anxiety. In modern society, stress is mostly caused by the high requirements or

economy. If we cannot handle the stress well, we would be easy to be in a

difficulties. In this aspect, stress is a threat for our body and mental.

However, for another, stress can also be changed into a kind of motivation

if we handle it well. For example, when you find that you are surpassed by your

classmates in an examination, you feel stressful but at the same time, you also

Christmas Day is on December 25th. It was originated in the western

country, but today, this festival has been celebrated by the world. For the

manufacturers, they are very happy to make this day as a shopping day. I enjoy

the great atmosphere.

I had a very special Christmas day last year. I experienced the western

style festival. There was a new foreign teacher taught us the lesson. She was

about 50 years old and she was very kind and we all liked her. On Christmas Day,

she brought us the desserts she made early in the morning. We enjoyed the

home-made cakes. Whats more, she invited us to came to her house and spent the

day with her. Then for the first time, I ate big turkey, which was so delicious.

The turkey was filled with many stuffs and the flavor was so good. After dinner,

we sang songs and danced.

Thanks to my foreign teacher, I experienced the American style festival. It

was such funny for me. Though today many people enjoy shopping in all kinds of

festivals, the meaning of these festival should be remembered.

接下来，爷爷动情地给我讲老家吃“蛆虫饭”的由来。以前，人们生活水平普遍很差，很多时候人们都吃不饱穿不暖，尽管如此，很多人不爱惜粮食，吃饭很浪费，不懂得节约。上帝知道此事后，很生气。为了惩戒人们不懂得爱惜粮食节约粮食的坏习惯，下令每年冬至，万物苏醒的时节，让凡间的人们家家捕吃蛆、虫，这样一来，对庄稼有害的蛆、虫被人们吃掉后，来年庄稼就会长得更好，更会有一个丰收的结果，并以此警示人们保持来年节约粮食的清醒头脑。蛆、虫等在冬季很难寻觅，并且非常难以下咽，但是，上帝的旨意又不能违抗，该怎么办呢?于是，有人想出了一个办法，用面做成蛆、虫等吃下去，这样既不违抗上帝的旨意，又按照上帝的旨意吃了蛆、虫等。一代一代流传，便形成了今天人们吃”蛆虫饭“的习俗。

今天的“蛆虫饭”，已经没有了当年难以下咽的影子，而是让人们演变成了一种美味佳肴，除了用篦子碾成形状各异的蛆、虫等小动物外，再配上细碎的肉丁和各色的蔬菜，做成的汤饭味道鲜美极了。人们在享受着美味可口的“蛆虫饭”时，别忘了上帝善意的旨意，节约粮食爱惜粮食!

他，高高的个子，黝黑的皮肤，留着一个平头。眼睛虽小，但很有神。一笑起来就会露出两排整齐洁白的牙齿。

别看他个儿高，却非常害羞。只要受到老师的表扬或同学的称赞，他就会低着头，抿着嘴，红着脸，露出不好意思的神情。

有一次语文课上，陆老师出了一道很刁钻的课外题，她问大家：“这道题看看谁会做?”我听完题，小声地嘀咕:“谁会呀?见都没见过。”其他同学也个个抓耳挠腮，连连摆头。就在这时，他高高地举起手来。难道这道题他会?同学们开始窃窃私语，用一副不可思议地表情看着他。老师看到他举起的手，示意他回答这道题。他自信地站起来，大声地把自己的思路和解题过程说了出来。老师听了，微笑着连连点头，同学们也鼓起了热烈的掌声。就在这时，他又不好意思地低下了头，抿着小嘴，脸蛋变成了熟透的大苹果。

他虽然有些害羞，但很爱劳动。

中午吃饭时，其他同学还都坐在座位细嚼慢咽。他不知什么时候已吃完饭，扛起拖把，冲向了水池。一会儿的功夫，他已经把教室的走廊拖得干干净净。此时的他，已是满头大汗，但他却顾不得擦一下，又埋头拖起了教室的地面。在他的影响下，我们班越来越多的同学加入到劳动队伍中来。

In China, the number of college students increases every year, as more and

more students get the college education, college students are under great

pressure. We hear from the news that a lot of students can’t find jobs after

graduation, then the next year, the other students gets graduating, the two

years’ students compete for the jobs! I just can’t imagine such situation. The

pressure from college students is getting greater, they should relieve it now

and then, because too much pressure will bring bad effect, some may distort

their minds, once their emotion can’t relieve in time, some tragical things may

happen. It is said that some students suicide themselves because they have much

pressure. Everybody will have pressure, but we must know that pressure brings

motivation, at the same time, it also brings burden, we have to balance it. When

we deal with it well, we can live a better life.

In our daily life, if we get on harmoniously with our friends, we’ll feel

more joyous. But we’ll feel lonely without friends.When our friends feel upset

or get ill, we shouldn’t ignore them or look down upon them. On the contrary, we

ought to calm them down, show our love and concern to them and try our best to

help them overcome the hardships. Sometimes we may have some misunderstandings

or disagreements with our friends, thus we had better have a discussion with

them and try to accept their good ideas instead of quarreling with them. As long

as we can follow these good suggestions, we’ll find it easy to make more

friends.

