刚开始学游泳的我糗态百出,一开始只会乱打乱拍,两只脚更是不听使唤的乱踢,溅的水花四处飞,加上又不会换气,所以始终是在原地踏步,也渐渐的开始对游泳有点心灰意冷,若不是家人给我鼓励和信心,我早已对自己放弃了。

为了让我能再次对游泳重拾信心,家人让我去参加游泳训练课,也不时的鼓舞我给予我极大的勇气帮助我重新振作起来,现在的我已经不是昔日吴下阿蒙的我,不管是各式的泳式我都如鱼得水,也因我的认真学习夺得教练的赞赏,赋予我一个小小老师的头衔让我从旁协助。让我喜不自胜迫不及待的想快点告诉家人一起分享这份喜 悦。

如今我不再惧怕游泳了,反而比以前更热爱这个运动,不但我的肺活量增大,游泳技术也进步不少,如果不是当初家人给我鼓励和支持,给了我极大的勇气,让我知道凡事都会碰到挫折和困难的,也让我得到了一个启示“一分努力、一分收获”。因此希望大家可以多运动,一方面享受其中的乐趣,另一方面又可以健身喔!
