人生就像一场场比赛，永远有竞争对手，而真正要超越的，不是别人，正是自己，在一次次的参赛过程，不管结果是输是赢，我们都会从中获得成长。从读幼儿园开始，我大大小小参加过很多次比赛、竞赛，让我感受最深的，并不是到省里去领作文比赛的奖，而是一次朗诵比赛。

去年六月份，妈妈问我愿不愿意参加图书馆举办“庆祝建党90周年”的朗诵比赛，虽然平日里上课回答问题我都是低声细语，一上台演讲，状态很不稳定，但我也想试试看，就答应了，妈妈立刻帮我找资料，从读准每个字音、理解句子含义到表达深刻的感情，我一遍遍读着这艰涩的长诗，有好几次想打退堂鼓，可一想到妈妈认真辅导我的辛苦样子，话到嘴边就又变成了诗句“当巍峨的华表……”，妈妈为了我赛出更好的水平给我能在朗诵时感到了一种热爱祖的豪情充盈肺腑，我相信，我能行。

最激动的那刻来临了，我是最早来的，那时还没有人，我就先上台自己彩排了一次，自己感觉很成功，对舞台没什么惧怕，后来参加比赛的选手和家长们陆陆续续走了进来，天哪！()我的班主任陈老师也来了，刚刚找到的自信，又被紧张推开了，我向陈老师问了好，陈老师有点惊喜地拍了拍我的肩说：“相信我们李斯旖一定会成功的！”我从陈老师的眼神里读到了对我的鼓励。

比赛开始了，前几名实力都不差，只有一个人稍微逊色，轮到我了，我走上演讲台时，想到了小时候，妈妈每次鼓励我时在我胸口上吹勇气的“小把戏”，我抿了抿嘴，微笑了一下，心里对妈妈说，妈妈，我会自己给自己吹勇气了！我向台下所有的人敬了队礼，他们都望着我，奇怪的是，此时，我却一点儿也不紧张，和着跌宕起伏的音乐，我很顺利地朗诵完了3分钟的诗歌，淡定地走下台来。虽然公布结果时，我得的是第四名，但是我们大家都很高兴，特别是我还让陈老师看到了我自信表达的一面，我想以后在课堂上一定也能这么有信心的。

与前三选手比，我是输了这次比赛，但与以往的自己比，这是第一次获得了冠军呢！之后，我不论是在学习还是生活中，都更自信更从容了，通过这次比赛我还明白了要赢得比赛，要下苦功夫，要赢自己，还要更多的思想和勇气！
