日益严重的弃养问题，使得流浪动物数量大增而衍生出诸多的问题，环境的平衡、污染，甚至大量繁衍，肆无忌惮的横行街头，对人类攻击……大家不得不更加重视这个议题。若捕杀它们，是不人道的行为，保护团体将会极力反弹；若不补杀它们。又会造成社会安全和环境问题。如果政府可以立法规范人们的行为，惩罚弃养者，同时也是保护大家的权益，并以结扎的方式来处置流浪动物，使其不再大量的繁衍。鼓励想要饲养的人可以用领养来替代购买，不但可以使流浪动物减少，更可以解决社会上的问题，进而达到保护生态的目的。

周末，我和爸爸妈妈到十六潭公园游玩，一路上风景如画，路旁的柳树像小姑娘的辫子一样随风舞动，小草偷偷地从地上钻出来，我的心情开心到了极点。

到了十六潭公园，找到一块空地，我铺开蓝色的餐布，妈妈拿出准备好的食物，有水果、鸡腿、鸡翅、零食等，我双眼直直盯着鸡腿，然后一把抢了过来，撕开包装开始狼吞虎咽地吃了起来，一边吃一边问：“妈妈还有吗？”妈妈说：＂吃货，还有呢！＂我吃着把骨头都吐出来，刚好被草丛掩盖了起来。不一会儿，四周的垃圾堆成了小山。

我吃着吃着就看到了一位穿着橙色衣服的清洁工走了过来，弯腰清理着我丢的垃圾，她的一双手黑不溜秋，拿着夹子小心翼翼地把垃圾夹出草丛再用扫帚扫成一堆，接着装进垃圾桶走到垃圾桶边扔了进去。

忽然发现不远处一位小男孩提着两个垃圾袋走到垃圾桶旁踮起脚尖很吃力地把垃圾扔进垃圾桶。顿时我感觉好惭愧，脸开始红了起来，像熟透了的苹果，想起老师对我们讲的＂保护环境，人人有责＂。我就决定以后一定做一个爱护环境的好孩子。、

我是一名小小志愿者，常常参加一些公益活动。参加这些有意义的活动，让我锻炼成长了许多，我感到无比的快乐、自豪。今天，就和大家分享最令我感到自豪的一次活动。

一个星期天的下午，和煦的阳光普照着大地，大地妈妈被晒得暖呼呼的。柳树姑娘展开了长长的头发；小草也探出了头，张望着四周；举头望去，桃花片片红，像给大地穿上了粉色的外衣……这些都倒映在河水中，多么像一幅美丽的画啊！可是，总有一些人乱扔垃圾，破坏了美丽的环境。我们这些志愿者，就来清理这些垃圾。

我们高兴地来到了自在公园，高阿姨给大家发了捡垃圾的夹子和垃圾袋，分了好几个组。我和妈妈一组，我拿着夹子，妈妈拿着袋子。我的眼睛像雷达似的搜寻着，发现目标了，我飞奔过去，用夹子夹起垃圾放进袋子。不久，又发现了香烟头，我信心满满地走过去，一夹没夹住，夹了一次又一次，还是没夹住，我忍无可忍，弯下了腰，直接用手拿，妈妈在旁边偷偷地笑着，我脸红得像个小苹果。不知不觉，公园里的垃圾在我们的欢声笑语中清理完了。

我看了看周围，多么的干净啊！我们保护了如此美丽的世外桃源，令我感到无比的自豪。

一望无垠的大海给人期盼，给人美感，给人温暖的母爱。

大海像一首诗，灵动跳跃;像一幅画，意蕴丰富;又像一支交响乐，浩瀚澎湃......它时而平静，犹如一面明镜;时而暴怒，涌起万丈狂澜，能掀翻航行着的小船。在我心目中，大海是蓝色的世界，也是生命的摇篮。孕育着许许多多自由自在的小生命。大海是那样的神秘，那样的迷人!

