我爱暑假!

放暑假的一天，天气非常晴朗，我们一家四口一起去人民公园玩。这里人山人海，看起来非常热闹。

虽说放暑假就能轻松了，但没想到放暑假的第一天就差点把我无聊死。

早上起床，爸爸妈妈上班去了，家里只剩下我一人。看了会书觉得没意思就打开电视看了会也没趣。真没意思!这时我想到了电脑，我立刻飞奔到电脑前，打开电脑，开始玩游戏，没玩多长时间，闹钟响了，这时妈妈给我定的，提醒我该休息休息眼睛了。我休息了十分钟又去打游戏，可我再去玩的时候觉得电脑也没意思了。玩会玩具吧，更没意思!只好又去玩游戏，虽然没意思，总比那几个有趣。一直玩到我觉得枯燥，无趣中的无趣才停。一看表，11点半了，妈妈快回来了。我关上电脑，打开电视，看我最喜欢的铠甲勇士。吃完午饭，缠着妈妈和我打了会纸牌，没事干就休息了一会，谁知一下睡到了5点多，害得我晚上老睡不着。

哎!在学校时老盼着放假，真放假了却又觉得无趣，看来是得好好计划计划了!老这样下去可怎么好!

暑假真快乐!我不但去游玩了风景名胜——九寨沟、青城山，还去了向往已久的洋人街、儿童乐园……不过最高兴的还是去学了游泳课!

第一节课时，让我想不到的是教我们游泳的教练居然是在我们学校上体育课的丁老师!我之前有些怕游泳教练会很凶，现在看到是自己的老师，悬着的心就放下了。

丁老师让我们先进行热身运动，然后再下水。于是同学们做了几分钟的热身运动，再一个一个的跳下了游泳池。下水后，我才发现这里是浅水区，只有120厘米的水位，我完全能站起来。

开始上课了，丁老师先教我们换气。所谓换气，就是先把头伸到水面使劲吸一口气，再沉到水底把那口气吐出来就行了。感觉就像鱼儿在水底吐水泡，好玩极了!

可是每当我一沉到水底就咕噜咕噜喝了好几口水。怎么不行啊!再看看同学们，大多数和我一样都喝了好多池水，有些胆小的同学对我说：“我不想练了!”但是我告诉自己：必须得坚持!

于是我又把自己沉入水底，继续练习，哪怕脏水入肚也决不放弃!经过约半个小时的练习，我终于学会了换气。万事开头难，头开好了，后面我就觉得简单了，也不怕了。

接着丁老师又教我们在水面漂，我虽想着不怕，可心里还是有些胆怯，加上几个要好的同学都不去，我也有些不敢漂了。后来我抱着一定要学会游泳的决心，克服了心里的畏惧，我用一个小时的时间终于学会了这一招。

在接下来的训练中，我认真听老师讲的每一个关键动作，然后再刻苦练习，实在学不会的，我回家后再练。经过十多天的努力学习，最后我终于学会了游泳。

我爱游泳，我爱这个快乐的暑假!

In the afternoon,I ride my bicycle in the JIANGSU UNIVERSITY.At first,I ride18km/h,but soon I ride 22-25km/h,and then I start to speed up.About 10Minutes,I keep my velocity27-28km/h,keep it a long time,so it makes me feel very tired and thirsty.But I also feel excite.
