When we read newspapers, we often come across the word pollution. This word was not familiar to the people some decades ago. But now, it is a serious threat to us because.it means the poisoning of the air, seas, rivers and lands, which would do harm to our health.

There are many factories that bring pollution to us. We can not have fresh air in the morning. This is mainly because of the poisonous smoke coming from factories, especially chemical ones. here are some suggestions. first, treat people sincerely. we should be ready to help each other when someone is in trouble. second, behave yourself. keep our environment clean and take good care of every tree and every flower. third, try to be polite. when we meet someone we know, a “hello” is good enough. then, we can gain their respects for us.

of course, there are still a lot of things we can do to build the harmonious campus. anyway, doing something good to our campus is our duty. let’s do it from now on.

人生就是一场旅行，且行且珍惜。最近我报名参加了一个厦门的义工旅行，热情高涨。可遗憾的是并未入选，随后我又报了一大大理的义工旅行。我仍然相信，念念不忘，必有回响。

生命如旅，真正的美好总在路上。我见证了她很多段感情，每一次的遍体磷峋都换来了那么深刻的记忆。每每我都想要替她放弃吧，苦苦坚持换来无尽等待的意义在哪？我诉说着她的故事，悲喜交集。我以为自己懂了感情，而今发现未必。一辈子是场修行，短的是旅行，长的却是人生。人生一直在路上，有脚踏的路，有心路，深一脚浅一脚的，心在路上，喜怒哀乐是那沿途的风景。风景，无论美或不美，都是对未来的憧憬。

Sports do us good in many respects.It goes without saying that taking

exercises can build up our physical strength. In collective sports like

basketball, volleyball, or football, we will learn the importance of

cooperation. While taking part in sports game, we will try our best to win and

arouse ourselves the competitive spirit. Sports can also help us relax after a

period of exhausting work. However, as the saying goes, "there are two sides to

everything", and sports is without exception. We may hurt other players or

ourselves if we are not careful enough when participating in sports activities.

Whats more, excessive or severe training can do harm to our health.

My participation in sports tells me that sports can make us healthy both

The Advantages of Travel Alone

I like to travel to different places, I can see the beautiful scenery and get to know the different cultures. My friends and I always travel together, we make many plans in advance. But the plans will always be interrupted by all kinds of unexpected incidents, like the bad weather, the holiday being cancelled, so we have to spend another time to wait for the trip. Traveling alone can ignore these problems, I can go to travel whenever I want, I just need to pick up my backpack, and then buy the ticket. It is so free, I don’t have to wait for others, I can go to the places I want to. Traveling alone is good.

When I was in primary school, my mother sent me to learn ballet, like other

mothers, she hoped me to act like a princess, but I was not interested in

dancing, so I quit the class. Later my mother tried to send me to learn singing,

but I had no talent in it. When my mother’s friends were talking, they were so

proud of their children, because they had the talent in dancing and singing. I

felt a little loss, I must find my own talent and learn some skills. I found I

was very interested in painting, now I have learned it for four years, my

This winter holiday I have been to BeiJing for a travel. it was a great journey! we have went to see the Imperial Palace and the great wall and them let me feel that I was proud to be a Chinese.

The Imperial Palace noted the history. there were many antiques which we could espy the great culture .

From the great wall,it was a well-known wonder in the world.it is made of big stones which was too heavy to bring even uesing it to buil a construction of ruggedization. what a great grandeur!