自从我的婆婆去了阿姨家，我就开始想妈妈每天上班很辛苦，还要照顾我，我要帮妈妈做点家务。

一天，我看见妈妈正忙着洗菜、做饭，我就问妈妈：“妈妈、妈妈你怕我小小的手碰到水会脱皮吗?”妈妈说：“不怕!”“妈妈我已经长大了，已经是小男子汉了，我想帮你做一件家务!”我不好意思的说。“好!”妈妈高兴的说。因为我想玩水，于是，我说：“妈妈，那你教我洗菜吧!”

妈妈用心的给我讲了一遍洗菜的过程。我就按照妈妈说的方法做：我先把水打在一个干净的盆子里，然后用手把菜叶一片片的摘下来，放进盆子里，用清水把菜叶、菜根洗得干干净净。在把洗干净的菜捞起来放到菜板上切。我还有告诉大家的是洗菜一共要洗2——3次哦!这样才洗得干净。妈妈还告诉我现在水资源越来越少了，要节约用水。想着妈妈的叮嘱和自己在电视上看到了一些地方干旱让好多的庄稼都颗粒无收。我就把洗了第一次、第二次……的水装进了大盆子里用来冲厕所、浇花……过了一会洗菜的家务我就做完了，我大声的叫到：“耶，我成功的完成洗菜了!”

我终于学会了做家务——洗菜。以后我要长期帮助家长和长辈。我更懂得了水有多么重要，我们一定要节约水资源!

说到大熊猫，大家一定再熟悉不过了吧，但是你们知道大熊猫生活在哪里?喜欢吃什么?长什么样?哈哈，不知道吧，现在让我来告诉你们吧。

大熊猫其实还有许多名字，如：猫熊、始熊猫、竹熊、银狗、华熊等等，但最让让大家熟悉的，还是“大熊猫”这个名字吧。

大熊猫的身躯肥大，胖嘟嘟的非常可爱。大熊猫除了眼圈和四肢是黑色的，其它部位都是白色的。那你们知道大熊猫的眼圈为什么是黑色的吗?我猜想应该是它们小时候经常熬夜，所以长大后变成黑眼圈的吧，哈哈，你们说呢?

大熊猫一般生活在四川、陕西、甘肃的深山老林里，这些地方环境潮湿，竹子生长得茂密旺盛，可以供大熊猫很好的生存。

大熊猫最喜欢吃竹子，但是因为大熊猫的祖先和一些大型食肉猛兽是同一类的，所以它们偶尔也会吃一些小动物，刚知道这个的时候，我和你们一样，也十分的惊讶，这么可爱的大熊猫怎么会吃肉呢?

大熊猫还是中国特有的一种动物，它们的历史还很久远，在地球生存了至少八百万年了，被誉为“活化石”和“中国国宝”。中国还曾把大熊猫赠送给了美国、英国、日本、墨西哥等国家，可见大熊猫为中国外交关系做出了多么巨大的贡献呀。

我喜欢这憨态可掬的大熊猫。

有人喜欢春意盎然的春姐姐，有人喜欢骄阳似火的夏妹妹，还有人喜欢银装素裹的冬爷爷。可是我就喜欢这凉爽的秋姑娘。 Some people like Sister Chun, some people like Sister Xia, and some people like the winter grandfather wrapped in silver.But I like this cool girl.

秋姑娘来到了草地上，有一些小草已经枯萎了，但还有一些小草是绿色的。它们安静的待在草地里，给大地添加了一份色彩。

秋姑娘来到了果园里，苹果树上结满了又大又红的苹果，它们红通通的，漂亮极了!葡萄姐妹们晶莹剔透，好象珍珠玛瑙似的。看!南果梨张开了黄黄的笑脸，还打了个赌看哪一个南果梨没人摘，南果梨姐妹们谁也不想输，都争着抢着吸取大树妈妈的营养呢!

秋姑娘来到了花园里，花园里的菊花千姿百态、形态各异。菊花的颜色就更多了，有紫红色的、淡黄的、雪白的……如果你走进花园，一定能闻到菊花的香味。花园里还有万年红、牵牛花……它们都非常美丽。

秋姑娘一来，天气变凉了。我们都脱下了夏装换上了秋装。大雁也飞走了，我爱这硕果累累，千姿百态的秋姑娘。

她是一个爱学习，乐于助人的同学。她是一个班长，也是我的好朋友。

她长着一张圆圆的脸，一双水汪汪的大眼睛，眉毛弯弯的像一轮月牙似的，因为她有两颗长得很大的门牙，特别像可爱小兔子，所以别人给她起了个外号叫“小兔子”。

她学习很刻苦。有一次遇到了一道不会的题，下课了，她连忙去问同学。听了同学的讲解，好像还没听明白似的，她又去问老师，直到弄懂了，她的脸上才露出了满意的笑容。

她不但爱学习，也爱助人为乐。有一次，语文考试，同学们都在认真地答题，只听见沙沙的写字声。“呀，写错了”我正准备拿橡皮修改，却发现铅笔和尺子静静地躺在文具包里而橡皮却不见了，"这可怎么办?”就在我着急的时候，一只温暖的小手伸了过来，她把她的橡皮递给了我。我们互相笑了笑，继续答起了卷子。

