暑假期间我有幸在学校的组织下参加了初中骨干教师培训，在这次培训中无论是各所中学的骨干教师还是他们所讲的课程都在自己心目中留下了深刻的印象，即便是现阶段这次培训结束以后也能够在脑海中浮现一些专家教授讲的知识点，我在将这次培训中讲到的一些知识点进行总结以后也得出了相应的经验，至少在我看来这次培训获得的心得体会足以将自己的教学水平提升到一个新的高度。

在这方面可以了解到作为初中教师来说应该要懂得调动学生的学习氛围，尤其是在这个年龄阶段的学生心思比较活跃的情况下就更应该强调好课堂纪律，如何利用当前学生的心理来激发他们在课堂上的学习氛围也是一门技巧，因此对于师生之间的矛盾应该要处理好才能够逐步展开自己的教学计划，在当前的教学工作中应当懂得分析学生的心理需求才能够进一步思考作为教师的自己应该如何去做，因为相比起学习成绩来说课堂纪律问题往往让作为初中教师的自己操碎了心，这次的教师培训能够提到这样一点并提供解决的思路也是让我眼界大开。

至于学习方面急需要处理的便是学生身上普遍存在的偏科现象，在这之中不得不提到的一个问题便是英语的分数对于班级整体成绩的重要性，因此作为初中教师要懂得处理好学生身上的偏科现象才能够有效促进班级整体成绩的提升。只不过在这一点之中也需要批评那些在在当前课堂上做不同科目作业的学生，这种做法除了是不尊重老师的表现以外还间接耽误了学生对知识点的学习状况。

还有一个不得不谈到的问题便是现阶段家庭教育对于初中生学习的重要性，所以作为初中教师除了做好学生的教学工作以外还应该抽出时间接触一下家长，无论是自己对于初中生的一些看法还是家长应该做到的部分都应该讲明，而且有些时候学生身上存在的一些问题光凭教师是难以解决的，所以在这方面还要引起家长的重视并使用正确的教育方式才行，至于如何达到让学生将精力专注于学习的目标则需要根据不同的情况来做到具体问题具体分析了。

我始终坚信作为一名初中教师不可能会遇到教不好学生的状况，有些看似比较困难的问题只要能够找对解决的方法就能够有效地提升学生成绩，在这之前最好还是应该要收拢学生的心思才能够使其专心进行学习，当前自己可以预见到作为初中教师来说在教育事业上面还有着漫长而曲折的道路，而自己需要去做的便是为了达到教好学生的目标而在这条曲折的道路上不断前行。

一、暑假宗旨：

外面的世界很精彩，但外面的世界也很无奈，我要继续发扬光大宅女的优良传统，把家坐穿。

二、暑假目标：

争取把自己捂成白毛女，饿成白骨精。(好像是个梦，昨天又馋的不行，去了饭店)

三、暑假内容：

1、每天争取7点起床，转转呼啦圈，以免腰部赘肉的增长。

2、每天争取打扫一遍家庭卫生，必须让自己生活在一个赏心悦目的环境里。

3、每天争取拿出两小时读读书，不管爱不爱读。

4、每天中午必须午睡一小时，保证睡眠充足是美容的根本。

5、每天必须听听音乐，或者唱几首歌，音乐是洗涤灵魂的良药。

6、每天必须坚持锻炼一小时，不管刮风下雨。

7、每晚尽量早睡，争取在12点之前躺在床上(有些心虚)。

8、争取泡点啥(此处范围广，可以随意发挥想象)。

9、美女小米说，每周还得那啥啥啥啥啥啥，不明白的问我们家小米哈。

10、天气适宜的话，争取走进山水中，挑逗一下山水。

这个暑假里我有很多收获，比如学会了游泳、出去旅游，增长了见识、还体验了超刺激的游戏。不过，我最大的收获应该是懂得了——“坚持就是胜利”这个道理。-"persistence is victory".

