2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

暑假里，我们一家人千里迢迢地来到了春城-昆明。在那里，我们度过了一个又一个难忘的日子。

那一天，我们搭着旅游车来到了石林，我们的导游边走边讲说:“有一个少数民族说话特别，他们把姑娘叫做阿诗玛，把小女孩叫小猫，把小男孩叫做小狗，把大男孩叫阿黑哥，阿白哥，阿花哥……”使我懂得了不少知识。

导游又带我们来到良心石下，良心石是由两块参天大石高高兴兴的托起的，看上去还挺神气地，听说良心坏的人从下面经过，那块”高贵”的石头就会落下来砸死他。

我们后来到了猫捉老鼠石，猫正找老鼠，老鼠正躲在一块石头后面，它的尾巴已被猫吃了，猫大叫:”你在哪?快出来受死。”于是，老鼠就唱:”为什么每次受伤的总是我?”有趣极了。

我们又去看了礼貌石，大象石，狼心狗肺石……这里的石头真是千奇百怪。

到了中午，我们先去吃饭，又去品菜，最后又去了医院泡脚。

分离的时候总要分离，我意犹未尽地上了车，离开了美丽的石林。

于是我买好东西回来，就推出了自行车去学。心想，骑自行车有什么难的，想着想着我就骑了上去，还没骑一步就倒了，我又坐起来骑，又骑了两步。我想我一直在进步，一定可以学会。可下一次我只骑了一米，我气得坐在地上不起来，爸爸看到了，大声喊：“坚持就是胜利。”我听了，又骑了上去，经过我的坚持不懈，最后终于学会骑了，我和爸爸都笑了。

暑假已经过去好长时间了，但我明白了一个道理：只要你坚持了，就一定能完成你想做的事，而且做得好。

每个周末，阿姨还会带我们去联华超市的儿童乐园，里面可好玩了!可以打球、又能将塑料球放到“大炮”里，再发射出去。还有一个一个的大杯子，我躲在里面，然后大杯子就旋转起来，把我转的晕晕乎乎的，都不知道东南西北了!接着，我又玩了蹦蹦床和晃晃船，特别是晃晃船，一会儿上，一会儿下，一会儿左，一会儿右，搞的我屁股都红了。每次我们几个都玩的不肯回家。夏天实在太热了，树木都热的没精打采，知了在树上不停的叫!在我们的哀求下外公带着我、马怡萧和月月一起去小溪里游泳。好天然的游泳池啊，都能看见小鱼在水里游来游去!这可是我们杭州看不到的泳池哦!激动的我们赶紧穿好救生衣再戴好泳镜，跳入水中。刚开始，我在水里不怎么适应，因为水太冷了，不过，我马上就适应了。我在水里自由、兴奋的游着，忽然，传来一阵哭声，原来是月月一不小心喝了一口水。我们都哈哈的笑他，到底是小姑娘这么娇气!外公叫我和马怡萧开始，比赛看谁先游到对岸，一开始马怡萧占了优势，眼看马怡萧就要赢了，突然，我灵机一动，学着游泳选手的姿势游去，最后还是我赢得了这场比赛。我们玩的正开心的时候忽然来了一群鸭子。我想过去抓只鸭子回来可是，等我游游过去的时候，鸭子都躲起来了!我正纳闷呢又看见一只狗向我走来，我以为它要来咬我，我赶紧游到对面，哈哈那条狗只能在河边看着我了!时间过的太快了，每次我们都恋恋不舍的离开小溪。暑假的每一天我们都过得很充实，感觉时间过的太快了!

如果有人问我暑假过的快乐吗?我一定会大声的、毫不犹豫的回答说快乐!

都说，日子是顺着过的，生命是倒计时的。以前还不相信，如今想来，还真有点道理。面对着我这初中的最后一个暑假，心里不禁思绪万千。一个计划悄然形成。

我会这样安排我的早晨，无论是过年还是去拜年。

7：00准时起床，穿衣、整理床铺4分钟，换鞋1分钟，梳头1分钟，刷牙3分钟，洗脸1分钟。这样算来，“打扫”自己共计10分钟。即使一开始不能按时完成，但只要每天有进步就很好啦。

然后，吃早餐，限时10分钟。

接下来，就要读英语(单数天)，读语文(双数天)。限时30分钟。

最后，就是做作业，每天早上做3个小时。

中午下午的时间自由支配，但我建议可以多看些课外书。

到了晚上7：00，看看新闻联播，之后，开始写作业。睡前必须读15分钟的书籍。我相信，如果每天都坚持的话，2个月下来，我可以读900分钟，相当于15个小时不吃不喝的阅读量。如果一直这样坚持下去的话，我相信，未来的我一定不是一个对文学常识一窍不通的庸人。毕竟，有个名人曾说过：一个人的未来，在于看他在空闲时间内做了些什么。

即使计划赶不上变化，但你一定要相信，世间万物，都有其两面性。我们不能做到完美，但我们可以在取舍之间达到平衡。

这是最后一个暑假，却也是决定我一生命运的赌场，成功与否，全看我对这场赌博付出了多少。虽然天气寒冷，但老师说过，这是最能检验和磨练一个人意志的时期。

无论如何，都要坚信：不管多远的路，也能走到尽头;不论多深的痛苦，也会有结束的一天。背负明天的希望，在每一个痛并快乐的日子里，才能走得更加坚强;怀揣未来的梦想，在每一个平凡而不平淡的日子里，才会笑得更加灿烂。只要不放弃，就没有什么能让自己退缩;只要够坚强，就没有什么能把自己打垮!

俗话说：斩断自己的退路，才能更好地赢得出路……

所有在这个夏天奔赴考场的朋友们：就让我们勇敢的迈出第一步，在这个“非常”假期，我们一起做最后的冲刺，一起为我们的未来努力。

We became friends by accident. One day Jack was playing basketball on the playground. Amazed at how skillful he was, I made up my mind to play as well as him.