如今，大海变了样。海水不再清澈，它变浊了，变脏了。海水冲上沙滩，留下的不再是活蹦乱跳的小鱼小虾，取而代之的是一堆又一堆的垃圾，还夹杂着不少惨死的小鱼小虾，散发着阵阵恶臭。这是为什么呢?这都是由于我们人类。有人在海边欣赏美景时，顺手把恶臭的垃圾扔进海里。也有在海边居住的人把厕所的排泄管直通到海底。更可恶的是工厂排放的废水大股大股地流进海里，把海水染成了一种奇异的颜色。导致生出了许多缺少脑子`智商低的婴儿，我们的下一代-眼睛明亮`嗓音稚嫩`脸峡透红的下一代将永远见不到美丽迷人的蓝色海洋了。

有人曾做过一个实验，他把一盆清水比做大海，再把一滴墨水滴入"大海"中。顿时，墨水慢慢地散开、变浅、消失，"海水"几乎和原来一样干净;如果墨水一直不断滴下去，"海水的颜色就会越来越深，最后变成一盆黑水。地球上60亿人口每天生产出大量生活废水和工业污染，就像墨水一样一直注入原本清澈的海水中经快变成，现在的大海已一潭污水了。

第二天，我看见张阿姨正要随地吐痰，就急忙走过去对张阿姨说：“阿姨，请不要随地吐痰，要爱护卫生，保护环境。”张阿姨听了我的话，不好意思地说：“对不起，雨澜，你真是个懂事的孩子，我会爱护环境的。”说完，就将口痰吐在卫生纸上，包好了，丢进了垃圾箱。

这时，薛爷爷走过来，问：“澜澜，谁叫你来保护卫生的?”

我说：“没人叫我，我自己来的。

“为什么呢?”

“因为我想让大家呼吸到新鲜空气，居住在干净的绿色家园里。同时，我还想带动大家一起保护公共卫生。”

薛爷爷听了，和蔼可亲地说：“你真是个好孩子，加油干吧!我也支持你!”我使劲地点点头，开心地笑了。

又是一个星期天，我早早就起了床，站在阳台上，放眼望去，院子里有不少人，他们在干什么呢?我仔细一看，大家都在维护院子的清洁呢!康康在捡纸片，张阿姨在给花儿浇水，薛爷爷在修剪枝叶，廖伯伯正端着撮箕往垃圾桶走去……啊!大家都行动起来了，耶!

现在，我们院子里的环境好极了，邻里之间都争说文明话，争做文明人，争创文明小区。你看，大家在院子里多么开心哪!小朋友放风筝，叔叔阿姨打羽毛球，爷爷奶奶打点小麻将，就连平时不爱出门的肖奶奶，也来采金银花、晒金银花呢!院子里一片和睦、欢乐的情景。

看到这一切，我相信大家都知道环保在我们生活中的意义了，让我们共同营造洁净、祥和、美好的绿色家园吧!

现在环境问题已经倍受人们关注，由于环境污染而造成的问题也接踵而来：温室效应，河流污染，鱼虾尸横遍野，人们出现的各种疾病等。导致这种情况，这种恶劣的问题的根源是什么？是人类！工厂排出的烟尘废气；马路上的瓜果皮及垃圾；臭水沟内家禽家畜的死尸，难道不都是人类的作为吗？

人类使河流污染：

1995年6月下旬，断流40多天的黄河济南段盼来了1次过流的机会。可缓缓而来的并不是清澈甘甜的河水，而是1股黑糊糊的污水河上漂浮着大量白沫及鱼虾的死尸，散发着1股刺鼻的臭气^^^^^^黄河，我们的母亲河，您为何会呈现出这般模样？是您养育了我们中华人民共和国，是您保卫了我们中华人民共和国，又是您激励了我们中华人民共和国。人类啊，你们难道要将生你养你保卫你和激励你的黄河扼杀掉吗？如果黄河再也不奔腾在黄土上，我们再也看不到它时，那我们———人类，就离绝种灭亡不远了。

人类使疾病灾害不断：

2003年的非典型性肺炎席卷了全球，它使多少人家庭破碎，忍受疾病的折磨；它又使多少人流离失所，无家可归。我们不能怪是病魔让我们流离失所，让我们无家可归！因为这时人类自己做的苦果，是自做自受！当我们的痰液吐出体外时，有没有想过这可能使多少原本健康的人染病？当我们出入灯红酒绿的酒吧时，有没有想到过1种新的病毒又在你的身体内繁殖？但是，1切都是否定的。因为我们————人类，只想着自己，心里只有1种私欲在蔓延^^^^^^也正是因为如此，也许是报应，各种灾难来临，各种疾病降临，使我们又1次感受到我们现在没有的东西的美好。