放暑假了，妈妈给我报了羽毛球班，我十分高兴。妈妈告诉我，上课时间是每天下午3：00——5：00，时间为一个月，并强调既然报了，就要坚持学完。听朋友说那儿的老师非常好，有幽默感，同学们都很喜欢他。于是，下午2：30我就拿上羽毛球拍兴冲冲地出发了。可是刚走出空调屋，瞬间就被一股热浪包围，于是我加快脚步跑下楼，谁知一股更加强烈的阳光向我射来，刺得我睁不开眼睛，晒得就像被火烤似的。我这才意识到，这个课时正是一天中最热的时候!虽然热但是心中有股莫名的力量驱使着我向前进。当我来到教室，发现这个教室没有空调，没有风扇，连窗户都没有，整个教室热得像蒸笼，不透气。天哪，一个月呀!意味着我要在这样的天气里行走30次。这可怎么办，我能坚持的下来吗?

在这样的情况下，我坚持了一个星期，初期的热情快没有了，我有点想放弃了，再也不想踏出空调屋半步了。每天午饭后，我都嘟嘟囔囔说不想去，希望得到妈妈的同意。可是妈妈耐心劝我：“我知道外面很热，可是学东西哪有那么容易的?如果一碰到困难就放弃，到头来什么都学不到。坚持就是胜利!”我突然想到了妈妈，她天天要干家务：买菜、做饭、洗衣、拖地、打扫房间等等，这些家务天天都需要人重复的做，妈妈不烦吗?但是她不是也天天在坚持吗?还有老师，她们日复一日，年复一年教着孩子们，她们不烦吗?如果他们放弃了，那这么多学生们怎么学习知识?医生们放弃了，病人怎么治病?司机们放弃了，车怎么开?工人们放弃了，工厂怎么运行?农民们放弃了，谁种庄稼?·····

是啊，“坚持就是胜利，胜利需要坚持”可是我从来都没有做到过。比如：每天坚持听、读英语，我没做到;每天认真做作业，不粗心，不马虎，我做不到;每天坚持读书，我做不到;每天早上起床晨练，我也做不到;每天坚持练琴，我还做不到;每天坚持写日记，我都做不到，等等。我想为什么我做事总是虎头蛇尾，三分钟热度。每次开学时，总是信心满满，又是目标又是计划，可时间一长，惰性就出现，不知不觉中就放弃了很多。这些看似简单的事情，如果都能坚持下来，会给我带来巨大的收获。所以这次，我一定要坚持，坚持就是胜利，胜利需要坚持!我赶紧拿起羽毛球拍，冲出家门，一路上，我的耳边一直回荡着那句话：“坚持就是胜利!”

我终于懂得了，什么叫做“坚持就是胜利”。以后，在我快要气馁的时候，我也要随时用这句话提醒自己“坚持就是胜利”我想这就是我暑假最大的收获!

English is one of my best subjects and I started learning English when I

was ten years old.

But at the very beginning, listening seemed a little difficult for me. So I

虽然缤纷多彩的暑假生活已经过去了，可我却还停留在那快乐的时光里。

书籍使我快乐。由于爸爸妈妈的工作较忙，没有时间带我去旅游。我只好在家里沉醉在那些美丽的文字中，从六年级的辅导书中，我仿佛看到了调皮的索溪，美丽的山雨……我完全沉醉在里面了。在这里，我学到了做人的道理。是书籍让我在暑假中不感到孤单的。

做家务使我快乐。一天，爸爸和妈妈刚走，我看到又脏而又乱的家，就想到了一个好主意。我先把桌子收拾好，再把碗刷好。然后再拿抹布把家具上的灰尘擦了擦。再呢就是扫地了，扫完地后，我又拿起抹布来擦地了，这擦地也是有窍门的：1擦地是要有次序，一个砖块一个砖块地擦，这样就不会有没擦的地方了。2要先擦前再擦后，这样就不会踩到自己擦过的地方了。3有时，有些东西很难擦掉，这就要用我的方法了。先把手放在胸前的下方，然后前腿弓后腿蹬，最后再把手上的抹布向前一推，地上就干净多了。我再也不是以前那个娇气的小公主了。今天，我感到了劳动的快乐。

