它不但爱睡觉，还很贪吃。记得有一次，我们吃着香喷喷的排骨，球球看见了，馋得直流口水，看到它的样子，我真的不忍心，只好向地上抛了一块骨头，小狗跳了起来，迅速地叼住了骨头，爬到了床底下，狼吞虎咽地吃了起来，吃得津津有味。

有一天，一只小黑狗啃着骨头，小狗马上窜上去抢。小黑狗一闪，让小狗扑了个空。接着，小狗猛地站起来，前爪前伸，身子后倾，尾巴一挺，“呼”地向小黑狗扑过去。小黑狗一声怪叫和小狗厮打。它们“汪汪”乱叫，蹿上蹿下。小狗看准时机，狠狠地把小黑狗的腿咬了一口，小黑狗惨叫了一声，一瘸一拐地夹着尾巴放下骨头溜走了。小狗趴在地上舔着身子，又津津有味地吃着“战利品”。

这样可爱、勇猛的小狗叫我怎么会不喜欢它呢?

它要是高兴，能比谁都殷勤，能比谁都温柔。它会冲你汪汪叫几声，或是蹭着你的腿叫你把它抱进怀里，轻轻抚摸它，它偎在你的怀里，静静地躺着，享受着你的爱抚，仿佛是个温顺的孩子。它还很善解人意，在你写作业的时候，它也不吵不闹，只是静静地趴在你身边，摇头晃脑地看着你，或者自己玩，就是不会打扰你;但它若是不开心，情绪不高，你叫它，它也不会理你，更愿意躲在一个角落里，蜷成一团，呼呼大睡;你若这时训它，它的小脾气一上来，就会跟你赌气，然后“离家出走”，出去一天也不见个影儿，让你挂念它。

在我们共同的家园——地球上，生活着许许多多的动物，你喜欢哪种动物呢?反正我最喜欢的动物是我们最忠诚的朋友——狗。

我最喜欢的狗就是我邻居家的那只京巴狗圆圆和柯利牧羊犬帅帅。他们天天在一起玩耍，是一对棒打不散的好朋友，我也很喜欢他们，他们一见到我就摇着尾巴向我跑来。

帅帅体型彪大，身体大约有六十多厘米长。两只腿站立时，完全能够到我的肩膀。我最喜欢看他奔跑时的身影——卷毛飞扬，活像一匹骏马。我经常会和圆圆、帅帅一起跑步。可以毫不夸张的说，帅帅奔跑时的速度丝毫不亚于纯种骏马的速度。一般狗跑起来时，都会发出“嗒嗒”声，可帅帅跑起来的声音很小，不仔细是听不见的。帅帅跑起来的样子也很帅：卷毛飞扬，身体呈弓状。如果要用一个字来形容帅帅，那就是：帅。如果用一个词语，那就是：无可挑剔。

之前讲了帅帅跑步的速度很快，下面我就讲一个例子吧。

一个周末的早上，我在楼下的小公园散步。真巧，帅帅和圆圆正要比赛赛跑，我看着好玩，也加入了进去。我和圆圆、帅帅站到了我用小石子画的起跑线上我拍了拍帅帅的屁股，帅帅明白我的意思。我也拍了拍圆圆的屁股，可圆圆似乎没有明白，傻呆呆的看着我。我回到了原来的位置：“三，二，一，跑!”当我说完跑时，帅帅如同脱缰的骏马，向前跑去。我也不甘落后。可这时，帅帅停了下来，朝后望去。我不知道帅帅在看什么，我也朝后看去。一看才知道，原来圆圆一直停在起点上。他的眼神里看上去很不知所措。这时我才想起，帅帅属于柯利牧羊犬中的边境牧羊犬，是世界上最聪明的狗狗，他能理解我的意思。可圆圆就不同了，他是京巴狗啊。这时，帅帅走到了圆圆的身边，“汪汪”的叫了几下。我知道，帅帅是在告诉圆圆我的意思。我又走到了起跑线上。：“三，二，一，跑!”帅帅和刚才一样，像个脱缰的骏马似的跑了出去。圆圆也如出弦的箭。可是势头很猛，速度却很慢。应为他的腿太短了。可即使这样，圆圆也很轻松的超过了我。不过帅帅可把圆圆落下了一大截。忽然，帅帅停了下来，等圆圆和我跑到了他身旁后，才开始接着跑。哦，原来帅帅是在等我们呢。我的心里感觉很感动。可即使这样，冠军肯定还是帅帅。圆圆第二，我第三。有时，帅帅会故意输给我们，我真是越来越喜欢这只聪明、有情感的边境牧羊犬了。

相对于帅帅来说，圆圆的体型就小了很多，身长只有三十厘米左右，比帅帅小了一半左右。他名字的含义来自于他的那一双眼睛，实在是太圆了。如同发亮的黑宝石。他的腿也很圆，圆圆的名字就是这样得来的。他的腿也很短，所以即使他撒开脚丫子跑，也跑不快。他也傻傻的，但我还是很喜欢他的那种简单的可爱。

Protecting the Wild Animals

Last week, I saw a very impressive documentary about panda. A professor studied panda in the early 1980s went to the wild life and kept trace of wild giant panda for many years. As a result, he found that it was human being that made these lovely animals die out. At that time, many people believed that giant panda became less because of the low rate of newborn babies. But it was not true. People cut trees for making profit at that time. Panda lose homeland and they lacked of food. Thanks to these valuable data, the government took the policy to protect the animals. So today, the number of giant panda is increasing. People realize the importance of protecting the environment and it is the best way to protect wild animals, they are the indispensable part of the nature.

I like many animals ,such as cats,monkeys,fishes and tigers. but my favorite animals are dogs.I keep a dog in my house .My family members call it "Wang Wang" .It is black and white .All of us like him.It is very cute ,friendly and clever .I often takes him out for a walk in the evening.It brings us joys and smiles.So I like it best.

The global polar bear population could decline by more than 30 percent in as little as 35 years. Thats according to a new study in The Royal Societys Biology Letters.

Researchers looked at climate change effect on the Arctic Sea and calculated the likelihood of this projected population drop is 71 percent.

Thats because polar bears stand on Arctic Sea ice when hunting for seals. According to NASA, even the thickest ice in the Arctic Ocean has "either thinned or melted away."