人类，团结起来吧！也许你现在是1个工厂的老板，但你却将废气废水排入空气中和河内。对，你有钱了，你也赚钱了，但你这样做的代价是我国13亿人口的性命！也许你现在只是1个普通人，你没有资本，没有贪欲，但你往地上吐1口痰，就会带来几10人甚至数百人在医院里排队就医。人类，不要让贪欲克制了自己的进步；人类，不要让私欲迫使你违背良心；人类你们1定要牢记，生命大于金钱！

我们的母亲河————黄河的清澈甘甜，我们那健康的体魄是与清洁的环境画等号的！

保护环境，珍爱地球。有了清洁的环境才会有我们的地球，有了地球才会有我们————人类！我们人类的进步固然飞快，但是如果没有地球，没有清新的空气，我们会进步吗？

Today I am very glad here to share my opinionsabout the protection of environment.

With the development ofscience and technology ,different kinds of pollution has been produced andcaused global concern recently.

As we know, people have beenliving on the earth for thousands of years, human activity damaged natural environment, such as excessive abuse of natural resources ,the sewage dischargedfrom factories ,the animal slaughter ,kinds of chemical fertilizers andgreen-house effect. All that is mentioned above has a bad impact on the eco-system .Now, many animals aredying out. We are suffering from unhealthy food and water, we are faced withharmful rays and global warming. It was ourselves who had made a series oftroubles. As you can see, we are the final victim.

Above all, if we human beings cannot recognize theseserious problems and try our best to solve them soon, we would finally lose theenvironment suitable for us to live. So, it is our duty to protect theenvironment ,but what should we do to protect it?

In my opinion, the first and important thing is tounite all forces ,that is to say---gather all hearts together. Next we shouldprotect and plant more trees, which can dispose of the dust in the air. As forfamilies, it is effective to ride bicycles rather than drive cars. Don’t litteranywhere as you like. In addition, sorting and recycling the rubbish also playan essential role in the protection of our earth. We’d better call on everyone aroundus to lead a low-carbon life, as it may make a difference to the environment.

早晨，我来公园散步，闻到一股恶心的气味，原来路边有一堆垃圾，一位老爷爷正在打扫，我走了过去。我礼貌地对老爷爷说：“我来帮您吧？”老爷爷说：“好啊！谢谢你了。”说干就干，我认真地干起来，我问：“老爷爷，以前这里是不是这样呀，怎么现在变成又脏又臭的了？”老爷爷叹了一口气回答：“小朋友，你可不知道，现在人们都用一次性的东西，并且还喜欢到处乱扔，所以变成了这样。”我边扫边用手捂着鼻子说：“这里以前是什么样的呀？”老爷爷说：“这里以前山清水秀，美丽极了，可是现在因为人们随便扔垃圾，所以变成了今天的样子”。

我听完老爷爷的话，抬头看到不远处的工厂烟囱的浓烟，每一次喷烟持续三到五分钟才能散尽，居民每天都要忍受有毒烟尘的危害，真可怜！如果工厂以后再也不从烟囱里喷出毒气，可能就不会有雾霾了，我一定要尽我所能保护环境，不乱扔垃圾。

同学们，现在我们的生活环境正在被破坏，我们要行动起来，从小事做起，保护环境，人人有责！

我家旁边有一条清澈见底的小河，里面有五颜六色的小鱼、活泼的小虾和威武的螃蟹。过了几年，河里的水又臭又脏，里面的小鱼、小虾和螃蟹都死了，河边也堆得都是垃圾。我看了很生气，我想，如果小河还是那样清澈见底，小鱼小虾都还活着，河边两旁还有色彩鲜艳的花，那该多好哇！

但是这些都只能是想象，可是怎样才能让小河变回原样呢？想呀想，我终于想到了一个办法，我回家做了个牌子，上面写着：“小河是小鱼小虾的家，禁止往河里乱丢垃圾！”我把牌子插在河边，果然过了几年，小河变回原样了，还有一些人划着船在捞河里的垃圾，真是太好了，我插的牌子真管用。

现在小鱼小虾依然在河里快活地游动，小鱼跃出水面，好像是在向我道谢，我很高兴，真是要谢谢那些捞垃圾的人。
