我的内心是自由的，不像某些人一天到晚全都是在补习班里待着写作业，读书背书，我是一天到晚都出去玩儿的去看云，去抓小虫，去田野里玩。我的暑假生活是特别自由的，我是快乐的。我在暑假里和家人去了海边，海边有好多贝壳，还是蓝色的，海里的水是五颜六色的，还有好多好多鹅卵石，还有人在河边玩水，还浪一会儿滚来一个是多么好看呀!我喜欢站在那里被海浪轻轻冲洗，是多么凉爽多么好玩儿啊，我在河边发现了特别大的事，我看见几十个白色的小蛋，我叫妈妈来，妈妈说这是乌龟蛋，我在沙子底下发现的。我把几个蛋抱回家用，从河边带来的沙子把它们装进一个大瓶里，把沙子铺上去，没过几天我去看乌龟蛋的时候发现下面有动静。

暑假里最新鲜的事莫过于去青岛的海边旅行。

刚来到海滩，我就被这里的一切吸引住，每样东西都是那么新鲜，火辣辣的阳光照在沙滩上，沙滩像金子般闪闪发光，许多小孩在这里用沙子堆城堡，做蛋糕，在沙子里打滚，玩得不亦乐乎。

8月4日，阳光灿烂。

今天，我踏上了去向乡村的路。珍贵的暑假，本应天南地北的去旅游，却不想只能下一次乡，心里不免有些失落。可我天生一个乐天派，就把这次下乡当作一次别具风格的旅行吧!为此，我列下了长长的旅游计划。

8月4日，阳光依旧灿烂。

下午，终于到达了目的地。争先恐后跑出来迎接我的，居然是一群狗!受到如此大的礼遇，不免有些陶醉。可是，那些平日里乖巧可爱的狗狗，怎么对我虎视耽耽?特别是我这次旅游居住的旅馆——-姨妈家的狗狗，对我龇牙咧嘴，嘴里还发出的声音，吓得我动都不敢动，默立三秒钟，那狗似乎比我还有耐力，坚持不住了!我只好要白旗求助;救命啦!还好，我的保镖——表姐迅速赶到，护送我来到我将要居住十天的房间。

坐下来，惊魂未定。我的导游————表弟以光速奔来，向我介绍;旅馆中有两只大狗，两只小狗，一只大猫，两只小猫，两只猪，一群鸡。天哪!我不活了!连童子军都上场了!

为了我未来的旅游生活能够顺利快乐，我决定用我那极高的智商和情商将那一群人类的朋友摆平，首先就从冲我狂吠的那只花狗下手。嘿嘿!

吃过晚饭，我运了运功，开始实行001号计划。

下午，我们来到了海鲜超市，我一进去就嗅到了我最讨厌的海鲜味，在家人的劝阻下我才知道有的海鲜好吃，我一口吃了一大把。日照的海鲜很便宜长治50元的日照买5元。

在日照的两天，我们在海边赶海。捕小鱼，行程虽短但，但美景却常绕在我心中。

暑假里，我和爸爸妈妈一起去美丽的海南岛旅游。

刚下飞机到达三亚，我们就被这里有名的小吃——熊掌门给吸引住了。我特别喜欢吃这里的劲脆鸡肉包、月牙骨和蜂蜜柚子茶，而且趁热吃更过瘾哦!虽然已是午夜时分，这座美丽的海滨小城依然流光溢彩，还有许多人在购物、吃饭。来到提前订好的海景房，我们放下行李，身心也跟着放松下来。这里的空气弥漫着热带海风的气息，站在窗前望去汹涌的大海一览无遗，甚至还能隐隐听见海浪的拍打声。睡觉的大床别提有多舒服了，躺在上面就像躺在棉花上，躺在云朵里!清晨，我们吃完丰盛的自助餐，便赶往三亚最有名的海湾——亚龙湾。那里风景优美、游客众多，只见有的堆沙堡，有的打水仗，有的拍照留念，还有的在海上冲浪呢!爸爸第一个冲到海里游向远方，我和妈妈不会游泳只好呆在浅水区，被一波又一波的海浪拍打着、拥抱着，不一会儿身上就湿透了。玩了半天，我们又拍了许多照片，才依依不舍地回酒店洗漱。酒店内有一个漂亮的游泳池，那里的水清澈见底又不是很深，水温也刚刚好，我“扑通”一声跳进水里，把爸爸妈妈身上溅得全是水，接着我们在水里打起了水仗，玩得不亦乐乎。

快乐的时光如流水一般飞逝，很快我们就踏上了回家的路途。坐在返程的飞机上，我回味着海南岛美丽的风景和美味的小吃，真想下次放寒暑假再来这里，把美景看个够，把美食吃个遍!

