我的爸爸工作很忙，回来休息的时间很少。可是，爸爸每一个星期都会抽出时间带我出去玩。爸爸说：“小孩子不能只知道学习，也要出去多走走。”

爸爸对工作很负责，他呆在单位的时间很多。有时候在家休假，爸爸还会接到单位打来的电话。有一次，爸爸晚上八点钟回到家，刚洗完澡，手机突然响了。原来是单位打来的，爸爸接到电话就急急忙忙地赶去单位了。我想：一定是爸爸单位的电力设备出状况了，爸爸真辛苦啊!

我的爸爸是一位对工作很负责的爸爸，我为有这样的一个爸爸而感到自豪，我爱我的爸爸。

Today is Saturday. I had a great day today, because I visited to the zoo.

今天是星期六。我今天度过了愉快的一天，因为我去参观了动物园。

In the morning, my grandmother woke me up. After breakfast, my grandparents took me to the zoo. We went there by bus.

早上，我奶奶把我叫醒。吃过早餐，爷爷奶奶就带我去动物园。我们是坐公车去那的。

There were many people in the zoo. We saw many kinds of animals. Some of them are lovely. But some of them are frightened. I am afraid of snakes. I like to go the zoo, because it I can see many animals.

动物园里人很多，我们看到了各种各样的动物。它们有的很可爱，但是有的很吓人，我很怕蛇。我喜欢去动物园，因为我可以看到很多动物。

清明节即将来临，一年一度的吴文化节就要开幕了，让我们又想起吴地先祖——泰伯的丰功伟绩。遥想当年泰伯为了顺从父亲传位给弟弟季历，从而再把王位传给孙子姬昌的旨意，三让天下的故事被人们传为美谈。当年泰伯出亡后，与弟弟仲雍结伴到了陕西西部，建立起了吴文化的雏形——句吴。

泰伯出亡后不久，其父病逝，他为尽孝道，回国奔丧。这时季历提出要让位予泰伯。泰伯坚决不受，季历不依。泰伯多次避让不成，只好又回到荆蛮吴部落中，为了表示义无反顾之心，他带着族人远走高飞，来到了我的家乡——无锡，兴修水利，带来先进的农业技术，给江南这片蛮夷之地带来了文明的种子。后来，季历又派人让泰伯回北方当王，泰伯用对犯人的刑罚对自己施了一遍，笑着对来人说：“一个犯人怎能当王呢?”泰伯如此三让天下，连被称为圣人的孔子读到泰伯的故事也拍案惊呼。在他看来，泰伯的品德已达到了几乎不可逾越的境界。想想泰伯三让天下的美德，再想想我们现在连排队买饭都要插队;公交车上，有人连个座位都不肯让给身边的老婆婆。现在，这样的事例还有很多。想想泰伯当时可不是让早吃一顿饭、一个座位。是天下啊!

你们这样做，想想泰伯当时的行为，你们心安理得吗?想想泰伯当年为了江南水乡的建设付出了多少汗水和心血，才换来了后来几千年的繁荣昌盛啊!吴文化是祖先们自古传承下来的，作为吴文化的接班人，我们应该刻苦学习，把吴文化发扬光大!又是清明，我们循着历代鸿山人的足迹，来到泰伯目前，缅怀先贤的圣德，作为新一代鸿山人，进一步坚定了认真学习的决心。我们将把这悠悠吴文化更好地传承下去。

My name is Simon. Im 24 years old now. Im from Changsha University. I

major in English, because I have the gift for language study.

In my opinion, English is well-known all around the world. If I can speak

excellent English, I could travel to everywhere in the world without language

barriers. Now I can speak English like an American. Most of my classmates always

envy my oral English.

I like traveling very much. Through traveling, I can widen my perspective

and know more about our world. Now I have been to so many cities, such as

Guangzhou, Zhuhai, and Zhongshan. These cities are nice, clean and modern.

I think Im easy-going and hard-working. When Im at work, I always try my

best to do everything well. I never let others do anything that I can do, and I

never put off todays work to tomorrow. When you have difficulties, I’m eager to

give you a hand if Im able to. I hope I can be your best friend.

Almost every child will complain about their parents sometimes. It is

natural, because when people stay together for a long time, they will start to

have argument. But ignore about the unhappy time, our parents love us all the

time. No matter what happen to us, they will stand by our sides. We should be

grateful to them and try to understand them.
