管男生还是女生每个人都有劲。

体育课一到，全班同学就立马下楼，到操场集合。然后等体育老师说解散才能解散。老师每次一说解散，我们便开始玩篮球。

开始了，我一抢到球就到三分线上轻轻一跳然后投出去，嗖……进了。旁边便响起热烈的掌声。就连平时以为自己很厉害想和我比的人都赞叹不已。

投三分还不说什么，接下来的才是最吓人的，有一次体育课在打篮球，我接到球。到半个场地远的地方投，不止进还空心。而且这运动还有更多的规则，不仅仅是这样，让我更加喜欢这运动的是，他让我认识到团队的重要性，也让我体会到了乐趣和友谊的重要性。

雷德蒙在比赛结束后哭了，虽然他没有实现金牌，梦，但是他用自己顽强的意志维护了一个运动员的尊严和骄傲。这就是我最佩服他的地方，因为我们不论做任何事情，都不能轻易的放弃自己的目标和理想，比赛虽然很重要，但是运动精神更值得我们每个小朋友学习，我们要坚持完成比赛，战胜困难，战胜自己。

SinceI was a little baby, my parents read simple stories for me. They bought me manycartoon books with stories. They were my bedtime stories. Among all theinteresting stories, I like fairy tales most, because they are often beautifullove stories between prince and princes or Cinderella. They are so moved andfull of love. Besides, in fairy tales, no matter how much they suffer, theywill always live a happy life in the end. The happy endings bring hope andsatisfaction to people, making us hopeful to our own lives. 世界上的运动有很多种，其中我最喜欢的运动是一个需要水的运动叫“游泳”。

游泳前要先换泳装或泳裤，戴泳帽及泳镜，下水前还要做暖身操，做暖身操是为了预防游泳时抽筋，才不会有溺水的情形发生。

我喜欢游泳因为可以除了运动之外又可以玩水，而且夏天泡在冷水里全身凉爽舒畅，满身的暑气，全都消失不见了。如果又喝一杯冰冰凉凉的可乐，那真是一件心旷神怡的事，游泳的那一天晚上特别好睡觉喔。

游泳不但可以消暑，还可以运动强身，是一项令人喜欢的运动，暑假就快到了，真希望妈妈能帮我和妹妹报名参加游泳课，让我游个痛快!
