8月21日，我们全家一起去四川成都旅行。我们去了乐山，峨眉山，都江堰，映秀，锦里，武侯祠，金沙遗址和熊猫基地。令我印象最深刻的是都江堰，映秀和熊猫基地。

参观完了都江堰，我们来到了汶川地震损失最严重的映秀，我看到一边是一排排重建的有着羌族民居特色的新房子，另一边是留作纪念的倒塌的漩口中学旧址。我听了介绍，知道很多学生都死在汶川地震中，我心里很难受。我去捐了款，还献了鲜花。我长大后要当一名研究地震的科学家，帮助人们减少地震的发生。

最后一天我们参观了熊猫基地，我看到了一群活泼可爱的小熊猫，它们拖着棕黄色的长尾巴在活动场里自由自在的玩。有两只小熊猫好像在说话呢!我还在熊猫动物园里看见了大熊猫，它们长得胖乎乎的，“穿”一件黑白相间的“外套”，鼓着又大又圆的肚子，真像个胖墩儿。雪白的脸庞上长着两只黑亮的眼睛，又大又黑的眼眶，就像带了一副墨镜似的，憨态可掬，可爱极了。

这次旅游让我开阔了眼界，增长了知识，收获很多，过得很愉快。

一、暑假宗旨：

外面的世界很精彩，但外面的世界也很无奈，我要继续发扬光大宅女的优良传统，把家坐穿。

二、暑假目标：

争取把自己捂成白毛女，饿成白骨精。(好像是个梦，昨天又馋的不行，去了饭店)

三、暑假内容：

1、每天争取7点起床，转转呼啦圈，以免腰部赘肉的增长。

2、每天争取打扫一遍家庭卫生，必须让自己生活在一个赏心悦目的环境里。

3、每天争取拿出两小时读读书，不管爱不爱读。

4、每天中午必须午睡一小时，保证睡眠充足是美容的根本。

5、每天必须听听音乐，或者唱几首歌，音乐是洗涤灵魂的良药。

6、每天必须坚持锻炼一小时，不管刮风下雨。

7、每晚尽量早睡，争取在12点之前躺在床上(有些心虚)。

8、争取泡点啥(此处范围广，可以随意发挥想象)。

9、美女小米说，每周还得那啥啥啥啥啥啥，不明白的问我们家小米哈。

10、天气适宜的话，争取走进山水中，挑逗一下山水。

My Family

My family includes three people and a pet. These three people are my father, my mother , and I. I also have a cat named cookie.

My father is hardworking and playful. He rus a small business at home. He is very busy, but he always s firnds the time to cook dinner and help me with homework. Although he is strict at times, he can also be playful and funny.

My mother is caring and hardworking, too. She’s a chemist and often works very late. Nevertheless, she is always there to take care of me. Though her expectations for me are very high. I know she only wants what’s best for me.

My cat, cookie, is a member of my family, too. She is a cute black and white cat. At times I find her eager to play. But usually she’s sleeping on the sofa. I never know what surprises she’ll bring next.

I consider myself very lucky to come from such a loving family. A family like mine should never be taken for granted. I love my family.

我的爸爸是一个人民教师，因而我一放暑假他也放暑假了。我们的暑假生活都比较忙碌，我得去学琴上文化补习课，而我的爸爸则去学厨师去了。关于他去学厨师我可是很支持的，因为这样不仅妈妈会帮我做好吃的以后爸爸也可以给我做好吃的了。

今天爸爸的厨师学校放假了，爸爸特意提前赶回家准备在我和妈妈面前好好露一手，给我和妈妈做一些好吃的。爸爸最会做的便是鹅肉了。但是这道菜里面的味道总觉得少了些什么，这道菜做起来特别麻烦不知道这一回爸爸能不能做得更好的吃。

然而看爸爸这回这架势，“神仙鹅”必定好吃。待爸爸把“神仙鹅”放在餐桌上时，那颜色，红绿搭配，好看极了。那香味，弥漫得满屋子都是，让我直咽口水。

等爸爸和妈妈去厨房做菜的时候，我就情不自禁地用手去抓那香喷喷的“神仙鹅”。“哇，美味无比。”我又用手朝那盘“神仙鹅”抓去。这时，妈妈走过来，假装表情严肃，瞪着两只大眼睛对我说：“不准偷吃!”转身又去帮忙了。但是，那盘“神仙鹅”总是在我眼前跳动，好像在说：“来呀!快来吃我呀!”看着那盘色香味俱全的鹅肉，我忍，我忍，我忍忍忍，我终于忍不住了，伸手拿了一块肉，马上塞进嘴里，闭上眼睛，细细品尝起来，太好吃了!我从来没吃过这么好吃的鹅肉!突然，耳边响起了妈妈的“河东狮吼”：“喂!你在干嘛?小吃货!”这“河东狮吼”把我从幻想中拉回到了现实。

虽然被妈妈数落了一顿，但心里还是甜滋滋的，因为我吃到了美味的“神仙鹅”!

