The Students Union is going to hold asports meeting next Saturday, April 24th.It will take place in the sports arenafrom 9 a m. until 5 p.m. All freshmen undergraduates are allowed to enter.Competition forms can be found in the entrance hall of the StudentsUnionbuilding. These must be returned by 7 p.m. Thursday evening at the latest. Inthe event of bad weather it will be held inside the sports centre.

有一次，我和段闯比赛。我先发了一个超低球，他马上回了我一个下旋，由于旋得太低，我没接住，第一局也就失败了。第二局开始了，我发现他有点得意忘形，就趁这个大好时机发了个高球，他还没回过神来就输给了我。关键看第三局，他的上旋没发好，我超常发挥来了个扣球，赢得了比赛。

每天早晨，我就早早的起了床，到小区里去训练跑步。有的时侯一练就是好几个小时，不停不息的练习。但只要想到其他人都比我跑的快时，说我跑的和蜗牛一样慢，我心想：我一定要坚持下去，不能气馁，要超越他们。“我便信心百倍，充满了无限的力量，不再感受到疲倦。

日复一日，过了很长很长的时间，等到我再次和朋友们比赛跑步时，竟取得了第一名。朋友们都很钦佩我，不敢再嘲笑我了，问我到底是怎么做到的。这时，我心里感受到很快乐。我自豪地对他们说：“只要不放弃，世界上就没有难事是做不成的。“从此我热喜欢上了跑步，一有空的时候我就会到小区里练习一下跑步，锻炼身体。

有一天，上体育课的时候，老师让我们两个人两个人的来比赛跑步，我和一个平时跑步很快的人来比赛跑步。别提我心里有多么的紧张了，以前一直跑不过他，我觉得我根本就跑不过他。比赛开始了，我明显落后他一节，我慢慢的追上了他，我们不相上下，最后时刻，我一咬牙，直线冲刺，我赢了，我赢了，我真的成功了，就连老师都说我跑的快呢!我听了心里美滋滋的!

大家都要多多锻炼身体，这样就能变得更加健康。我喜欢跑步，我相信大家也一定会喜欢上跑步的。