暑假里，我和浦易扬一起去天一中学学打乒乓

我们首先学的是正手攻，教练先教我们的姿势，在让我们在自动发球机上练习。刚开始，我打的球一直乱飞，一会儿左，一会儿右，教练走来握着我的手告诉我怎样控制球打出去的方向、控制高低，并让我重心向下一点。我照着教练说的做，不一会，我就能控制球了。教练看我们打得不错，就让我们打两点移动。球左一个，右一个，左一个，右一个，左一个，右一个的不断飞来，我打的措手不及，手忙脚乱，脚的速度完全跟不上节奏，还被球打到好几次，教练说多打打就习惯了，于是我在休息的时候练了起来，第二轮，我终于好一点了。接下来我们初步打了一下反手，反手有点难，我们时不时就会被老师指点一下，但在老师的不断的教导下，我们还是勉勉强强会打了一点了.

今天的课上完了，我们从中学到了好几招，我们要不要来切磋切磋呀?

暑假到了，天气实在太热了，不想出门也不想写作业，我就只能躺在竹床上养膘了。

一阵微风拂来，里面杂带着一股炒饭的香味。炒饭!一想到它，我脑海里就不由得浮现出那天的情景。

那是一个明朗的早晨，干爽，一丝风也没有。妈妈给我做了一大碗喷香的炒饭，呀!这么多，我感觉吃不完，便嘀咕着，但妈妈说我长身体要我多吃，没办法，我只好闷闷不乐地吃起来。“咚咚咚”门外响起一阵敲门声，原来是外公来了，妈妈站起来，离开了饭桌，嘿嘿!真是天助我也!终于有倒饭的机会了，我抑制住内心的喜悦，趁妈去开门，便轻手轻脚地溜进了厨房，把碗对准垃圾桶轻轻一拨，一大半炒饭溜进了垃圾桶。我暗自窃喜，想：妈妈真是的，一大早让我吃那么多的饭，不胀破肚皮才怪呢!此地不宜久留，于是我赶紧小心翼翼地跑出来，坐在位上，端起那碗扔了大半的炒饭，装着若无其事的样子吃起来。

妈妈把外公请进了屋，倒了一杯水，递给外公，又忽然走进厨房，准备拿香蕉请外公品尝。谁知，天有不测风云，妈妈居然在厨房的垃圾桶里发现了我刚扔的炒饭，在妈妈的一再追问下，我只好坦白，她气得气不打一处发，脸青一阵红一阵，骂我不珍惜粮食，不懂得节约……“哼，扔了点饭，用得着这样大呼小叫吗?!再说那么多饭，不撑死我?大不了以后节约粮食，不就行吗?”一向讨厌被批评的我在心里嘀咕着。这时旁边的外公开口了，他用手搓了搓下巴，语重心长地对我说：“刘若愚呀，你这样就不对了，嗯，你看，把这么多的饭扔掉，多可惜呀，你想嘛，你妈大清早为你忙手忙脚的给你做饭，累得汗流浃背，你说，她图个啥呀!”妈妈听了外公一席话，怒气也消了一半，说：“人呀，要节约，不能大手大脚、铺张浪费……妈妈的批评和外公的教诲让我陷入了沉思。是呀，大米是农民伯伯不顾严寒酷暑种的。而我却那么不珍惜。妈妈为了我，不顾疲劳地给我做饭。还不是因为爱我、疼我，想让我长大后出人头地。况且我现在正是长身体的时候，需要大量的食物，妈妈一大清早的给我忙这忙那，做顿丰盛的早饭，而我却一点儿也不领情。唉!早知道，我就不把那碗饭倒掉，也不至让妈妈气成这样……

外公和妈妈寒喧了几句，喝了口水，准备回去了。妈妈扶住他，打算送外公回家。我也站起来对妈妈说：妈……以后我不会再倒饭了。”外公笑了笑，说：“这就对了。”

虽然我扔了一大半炒饭，但是从中我体味到了一些人生哲理。虽然倒饭这事很平常，但给我留下了不平常的印象!

