记得第一次骑车的那天，我特意穿了一条很漂亮的连衣裙，自信满满地坐上自行车，还得意地踮了两下屁股，可回过头来一看，啊!晕了!好高哦!我的心开始有一些颤抖了!我握紧了龙头，生怕再出什么事。我准备去踩那个踏板的时候，心里又一颤。我的心里有了两个声音，一个说：“还是不要再骑了吧!万一一松手什么的，摔一跤可就真叫倒霉了!”我一甩头：“我怎么会有这种想法啊!”还有一个说：“坚持到底就是胜利!不能放弃!”“对!我要坚持!”就这样，我用这句名言攻破了一关又一关。最后，我能一下子跳上去骑了!我一兴奋，甩掉家长的手就往前骑，可是，当我反应过来的时候，我突然想起家长还没有教我下车晃忙之下，我死死地捏紧龙头，我能感到手心里全是汗。我眼睛直直的瞪着前方，我一边骑一边想，这样子不行，要想一个办法!果然，俗话说“一心不二用”这会，我心里想着别的，手就不听使唤了，眼看就要撞到铁杠子了，我闭紧双眼。只听见“啪”一声，我的眼泪就像泉水一样，应为，我看见了一块红红的，可转念一想，我都10岁了，在小区里哭，比我小的会怎么说呢?这一下到挺有作用，我马上停止了抽泣，把眼泪擦干，做在边上，可回想刚才的情景，我又要哭了，应为，我的膝盖上还有……我咬咬牙，准备“拼死拼活”了!我一下子站起来，脚上的伤好像也部疼了，还有一股神奇的力量鼓励着我!

就这样，我坚持了两天练习，终于学会了。

骑车不仅可以锻炼身体，在骑车的路上还可以看到很多美景，这也让我更喜欢骑车这个健身运动了!

人们常说：“只要功夫深，铁杆磨成针。”意思是在说：只要肯下功夫，不论干什么，都可以成功。的确，这句话在我身上得到了证实，并且使我爱上了一种体育运动-羽毛球。

成绩一直平平的我，自然一直对体育运动不敢兴趣。但是突然有一天，我在电视中看到几位大姐姐在打羽毛球，觉得很有趣，便请爸爸妈妈做我的‘教练’教我打羽毛球。

人们经常说：“万事开头难”也许和我本身体育就不优秀有关吧，我竟然学习了好久，球也发不过网子。

我最喜欢的运动就是跑步了。有一天妈妈让我和她去河堤旁边跑步，起初，我不想跑，妈妈在前面跑，我在后面跟着她慢悠悠地走。可是我觉得妈妈离我越来越远了，我有点害怕，也加快了步伐开始小跑起来，就在快要赶上妈妈时，我被路上的一块大石子给绊了一跤，一下子把我的腿给摔破了，两行不争气的眼泪也偷偷地跑出来凑热闹。妈妈赶快转身过来安慰我，她对我说：“男子汉，有了强壮的身体，那才是最好的，摔一跤没什么的，快跟着妈妈一块儿跑！”听了妈妈的话，我一骨碌爬了起来，觉得腿不是那么疼，小声对自己说我是男子汉，不能因为这一点点小事就要哭，我就跟着妈妈一块跑了起来。

不知不觉，我和妈妈跑了半个小时，妈妈直夸我，宝宝，真了不起！都能跟着妈妈跑半个小时！我突然间觉得跑步真是一件令人快乐的事！

蚂蚁是一种喜欢群居的昆虫，别看它微不足道，但它却拥有“大力士”的称号。一只蚂蚁能搬起超过自己体重50倍的物体。人如果能搬起自己体重2倍的东西都很了不起了。人要和蚂蚁比力气可真是望尘莫及。

以前，我曾听别人说过，蚂蚁们十分团结，我也亲眼见过，在蚂蚁洞口，众多蚂蚁共同对付一只活毛毛虫，心想，那只不过是生存需要，共同猎食罢了，好多动物像狼、鬣狗都是这样共同捕食，不足为奇。这么多有思维的蚂蚁天天在一起，不起内讧才怪呢!

后来，看到了一篇文章，让我对小小蚂蚁肃然起敬。这篇文章写道：一群蚂蚁遇到火灾，他们没有惊慌失措，立刻变换队形扭成一团，将蚁后、幼蚁这些可以维持种族生存的蚂蚁包在中间，迅速滚过火球，向河岸方向突围，蚁团不断发出外层蚂蚁被烧焦后爆裂的声响，但是蚁团却不见缩小。显然，这外层被灼焦的“蚁国英雄”们至死也不松动分毫，肝胆俱裂也不放弃自己的岗位。一会儿，蚁团冲进了河流里，随着向对岸的滚动，河面上升腾起一层薄薄的烟雾……但凡生物，都有求生本能，小小蚂蚁却能在生死关头，为了种族延续，选择牺牲自己，多么可敬啊!

和蚂蚁的团结比起来，我们应该感到惭愧。有时因为一点小事，和班里的同学就闹得面红耳赤，真不应该。原来这个世界上，崇高与伟大真的与个头、力量没有关系，真正重要的是精神上的强大，如果，我们具备蚂蚁这样紧密团结，勇于奉献的精神，还有什么事情我们不能完成呢?

我最喜欢的运动作文——踢足球

如果你想问我最喜欢玩什么，我会毫不犹豫地说：“我最喜欢踢足球。因为踢足球既能锻炼身体，又可以让一天紧张的学习生活得到放松，所以我喜欢踢足球。”

每个星期天，我都约朋友们到楼下的活动场地踢足球。我们一到“足球场”就七嘴八舌地商量如何分组，很快孙琪钧就抢先说：“他要和我一组，因为秦焕尧球技高，所以他一个人一组。”

球赛开始了。孙琪钧如一名真正的足球运动员，只见他认真地做了一下准备运动，然后左脚往前迈一步，右脚一抬再用力往前一踢，足球像火箭一样飞了过来。李昕提想用脚把足球挡回去，可是，足球却从孙琪钧脚下穿了过来，这时该我出击了，我学着孙琪钧的样子跑向前去用右脚对准足球狠狠地一踢，足球快速地向对方飞去，李昕提又轻松地把足球挡了过来。孙琪钧不服气，他跑上前去把足球挡了回去。就这样，足球在我们脚下来来回回地跑着。

不知过了多长时间，大家都累了，也该回家了，不过我们约好下次再来玩。踢足球能让我们的课余生活变得丰富多彩。我爱踢足球!