暑假里的一天下午，我和表哥乐乐、乐乐的朋友王和以及王和的爸爸，一起去温岭的“热带风暴水上乐园”玩。在这么热的天气，能去水里玩一下，真是太棒了!

我们乘着车，一路上说说笑笑的，不一会儿，到了目的地。我们买了门票，换了衣服，来到一个“水上小乐园”，这里有“滑滑梯”、“水上行走”、“攀绳梯”等等项目。看得我心里痒痒的，我想先去“攀绳梯”可走近一看，我就不敢玩了，因为绳梯上吊着一个水桶，旁边的水管里的水不停地流到水桶里面，而且看样子那个水桶快要装满，倒出来了!

这时，一个小孩却不慌不忙地爬上去了，只听“哗啦”一声，水桶倒了，水劈头盖脸地倾泻下来。那个小男孩成了“落汤鸡”。我真替他担心，小男孩却若无其事地继续往上爬。这下好了，水桶里的水桶里的水要装满，还有好一会儿呢!我赶紧爬吧!爬着爬着，突然游泳镜起雾了!于是，我摘下眼镜用手在镜片上擦了一下，想重新戴上。

突然，“哗啦”一声，水桶里的水像洪水一样冲了下来，把我从上到下都冲湿了!这突如其来的水搞得我措手不及，我也成“落汤鸡”了。因为游泳镜还没戴好，水进到眼睛里去了，很难受!我摸了一下自己的眼睛，一下子睁开，突然感觉好酸好酸。眨了眨，才好一些了。

我赶紧向上爬，终于到了滑梯前，我按照告示牌的提示，服服贴贴地躺在滑板上，双手交叉，捏住鼻子，两脚并拢，“嗖”、“哗啦”，我滑进了水里。好凉快啊!太爽了!啊呀呀，不好了，有水进到嘴里了，想吐，却咽到肚子里了。“哈哈哈，没关系嘛。”我自我解嘲地笑着说。

这么热的天，能跟水这么亲密接触，我真是开心极了。

这个暑假，我来到了外婆家咸宁，游览了这里很多美丽的风景，有星星竹海、淦河泉眼。

今天早上，我和爸爸妈妈和早就起来了。一起去游览星星竹海，早就听说星星竹海是竹子的海洋，果不其然，我一来到星星竹海就被眼前的景象所震撼了，眼前一片绿色，就像一片无边无际的大海。因为我们是早晨去的，在柱子旁边我们似乎还能听见小鸟在耳边唱歌，并且空气还十分清新。竹子挡住了人们的视线，你一不小心都有可能撞到竹子上。我在想这么大的一片竹海，会不会有几只熊猫在里面躲着吃竹子呢?到了中午竹影婆娑，竹子把蓝蓝的天空遮住了，抬头一看全是一片绿的。我想如果是冬天的话，大雪铺在每个竹子上面那该是多么美丽的景象呀!

到了下午我和爸爸妈妈来到了温泉市内的淦河泉眼。泉水翻腾着就像晶莹透亮的气珠，她从石缝里涌出，或高或低、时缓时急发出不同的声音。十分动听、悦耳。有时泉面上如烟似云，就像一位仙女披着轻纱在泉中央表演着美丽的舞蹈。给人感觉好像是在做梦似的!

听妈妈说咸宁早已桂花之乡而闻名天下了，到了秋天大街小巷到处种的是桂花树，到了金秋八月桂花竞相开放时，到处都是香风四溢，那可这是可以让人陶醉在这个沁人心脾的香味之中!

这就是咸宁，我外婆的家。一个美丽的地方，一个可爱的地方，一个淳朴的地方，一个让人向往的地方!

