Some think we should try to help strangers. Helping others is a virtue，and

helping others is helping ourselves.We may come across some trouble and need

others help some day.If everyone isnt willing to help us just because we are

strangers to them，its hard to imagine what our world will be like.

However，some are afraid that helping others can sometimes bring us

trouble.Sometimes we are just misunderstood and even have to pay the cost of

kindness.

In my opinion，we should try our best to help others when they are in need

of help，but we should also protect ourselves from getting into trouble.If

everyone tries a little kindness，our world will be full of love.

I have dinner at about 6:30 p.m.. After dinner, I often go to the outside to play games with my friends. We live near to each other, so we always play together. Sometimes,we play table tennis or badminton. Sometimes, we ride on bicyles. Anyway, anything could be funny when we are together.I usually go home at 8:00 and then take a shower. After that, I spend sometime in study or watch TV. At 10:00p.m.,I go to sleep.

Happinessmeans different things to different people. For example, some people believe that if they have lots of money, they will be happy. They believe that if they are wealthy, they will be able to do anything they want, which means happiness. On the other hand, some people believe that holding a high position in the government is happiness. In this way, you have not onlymoney, but also many other things which cant be bought by money.

However, other people believe that having lots of money is not happiness nor is holding a high position in the government. These people value their beliefs, or their intelligence, or their health. They think these can make them happy.

For me, happiness is closely tied to my studies, my work and my family. When I made great progress in my studies, when I made contributions to the society through my work, when all the members in my family live in harmony, sharing good and sad times, I was happy. Although the definition of happiness depends on each individual my "wealth" of happiness is in my studies, my work, and my family.

曾经有有这样一个耐人寻味的小故事。

甲乙在森林里过夜。一早，森林里跑出一只黑熊。甲连鞋子也顾不上穿，拔腿就跑；而乙慌忙地穿上鞋子，甲问乙生死攸关了，为何还要顾着穿鞋？乙告诉他：“我不是要跑得过熊，而是要跑得过你！”

这则故事看似残酷，但却形象地反映出当今社会的现状。

在这个现代多元化社会中，随时随地会趁人不备之时冒出“黑熊”，这时人就要面临两个选择：一是坐以待毙，听天由命；二是奋力一博，不知输赢，也要全力一击。而选前者大多是优柔寡断，畏畏缩缩的懦者；而后者尽管不知输赢，哪怕是失败，那仍是苦难面前的强者。

说到这，又令我想起另一则故事，形象地诠释了竞争与合作的关系。

有一群人住在草原上，总受到野兽的侵害。若他们不断地练习跑步，各自比速度，不成为野兽的口中餐，这就是竞争；而若众人设计想法打死野兽，这就是合作。

由此看来竞争与合作是在这个社会生存的必然选择。竞争就是要比别人优胜，以此为筹码超越同行，在众人之中脱颖而出，战胜对手，从而提升自身的价值观。然而团结力量大，合作在当今社会中仍发挥着重要的优势，合作精神也应弘扬。从而说明这两者的关系是相互依存，相互配合，相互促进，共同促进着社会积极进步

而这本是个弱肉强食的世界，竞争无处不在。说大了是国与国之间的竞争，说小了是两人之间的较量。那么如何在竞争中脱颖而出呢？

一是要赋有上进心，绝不愚昧地满足于现状，停滞不前。要时刻具有危机感和压迫感，充分了解自己的竞争底线。别忘了你的对手也在努力，所以不应松懈，否则对手就会乘虚而入，这点在商业职场上尤其重要。因此这是竞争的前提。

二是要不断地学习扩充自身的知识面，时刻更新旧知识，在学习中不断激活大脑，积极培养自身的能力和创造力。这样才能快速地比别人获取多一倍的筹码，以速度战胜同行，以能力迎备竞争。因此这是竞争的中心环节，也是成功与否的关键。

三是要有正确权衡是非的人生观。竞争是良性，切不可扭曲了竞争的本意，这样才会让竞争在良好的氛围中蓬勃发展。这是竞争的保证。

The Great Wall is famous as the one of the miracles in the history, it attracts the people from all around the world to witness its greatess. But according to the research, the Great Wall is missing gradually, for it suffers the damage from both nature and human being. As the environment is polluted, the acid rain often comes and destroys the buildings in the long run. What’s more, the increasing number of tourists step on the bricks, which will damage the building. When it comes to competition and cooperation, some people always emphasize competition but neglect cooperation. Their reasons run as following: to begin with, they believe only competition can help them defeat their counterparts; in addition, they think competition is the only way to lead to success.