她虽然优点很多，但是她也有缺点。她最大的缺点就是粗心，比如有一次她听写，听写前老师讲过，”荒野“的“荒”不能加上那一个点。

她还喜欢跳舞。她虽然学了舞蹈，但是她没有我跳得好。

“哇!今天竟然有我最爱吃的小鸡炖蘑菇，那我就不客气了。”我流着口水高兴地说，坐在一旁的妈妈把盘子向我这边推了推，说：“儿子，这几天你太辛苦了，来让妈给你夹一些好吃的。”不到一会儿，整个盘子的鸡肉几乎都被夹到了我的盘子里。这一刻，我才回过神来：今天我要感恩父母可不能这样做呀!便夹起了一个我爱吃的鸡腿有点舍不得的慢慢夹到了妈妈碗里，妈妈见了连忙把肉又夹了回去，面带笑容地说道：“儿子，妈妈不爱吃肉，肉吃多了妈妈可是会变胖的，你还是小学生应该多吃一点。”“不，妈妈您平时总是把我爱吃的让给我，自己却只吃一些不好吃的，这一次您也吃一些!”我坚定地说，妈妈听了眼睛变红了，高兴地抚摸着我的头，嘴里不停的说着：“我的儿，长大了”

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. i wake up 11 oclock am everyday, after a washing, i have a good lunch with my parents. next i play computer games till the time to have supper. after have dinner. i go on playing till 2 oclock am, and then go to sleep with tired. this is one dull day of my winter vacation.

But i havent bored all the time. sometimes i read the books, sometime i listen to the music or the radio in the bed, because it was very cold outside and snowy all the day. and i also meat some of my good friends during the vacation, we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year and play table tennis tegether. and i watched the spring festival party of the cctv in the last seconds of the 2004 year! i think this is the thing most people of china doing at that time.

Everyone have their own favorite season. Someone loves the spring the most,

while other one loves winter.The one who like summer might for its hot weather

and they can enjoy the ice-cream, while the autumn fans might love the sky

floating leaves.For me, I love the four seasons equally, I cannot tell which one

i love the most, because all of them have the special reason that makes me

adored them.

Spring is a wonderful season to celebrate rebirth and new life. When it

comes to spring, everything looks so full of vigor. The grass out from the land,

the branches grow new leaves, and the colorful flowers show up everywhere, all

of this beautiful scenery makes people feel encouraged and reborn.

Summer is a magnificent season, which bring warm to us, letting us wave for

it and releasing the passion. Summer is an exuberant season that always makes

people have stirrings to do something. Also, thinks to summer that makes

swimming and surfing much funnier and the ice-cream taste more delicious.

Autumn, fruit is fragrance and fruit. Autumn is the season of harvest, fall

chrysanthemums spit release each other, and a thriving scene. Autumn is the only

season that we could see the leaves flying in the sky. And it is especially

brings family together and enjoys happy family reunion.

又一次去上小记者课，也是今年最后一次上小记者课，更是在这么多堂课中令我感受最深的一堂课。一上课，张老师让我们拿出笔记本来，说考一个小测试，让大家写一篇作文：题目是我眼中的圣诞节，时间35分钟。写完了要点评的。一听是测试，我不敢大意，埋头认认真真地写了起来。都交上作文后，坐在一旁的曹老师带领我们玩游戏，紧张的气氛一下子放松起来。而张老师在讲台上批阅作文。

上课了，张老师给我们说了几篇写的较好的作文。他说，其中有一位同学的作文最令我感动：在全班同学中，大多数同学就写“爸爸妈妈送我了圣诞礼物，我很快乐”等等。而他是唯一一个写自己为父母准备礼物的。曹老师意味深长地对我们说：“选拔出的小记者大约有500名，只有他让我感动。你们光知道向父母索取，又有几个人向父母回报呢?孩子们，我希望你们懂得感恩，做一个孝顺的人。”是啊，在生活中，父母无时无刻为我们操劳着。我们遇到不开心的事儿了，就向父母诉说，父母一批评自己时，就埋怨父母不体谅自己。

今天，我们去秋游了。秋游的目的地是上海吴淞炮湿地公园和园内的长江河口科技馆。因为那里离我们学校很远，所以我们足足在车里坐了一个半小时，但我们依旧玩得很开心。

首先，老师带领我们玩了几个游乐设施，然后去了炮台广场，参观了一些古老的炮塔，其中我最喜欢的是解放上海的“爱民之炮”。参观完炮塔后，我们野餐了。大家拿出了带来的零食，大吃特吃起来。吃完了零食，我们走过吴淞口河边的木桥和贝壳剧场，来到了矿坑花园，这也是我最喜欢的地方之一。