今天是怿怿小班暑假的最后一天。

明天，怿怿就将进入中班，开始新的学习生活，开启一段更加丰富多彩的“旅程”。

所以，在今天这个颇具意义的日子，好好总结一下怿怿的这个暑假。

首先，身体健康。怿怿这个假期长了2斤，身高也长了2cm。这点还算不错。生活起居、饮食等方面都很有规律，早中晚三餐吃得也很好，一般早上满满一碗粥，吃得比我多啊，她总是笑称自己是“传统人”，因为早饭她就喜欢中式的粥，加点肉松咸蛋就行了，对面包等西式早餐倒是不怎么感兴趣。中午一般都是面或者馄饨，这是怿怿一直都喜欢的，自己吃得飞快。晚餐最近也很好，都能自己吃完半碗饭，荤素搭配，再加上一碗汤，营养均衡。

其次，学习能力。不管是兴趣所在，还是被逼无奈，这个假期，怿怿都坚持每天学习。写字是必修课，即使再不情愿，她也在软硬兼施下完成。二胡之前她不肯练习，但这近一个月来不错，每天都坚持30分钟以上。算术倒是怿怿喜欢的，只要我在家，几乎每天晚上都要做近半个小时，一本96页的《重点小学数学练习》已经完成了三分之二多了。现在小家伙对于10以内的加减法基本能心算了。

再次，运动水平。以前怿怿一直比较懒，对于走路极不喜欢，总是要赖着我们抱。这个暑假，我们让她多骑自行车，起先也没什么大兴趣，后来被小区里一群骑车的小伙伴感染着，也开始骑了，再后来我们把自行车的两个小轮子拆了，她居然也就这么水到渠成得骑得飞快，每天都跟在小区里一帮读小学三四年级的哥哥身后一起“飞驰”。经过每天的锻炼，小家伙更加结实了呢。除了骑车，我们还在蓝宫办了一张游泳卡，虽然还没教会怿怿游泳，但是她已经在学着憋气了，游泳学习的初步启蒙已经开始了。还有就是转呼啦圈，从之前的一圈两圈到现在能转上40来下，也是不小的进步哦。

当然，还有其他一些收获。

收获的同时，自然也发现了一些怿怿的不足，比如说，写字勉强啦、沉迷于IPAD啦、爱发发小脾气之类的。当然，有问题我们会及时指出，小家伙也很配合地表示会尽快改进。但我们当然还是以表扬和鼓励为主。毕竟，在我看来，一个假期能有这些收获，也是非常不易的，我们也非常欣慰。

明天就是9月1日了，怿怿，走进幼儿园，你就是中班的姐姐了哦。加油哦!

在国庆假期里，最快乐的事就是妈妈带我去动物园游玩。

动物园里的动物可多了，有会喷水的大象，有活泼调皮的猴子，有高贵漂亮的长颈鹿……最凶猛的狮子、老虎和大狗熊是圈养在虎山的，我和妈妈是坐着缆车观看的，坐在缆车里往下看，我刚好看到有一头黄色的大狮子正在张着那血盆大口吼叫，声音大得像打雷，我的心紧张极了，不由得握紧妈妈的手。

在百鸟园里，我见到了好多鸟，不过大部分我都不认识。我们看了鸟艺表演，观看了鹦鹉说话、鸽子识字等节目。最有趣的要数乌鸦拉车子了。一只黑黑的乌鸦拉了一只雪白雪白的鸽子，到了目的地，鸽子却不付钱，乌鸦气呼呼地把车子推翻在地，逗得观众哈哈大笑。

这里好看好玩的可多啦，说也说不完，真让人流连忘返!