回到家后，我把这个特别的暑假作业告诉了爸妈，他们也很高兴。在周末里，我们就开始了这次的亲子游。

爸爸驱车带我们来到了滨江公园。一到了这里，我就像飞出笼子的鸟儿一样，到处奔跑嬉戏，不一会儿，头上就冒汗了，妈妈担心我中暑，赶紧把我拉到阴凉处歇息。这时，爸爸已经支好了烧烤架，我就过去帮爸爸从车里拿出要烧烤的食物。烧烤架里的木炭点燃后，在架上放上早已准备好的食物。我喜欢吃鸡翅，妈妈就放了好多只在上面，还在上面刷上油。烤一会儿之后，又把它翻个面，吱吱的炸油声就传出来了，伴随着的是鸡翅的香味，我的口水都快流下来了。我也十分高兴，让妈妈教我烤，妈妈拿出一块豆干，我把豆干穿在烧烤棒上，豆干上再用小刷子刷上油，放在炭火的上面烤，看见一面已经烤得起泡后，再翻到另外一面烤，烤好后放到小盘里，再刷上佐料，美味的豆干就烤好了。经过我和爸妈的共同努力，我们烤了很大一盘的食物，坐在阴凉的树下，享用起来。想着好久都没有和爸妈一起这样开心了，瞬间也就明白了老师布置这道暑假作业的良苦用心

暑假里，为了丰富枯燥的暑假生活，也为了好好锻炼身体，妈妈给我报了羽毛球训练班。我很高兴，在里面转了一转，竟看见了他，以后还指望他能指教指教我呢!

一大早的，我们就开始体能训练，6点钟要到体育场集合。到了那，一听教练说围操场跑5圈!天哪，这可是2000米呀!对于我来说，简直比要命还难。但也没法子，只能跑呗!5圈跑完了，我已经汗流浃背了，跑了16分钟，但我觉得比1小时还长。还没等我喘口气，又是收腹跳50米，蛙跳50米，踢腿走50米，分别2次，太累了!但我想，为了锻炼身体，值了!我一定要坚持下去。终于可以休息了，大家都累得趴下了，我的双腿已经不听使唤了，如果叫我再来一次，我肯定不干!过了5分钟，“3分钟跳绳!”教练一言令下，这消息把我们吓坏了，我们只好拿起绳子不情愿地跳了1分钟，一些人竟想出来一个偷懒的办法，他们看见了不在，马上蹲下，抽了鞋带，再慢慢地系上，也太“聪明”了吧!

一个小时的早练结束了，我大汗淋漓，晚上还要去羽毛球馆，接受专业羽毛球训练。虽然每天很辛苦，但是我体会到了其中的快乐!

放暑假拉，我真开心，久久沉浸在压力之中的我，现在解放了。暑假的第1件事就是休息，上学太累了，这回我要放松放松，从晚上10点半睡到早上10点半，黑眼圈就消失的得无影无踪了;起床洗脸刷牙吃早点后，就是娱乐活动了，上课时压力太大，作完语文、作完数学、作英语，都没有时间好好的娱乐，这次我一定要娱乐娱乐，先看电视到11点半，再走进电脑室去玩2个小时的电脑，差不多1点了，就关上电脑睡午觉了;下午睡醒了，就快3点拉，我坐到课桌前写作业，写完了，再去和爸爸一起学习《三字经、百家姓、千字文、神童诗》这本书，我一边帮爸爸按摩，一边听爸爸讲，快到5点半了，妈妈早就把饭菜准备好了，我走过去拿起碗就吃起来，吃饱了，喝足了，我就拿出军棋来和爸爸一起下，妈妈做指导。下了差不多一小时，我们就把军棋收起来，带足水，就一起下操场去运动了。运动了两个多小时，我们就回家洗澡睡觉了。

这一天就这么结束了，我们玩的非常开心、高兴。

7月4日的早晨，我和妈妈还有我的朋友任禹城一起来到了游泳馆学习怎样游泳。

到了游泳馆，我们就和教练张老师一起换好衣服去学游泳。我们先和张老师做热身活动，做了热身活动才不会在游泳的时候腿抽筋。做完热身活动后。老师让我们带好游泳眼镜，“我们要准备下水了。”老师说道。下了水，张老师让我们练习漂浮、呼气等等其他动作。练了一会儿，老师让我们上岸来到躺椅旁边，我和任禹城趴在躺椅上练习收、翻、蹬夹。练习好了，张老师让我们下水拿着浮板练习。

快要下课了，我学会了蛙泳的踢水方法和换气，一个半小时的课程就这样结束了，我和妈妈恋恋不舍的离开了，下节课我要继续好好学习游泳，让张老师为我的进步感到惊讶!