这个暑假真是快乐啊！

暑假像一个个小音符来到了我们的身边。暑假对有些人来说是自由自在的，因为可以尽情的玩耍;对有些人来说暑假是依依不舍的，因为要离开亲爱的老师和同学们一阵子;对我而言暑假却是充实的。

每天上午妈妈很忙的时候，我会帮忙带一下妹妹。下午时我会把地面扫得一尘不染，像玻璃一样又亮又干净。当然也不能忘记作业，只要把作业尽快地写完，就可以早点儿玩，我觉得有一句话说得太棒了：只要你一直和时间赛跑，你就可以成功!就是说你做作业也好，吃饭也好，放学回家也好，心中要有一种和时间比赛的理想。比如你放学回家看见太阳快要下山了，你就可以跟太阳比赛看谁先回到家。时间是一去不复返的。

我们的暑假和爸爸和妈妈小时候的暑假可是截然不同哦，虽然他们那时只有两本------语文数学，但是那时候得每天早早起床去山上砍柴，割猪草。如果砍柴没有装到半筐或一点也不重，还会被骂，不让吃饭。我告诉你哦，妈妈小时候还有一件趣事呢!有一次我舅舅骗妈妈说你里面装几个石头然后用猪草盖住，一来看上去有很多，二来拿上去也很有重量，妈妈说：对哦，我怎么没想到呢。结果把妈妈给累坏了。外婆知道后哈哈大笑，说：“你啊，他都说了拿上去很有重量，你还相信他。”爸爸妈妈的暑假是伴随着更多的工作的，而不只是学习。

这就是一代人与一代人不同的暑假生活，随着生活水平的提高，人们的学习方式也发生了翻天覆地的变化。我们这一代的孩子并不需要承担大量的家务等工作，爸爸妈妈对你们的期望也只是认真学习。在新时代下，我们是最幸福的祖国的未来。

暑假生活之所以快乐，当然是因为我们的生活丰富。这个暑假，我和我的小伙伴一起参加了许多的活动，这些活动充实了我们暑假的生活，让我们感受到了暑假的快乐。

在暑假的一开始，我们就迎来了我们这边市里组织开展的科技活动，我们一群大小不一的孩子，在活动工作人员的带领下，像是一群“小候鸟”一般参观了通航织造小镇，那里的飞机不仅多，而且壮观，我们还都在工作人员的帮助下，坐到飞机驾驶座上感受了一下呢!这一活动让我们在暑假的开始就近距离感受到了我国航空科技的魅力，让我们有了许多对未来要成为科学家成为航空领域工作者的向往。

后来，我和我的小伙伴又幸运地遇到了足球夏令营的活动，这在我们以往的暑假里面也是没有的，爱好踢足球的我们，最多也就几个小伙伴一起钻到旁边大学里的操场上踢几场球，这一次遇到这样好的活动，我们当然得报名参加!我和我的小伙伴一起报名参加了这个足球夏令营，我们一起在专业足球教练的指导下，开始了专业的足球训练。每天都踢得大汗淋漓，每天都踢得累到可以倒头就睡着，我们却还是在训练的过程中，尽情享受了绿茵场上只属于足球的乐趣。

这个暑假里，还有一件快乐的事儿是我遇到了能够和我一起下象棋的小伙伴。我俩都是足球夏令营的运动员，我们聊到彼此都喜欢象棋后，我们会在晚上洗完澡了之后趴在宿舍的床上下一局象棋，而我们俩的象棋比赛，不是他赢就是我赢，下了这么久都难以分出高下，这让我俩一会儿觉得彼此水平相当，一会儿又觉得彼此那应该叫“半斤八两”。

当然，快乐的暑假总是飞快而逝的，它的短暂和快乐注定了我们会在往后回忆起这个快乐的暑假生活。

这个暑假，快乐的事很多，当然，遗憾的事也不少，比如说让我失去了一次锻炼的好机会：自己坐火车去湖北。由于北京的雨下的的太大，所以火车都晚点，等了好久车也不来，只也退票了。不过说也奇怪，当时我去不成的时候心里还挺高兴的，可能还是有一点害怕吧!
