经过了反复的练习，现在我的溜冰技术可使炉火纯青了呢!我喜欢溜冰，因为溜冰让我找到了自信;体会到了快乐;更让我锻炼了身体。

我最喜欢的体育运动是踢毽子儿.我喜欢踢毽子,是在半年前我和我表姐的一次踢毽子比赛.

那天,表姐到我家玩.我们一起写完作业以后,觉得有点儿累,于是表姐提议说：“我们来玩踢毽子吧.”“可是,我不会踢怎么办?”表姐说：“我先来做示范,然后你再踢.”说着,她踢了起来.1、2、3……她踢得可真多呀,一下子踢了10多个,该我踢了,我觉得腿有点儿不听使唤,胳膊也跟着较劲儿,只踢了2个,毽子就被我踢飞了.接下来我们又踢了半天,可我还是没有抓到要领,踢得还是很少.到了5点多钟,表姐被她爸爸接走了.我暗暗下定决心：瑕疵比赛的时候一定要超过她.于是我每天一有时间,就开始练习踢毽儿.

真是功夫不负有心人.这天,表姐又来我家了.我们同样先写作业,写完作业后,我主动说：“我们一起踢毽子吧.”我没和表姐说我在家每天坚持练习踢毽子,这次还是表姐先踢,她踢了18个.哈哈,我悄悄地笑了起来.该我了,我的心“砰砰”直跳,我真怕自己踢不好,21比18,我赢了.表姐看后很吃惊,问我怎么能踢这么多了?我告诉她我每天晚上坚持练习地结果.

现在时间长了,我的进步更左右脚交替地踢法.

踢毽子不仅使我能锻炼身体,还给我带来了快乐,我喜欢踢毽子!

I am writing to tell you my favorite sport.

Of all sports, I like table tennis best. I became interested in it when I was very young. At that time I would sit before the TV set, watching the matches about table tennis. I’m fond of Chinese Team players, such as Ding Ning, Wang Hao, Ma Lin, and so on. I think it is not only a sport but also an art because it is a game that needs strength and skill.

The reason why I like it very much is that it is our national sports as well as of great benefit to us. Playing table tennis can build up our bodies, keep us healthy and train our brains, What’s more, it can help us to learn to cooperate with each other. In a word, I like it very much. Though I can’t play it well, I still try my best to practice it.

I am also looking forward to learning about your favorite sport.

Today is Thursday, and the school spring sports meeting. Early in the morning, I woke up, because this is the first time after I was in primary school sports meeting, and I also want to take part in the game? I am both excited and nervous.

The students in school uniform to school early. A little later, games opening ceremony began. With high national anthem, we row tidy team came to the playground.

The official start of the game, the first project is our first grade of the relay. "Bang" a gunshot, athletes like arrows left blunt go out. It was my turn, although I was very nervous, but still caught the stick to run smoothly to the opposite. On the field of the wave upon wave of chants and cheers. How time flies, after a day of motivation, finally our class has won the first prize of the grade section, the students jumped happily. How happy games!

今天是星期四，学校举行春季运动会。一大早，我就醒了，因为这是我上小学后的第一次运动会，而且我还要参加比赛呢。我既兴奋又紧张。

同学们穿着校服早早来到学校。不一会儿，运动会开幕式开始了。伴随着高昂的国歌，我们排着整齐的队伍来到操场上。

比赛正式开始，第一个项目就是我们一年级的接力赛。“砰”的一声枪响，运动员们像离弦的箭一样冲了出去。在跑道的另一端，接棒的同学身子向前倾，拿到棒子后马上飞一般的往前跑。轮到我了，虽然我很紧张，但还是顺利地接住了棒子跑到了对面。场上的加油声、喝彩声一浪高过一浪，运动员们也一个接着一个飞速地跑着。最后，我们班得了接力赛第三名。接下来，又进行了二百米赛跑、垒球等比赛项目。

时间过得真快啊，经过一天激励的比赛，最终我们班得了年级段的第一名，同学们高兴地跳了起来。多么快乐的运动会啊!

我喜欢的运动员有：篮球运动员姚明，田径冠军王军霞，射击冠军许海峰，体操运动员李宁，跨栏冠军刘翔……但我最喜欢的是射击冠军许海峰。

许海峰在1984年的奥林匹克运动会得了我国奥运史上的第一块金牌，在此之前奥林匹克运动会上中国从没有得过一块金牌，这是一块有多么重大意义的金牌呀!我在书上看到了许海峰和瑞典神枪手在奥运会上的较量，比赛进行到了最会一枪了，27岁的中国选手许海峰比瑞典选手仅仅只多了一环。瑞典选手轻而易举地打中了10环!我想这下要想拿金牌恐怕不容易了。许海峰知道剩下的一枪多么重要：如果他打中了9环，将于瑞典选手并列第一;如果他打中了8环，那么他会败给瑞典选手。他举起枪瞄准，可是又放下了，就这样四起四落，看到这里我的心都跳到嗓子眼了，许海峰终于发枪了，子弹不偏不斜的落在正中央，裁判喊道10环!看到这里我不由得大喊一声：yes!许伯伯，你太棒了!真佩服许伯伯关键时刻的沉着、镇静，向许伯伯学习!许伯伯为中国实现了奥运会金牌“零”的突破，也迎来了中国奥林匹克运动会的新时代。

为中国加油，为中国有许海峰而骄傲!