我走呀走，终于找到了丝瓜地，我们走到地里时，再次傻眼了，整个丝瓜地那么大，要找到四号丝瓜无异于大海捞针啊!但我心想，无论丝瓜再小，丝瓜地再大，我也一定要找到它。因为整个丝瓜地实在是太大了，所以我们只好分工合作。我们仔细的找，到处都会闪过我们的身影。我们一直在不停的找，有时候真的找的快心灰意冷了，丝瓜上又没有贴标签，我们怎么能找得到呢?我叹了一口气，猛然间看见一个小纸条，上面写着”别摘我，我还未成年呢“。我心里一亮，觉得既然会有这样的纸条，那一定会有那样的标签，于是，我又有了继续寻找下去的动力了。忽然，传来一阵欢呼声，我心里暗喜，是不是我们小小罗队找到四号丝瓜了，我跑过去一看，原来是雄鹰队找到了一号丝瓜。我看着他们欢呼的场面，心想，既然他们队能找到一号丝瓜，那我们找到四号丝瓜也是合情合理的事情吧。我相信我们小小罗队会是最棒的。

于是，我又继续低头慢慢找，找了一会儿，不远处又传来了一阵欢呼声。”哎，又有一队找到丝瓜了，“我说。也许是由于好奇心的原因吧，我竟然又再次忍不住的凑上去看了看，到底是谁那么厉害又找到了丝瓜呢?啊，原来是我们小小罗队找到了四号丝瓜啊，那一刻，我都不敢相信自己的眼睛，难道这是真的吗?是的，千真万确。我们小小罗队终于找到了心爱的四号丝瓜宝贝了。

当我们抱着丝瓜出现在镜头面前时，那个滋味呀，呵呵，才叫爽歪歪呢!

参加了这次夏令营活动，在我心中留下了极为深刻的印象，因为，通过这次活动，让我深深的明白了一个道理，团结就是力量。只有大家齐心协力，没有什么困难能够阻挡我们前进的脚步。兄弟们，加油吧!

black, I finished. Whe I tasted, I realized the meat was over cooked. I must

learn to cook.

今年暑假的时候，我回到家乡，与我的朋友杰仔一起度过了有意义的一天。

那天早晨，我一回到故乡，杰仔就闻风而至。只见他胖乎乎的身材，脸蛋圆溜溜，皮肤黑黝黝，像刚从泥潭里钻出来的小猪似的。杰仔边喘粗气边问我：“去不去菜地的水沟里摸鱼?”我满口答应了。

于是我们俩各提着小竹篮，兴高采烈地来到一条水沟旁边。杰仔告诉我，要在水沟的上游堆一个泥坝，不让水流到下游去。而且还要在下游堆一个泥坝，不让鱼溜走。我们马上分工，我在上游堆，杰仔在下游堆。

我好不容易才沿着水沟来到上游，只见水流卷起一个个旋涡，我有点害怕，但是并没有打消我捉鱼的兴趣。我下了水，用杰仔给我买的新铲子，把岸上的泥土铲到水沟里。可是泥土却一次又一次地被水冲走。

正当我灰心丧气的时候，杰仔忙过来帮我，他见状，眉开眼笑地对我说：“哈哈，看，连水也不帮你呀，让我来驯驯它，真是老虎不发威，就当我们是病猫了!”说完，他便在低洼处挖了起来。我晓得刚才他是在安慰我。我凑过来，只见杰仔一会挖这边，一会儿又挖那边。

我好奇地问道：“杰仔，你这是干什么?”他煞有介事地一边摆头一边吟道：“事情有了结果，你自然就知道了!”说完，他看着我大笑起来。不一会儿，一条水渠完工了。我恍然大悟，原来他是想把水引到低洼处。果然，水流哗哗地流了下来。我们高兴地拍着手掌，又蹦又跳。可是想起泥坝，我们又埋头干起来。终于，一个结实的泥坝堆好了。

我们开始把水沟的水舀走。虽然要站在水沟里，但是脚跟触到鱼儿在水里打转，十分有趣。当我们把水舀到只有脚跟高时，水里的鱼儿纷纷跃出水面，溅起的烂泥花射得我满脸都是。杰仔望望我，我也望望杰仔，大家不由得扮起鬼脸来。

我们把大的鱼儿一条条捉入篮子里，留下小鱼在这里继续生活。收拾一番后，我们把泥坝拆了，再把低洼处填平。

回到家，杰仔把所有的鱼送给了我，让我好好养活它们。

直到现在，这些鱼儿在我家的鱼缸里活得自由自在……