紧张的学习终于结束了，暑假既可以痛痛快快玩一阵子，又可以睡大觉喽。哈哈哈哈。

暑假没有了妈妈的“大喇叭”，没有了闹钟的驴嗓门，我一觉就睡到了10：00。刚醒来，舅舅就打来了电话，说要去捉螃蟹，我一听一个鲤鱼打挺从床上跳了起来，大喊一声：“great。正合我意。”急急忙忙洗漱吃饭。舅舅来了我刚好做完，“出发，go，go，let`sgo。”我急切地说到。

来到了螃蟹沟，我翻开了一块儿大石头，哇。好多的螃蟹啊。如果都抓来卖掉能挣多少钱啊。我心中打起了如意小算盘。“舅舅快来，这里有好多螃蟹。”我嚷嚷着，舅舅以迅雷不及掩耳之势冲了过来并抓住了一只大螃蟹真厉害啊。我暗暗佩服舅舅。舅舅告诉了我抓螃蟹的秘诀：先用木棍卡住螃蟹的大钳子，然后抓住它贝壳两边。我听了舅舅说的觉的很不错也开始了抓螃蟹。哈哈。我也抓到了一只螃蟹，而且比舅舅抓的大一倍呢。我看见一只和瓶盖一样小的螃蟹，我一把握在手里，可是没过一会儿小螃蟹就被闷死了，哎。真可怜呐。不过我们抓了很多的大螃蟹。

夕阳西下，小鸟都回家了，我们也该回家了。我们恋恋不舍的离开了。

暑假的趣事真是太多了，在这里给大家提一件，让大家分享我的快乐，把你暑假快乐的事也告诉我吧。

As a student, it is my duty to go over my lesson after class, or I will

miss the important point. Many students choose to study in the classroom or go

to the library, as for me, I am in favor of the latter choice. I like to go to

the library. On the one hand, it is quiet. A lot of students just sit in their

places and wont make big noise, which provides an enjoyable environment for

students to study. On the other hand, I can consult many reference books if I

need. The library provides us all kinds of books. We can find help when we have

questions. I find much joy in the library.

As the drawing presents, there is a man walking across the street absorbedly focusing on his cell phone without noticing the surroundings. This sort of phenomenon is not uncommon and rare in some metropolis, especially among the youngsters.

What the picture illustrates is the prevailing situation that has long existed in todays China. That is the mobile phone obsession. With the advent of information age, people are becoming increasingly fascinated on the electronic products, especially the cell phones. Not surprisingly, you could easily notice that most of us are obsessed in sending messages, playing online games with their mobile phones. It cannot be denied that this phenomenon may negatively impact the relationship among people, and therefore they will become estranged and isolated.

Personally, in view of the overuse of mobile phones, I hold that we individuals should raise the necessary awareness that good relationship are reinforced by sincere and face-to-face communication.

妹妹脑瓜子极机灵，但是不爱学习，调皮捣蛋，成绩更不好。

她总喜欢翻我的东西，翻个底朝天。我说：“琪琪，你这样做不对，不能随便翻别人的东西。”琪琪妹妹像没听见，继续“哗哗”地翻。

他很喜欢和人唱反调。于是，我的本子，桌子给她画的一塌糊涂，一张张雪白的画纸，要么被画脏，要么被撕烂，要么被叠成各式各样的飞机丢下楼。

背英语单词她都很头疼，背一个我们1分钟背出来的单词，她要一小时!所以，上四年级了，一年级学的one，two，three都不会背呢!

由于她的调皮，她的保姆，我，姐姐和等等人都不是很喜欢她。我想，我们不能学他，要做一个给身边大家带来快乐的人。

Today is Saturday, I don’t need to go to school, so I decided to take some morning exercises. Early in the morning, I went out of the house and looked around, the city was so quiet. With few cars, the air was fresh, I felt so comfortable. Besides the people who took the morning exercise, I found some people who worn the orange uniform, they were working. This was the first time for me to see the cleaners work in the morning, they were easily neglected, because they worked so early and when the time for people to go to work, cleaners rested. Watching these cleaners working, I feel so thankful for them, they were doing the greatest job. People praised them as the city’s dressers, they kept the city clean all the time and brought comfort to people. They are the respectable people, we should applause for them.
