以出租车公司为例，所有这些公司相互之间必然存在着竞争，但在竞争之前，它们首先要达成某些合作。例如确定一个共同的起步的价格，每家公司、每个人都必须遵守，这样就避免了相互间的砍价、削价竞争。然后再在此基础上凭借各自的良好的技术和服务来竞争，形成一个良性竞争的状态。而如果出租车没有一个统一的起步价格，都是自己随便定的话，许多人可能因为要抢生意而降低自己的利润，甚至损人不利己，很容易导入恶性竞争状态。其中很多人往往得不偿失，最后变成血本无归。 同样的道理适用于我们这个社会的各行各业。在人类共有的这个生存环境中，资源是有限的和共享的，所以竞争是不可避免的。竞争可以激发各方的智慧和潜力，是人类进步的动力之一。但竞争并不排斥合作，一味的竞争可能会导致竞争中的各方无谓的损耗，将竞争与合作相结合，在竞争中获得提高，在合作中实现共赢共存，才是作为社会性动物的人的生存之道。

随着经济的迅猛发展，个人之间、群体之间的竞争都呈现越来越激烈的态势，但与此同时，人们对合作的要求越来越多，合作也越来越紧密。既竞争又合作，在竞争中合作，通过竞争与合作共同发展，成为我们这个时代的特点，所以我们说，这是一个新的竞合时代。所有的行业工会都是既对立又合作的——为了行业的共同的利益首先必须合作，在共同的权益获得确保之后，再在这个领域里面做各自的发挥，在竞争中谋取自我利益的最大化。而这个竞争的过程，同时仍是与不同层面的合作的过程，因为只有合作才能使各方的资源得到最有效的利用，使每一方都最大程度地实现自己的目标，创造更大的财富。

因此，要想在这个时代胜出，我们就要随时保持这种竞合的态度。世界是无比丰富而复杂的，没有人能够拥有占有一切资源的能力，同时每个人都各有所长，每个企业都有各自独具的优势，通过合作达到资源整合、优势互补，使各方的力量都能够达到最充分的发挥，由此而实现效益的最大化，才是人类整体实现长足发展的正确道路。

每当从媒体上看到一些地方为争名人、名事、故地等的“正宗”吵得不亦乐乎时，总是忆起20年前的一段往事。1984年，我作为一家地方报纸的代表去南阳参加全省地市报纸协作会。热情的东道主不仅在会议间隙组织我们游览了卧龙岗武侯祠，而且在会后用车把我们拉到了百多公里外的襄阳去看古隆中。这在今天一些人看来未免有点犯“傻”：怎么可以把游客主动介绍给诸葛亮躬耕地———襄阳?而在我看来，南阳的同志此举显示了大度、大气。

不少人认为，竞争就是你死我活，竞争就不能有合作。竞争双方似乎注定是利益截然对立的“冤家”对头。其实，换一种思路看，情况并不一定是这样。拿有争议的名人名事故地等旅游资源的开发、利用来说，双方何不来个“不同而和”、资源共享、联合开发、共同发展呢?如果双方联手，你把游客送到我这里，我把游客送到你那里，岂不是双赢?而且，游客也学会了比较、增长了见识。当时，我在南阳、襄阳之行前，是通过“臣本布衣，躬耕南阳”、“我本是卧龙岗散淡的人”等文献，把诸葛亮、卧龙岗和隆中连成一条直线的。及至亲临其境，方知卧龙岗在南阳，而隆中则在襄阳。如果不是南阳同志的盛情与大度，我也不会增加这方面知识。

搞市场经济不能没有竞争。有竞争才能激发动力、增强活力，促使企业不敢稍许懈怠，不断推进科技进步，改善经营管理，降低成本，提高质量，增加效益。建设和发展也不能没有合作。有合作才能优势互补、取长补短、收拢五指、攥紧拳头、形成合力。马克思说得好，协作不仅可提高个人的生产力，并且是“创造一种生产力”，产生一加一大于二的神奇效果。聪明的人不但要积极与伙伴合作，也要勇于与竞争对手合作并从中获益。

如今，国外越来越多的大公司通过组建联盟参与全球竞争。竞争之中有合作、合作之中有竞争，这是对传统的竞争理念和模式的超越，是适应形势发展的必然选择。我国也有一些企业开始提出并实践这一理念。实践证明，过去那种仅仅把同行看成是“冤家”，认为有竞争就不能有合作的观点是片面的、有害的，它往往造成不必要的摩擦、内耗及浪费。而把竞争与合作结合起来，既竞争又合作，就能突破孤军奋战的局限，把自身优势与其他企业的优势结合起来，把双方的长处最大限度地发挥出来，既提高自己也提高别人的竞争力，实现双赢或多赢。

团结就是力量，联合就有优势。愿人们更明智地处理竞争与合作的关系，在积极竞争的同时，发扬光大团结协作精神。这样，才能把我们的事业发展壮大，越办越好。

人类从哪里来？这个古老的问题千百年来困惑着人们的心。

随着历史的发展，一百五十年前，达尔文推出了一本叫《物种起源》的巨着，以假象的事实宣称：人类是生物界优胜劣汰的竞争产物。从现在看来，它给我们的启示似乎还不仅仅是在生物学方面，而且揭示了一条伟大的事实：是竞争造就了人类！

竞争固然是好，但离不开合作，也可能黯然无光。所以，我们在竞争过程中，也要善于合作。竞争需要合作，合作需要竞争。俗话说：“一个篱笆三个桩，一个好汉三个帮。”又如我国经济生活中，有种“龟兔双赢理论”都充分说明合作的重要性。随着人类对环境的破坏，一系列问题摆在科学家面前，如癌症，爱滋病等疾病，臭氧层空洞，酸雨现象等问题，寻求这些难题的解决方案，只有通过科学家们的合作，才能逐一解决。20XX年4月14日，人类基因序列图绘制成功，人类基因组计划的所有目标全部实现。这一计划是美、英、德、法、日、中六过的科学家经过13年努力共同完成的，推动了生命与医学，科学的革命性进展，为全人类的健康带来了福音。也许在不久的将来，癌症、爱滋病就回消失在地球上。

我们中学生是社会的有机组成部分，难道我们不应该竞争？不必合作？错误的的答案是不应该，没必要，那正确的我就不用说了。作为当代中学生，就要增强自己的竞争意识，培养团结合作、乐于助人的品质，才能让我们自己更好的适应社会，立足社会。让我们一新的面貌去迎接未来的挑战！

在生活中，有许多道理值得我们发掘、反省。只有将他们的意思深刻领会并严格遵守，才能成为生活的赢家。

暑假，我参加了一个好玩、有趣，又含有科学知识的夏令营，认识了许多新同学。分完组后，老师便要求我们以最快速度搭建一个布局合理的小区模型。我们很快便进行了激烈讨论：有人说先将零件分到每人手中再搭，而又有人说谁拿到了零件就谁搭。正当我们喋喋不休地争论时，老师却一声令下：“开始!”我们只好手忙脚乱地开始搭建。

其他组都如同一条流水线，有条不紊地搭了一件东西，只有我们组正一窝蜂地胡乱取零件，即使有人找不到相应的零件，也没有人愿意帮助找零件。在强烈的对比下，我们队因为不团结，乱成了一锅粥。可欲速则不达，零件箱中早已挤满了大家乱动的手。大家只顾着拿零件，即使拿到了别人的零件，也不把零件放回箱子里。于是，大家的心情变得越来越焦躁，越来越急着想取得零件。

果然，当别的组都搭完了指定模型时，我们组只搭完了百分之九十五。因此，我们组毫无悬念地成为了最后一名。但我们分析失败原因时，队长首先发言：“这次失败都是因为我们内部不团结。下次，我们一定要统一意见，超过其他组!”话音未落，我们便又激烈讨论起来，最后我们达成了一个共识：每人搭两个部分，快的人还可以搭剩余的一些小部件。于是我们便跃跃欲试地等待新一轮比赛的开始。

“嘟”一声哨声响起，我们便以迅雷不及掩耳之势开始了搭建。我们个个神情严肃，专注于搭自己的那一部分，此时，已听不见旁边的物品发出的震耳欲聋的声响。因此，我们的动作虽然快得眼花缭乱，但是没有一丁点差错。这回，其他组倒显得手忙脚乱了。不一会儿，我们就只剩下几个路灯没搭好了，可这时“啪”的一声，一枚零件掉在地上。怎么办?大家赶紧伸手去捡，幸好一眨眼就找到那个零件，几乎没耽搁一点时间。不一会儿，我们完工了，以三分三十秒的好成绩从最后一名一跃成为了第一名，受到了老师的嘉奖，大家这才如释重负，长长地舒了一口气。

事后，我才发现这件事并非只给我们队一次胜利，还让我们真正懂得了一个道理：人心齐，泰山移。只有团结互助，才能得到圆满的结局。

With the increasing use of cell phones, spam message has become a heated problem. According to a survey, on average, people receive about 40 pieces of spam message per month. Spam message can disturb, confuse, or even threaten people at any time.

Generally, there are two tesons for the spam epidemic. On one hand, due to the face that text message is a comparatively cheap channel, many companies take advantage of it to advertise their products or servies. Whether people are willing to receive the message is neglected. On the other hand, those holding lots of imformation on cell phone users sell the information and make money our of it.

To solve the problem of spam message, people should make joint efforts. The government should set up laws to severely punish the illegal advertisers and those who disclose information. Cell phone researchers and developers should upgrade the products and enable them to delete the spam automatically. Should people ace together, they will be free from the spam message.

Many people believe that we have developed into a “throw-away society” which is filling with plastic bags and rubbish. What do you think?

Wind blows up bags higher and higher in the sky. It is a scary thought that some day the earth will turn into a huge garbage land. Wastes, if not treated properly, will make our life a living nightmare.

The environmental issue is getting worse almost every day in cities with very large population. As is often the case, city development outpaces environmental protection. People consume great amount of natural resources and produce wastes. To effectively address such problems, cities need to spend big money. In addition, they need to call to the attention of people to become more environmentally responsible.

Many people are becoming less responsible and easily influenced by bad behaviors. “Why should I care while others shouldn’t?” Such idea makes some people only concern with places where they live and work. Furthermore, people sometimes even purposely litter for revenge to other people.

Although media promotes environmental awareness, good people are often snubbed as posers who try to set up a superior image in real life. Consequently, they are intimated of receiving negative comments for doing the right thing. Wrong as it is, such phenomenon is widespread especially among youngsters and people with low income and little education.

However, our society is waging a campaign against environmental pollution. People learn the harms of un-degradable lunch boxes and other polluting wastes. Laws in many countries prohibit or limit excessive use of polluting bags. Companies are continually replacing the old materials with more environmental friendly and recyclable kinds. Scientists have developed more effective technologies in waste treatment. As time goes by, more and more people put high priority on the protection of environment for a healthier life.

To sum up, people produce huge amount of garbage and the environment is seriously polluted because of lack of financial resources, sense of responsibility, or efforts. But the world will not turn into a “throw away” society if people put in sufficient efforts to protect our environment.

As we know, many great people could succeed just because they did everything big or small earnestly.

Preserving Natural Resources

However, natural resources are not inexhaustible. Some reserves are already on the brink of exhaustion and there is no hope of replacing them.

As you know,theres no enough clean water for people. So many of them lose their lives because of water. Its time that we must do something useful to protect our environment. We can plant trees and take good care of them.

We can save the water and ask our parents to do so. We cant throw any litter onto the ground and we should collect them for recycling.

If we take good care of our earth today,it will be more beautiful tomorrow.
