我最喜欢的动物是长颈鹿。它是生活在草原上的，以植物为食。

它的脖子很长，长度占了身高的一半还要多，这是因为它尤其爱吃树叶，但由于自然条件的变化，摹上的树林越来越少。长颈鹿为了吃到长在高树枝上的树叶，就尽量地伸长脖子，肚子长的要比肚子短的吃的饱一些。经过千百万年一代代的进化，脖子短的逐渐被淘汰，百幸存焉的鹿的脖子就越来越长了。

长颈鹿的尾巴很短，四肢很发达，当凶猛的野兽抓捕它的时候，它可以跑得很快。它奔跑的速度可以达到每小时五十千米，比普通汽车还快，一般的动物很多容易追上它。但由于长颈鹿身躯庞大，耐力有限，不能长途奔驰，而且鹿群中还有年老体弱者，因此在一些天敌的穷追之下，还是有不幸葬身于狮子之口的。

长颈鹿是我最喜欢的动物，我每次去动物园都要去看一看长颈鹿。

从前有一个花蝴蝶，她生活在草丛里，而草丛里只有几朵花儿。

花蝴蝶最大的愿望就是找到一个十分十分大的花丛，并这那儿生活，可她一直犹豫不止，不知找还是不找。

终于有一天，花蝴蝶下定了决心，一定要去找到一个大花丛，并在那儿生活!她告别了草丛就出发了。

路上她遇到了一个小孩子，那孩子一看花蝴蝶就迫不及待拿起网要把花蝴蝶该抓住!小孩子用网一盖，就把花蝴蝶给抓住了，可花蝴蝶趁小孩子一不留心就立刻逃跑了。小孩子没有放弃，小孩子在她后面跟着，用网往她身上盖，想把她给盖住!小孩子一盖，她就一闪，一盖一闪、一闪一盖……直到花蝴蝶飞过了河，小孩子才停了下来，不在追她了。花蝴蝶松了一口气，继续向前飞。

飞了许久，一片棘林挡住了花蝴蝶的去路。花蝴蝶望而生畏了，花蝴蝶想放弃了，忽然从她的心灵深处里传出了一把声音：不!我不能放弃!我一定要找到一个大花丛!这把声音鼓励了她，使得她有勇气穿过这片棘林了。她用眼睛仔细地寻找着每一条棘藤的空隙，然后小心翼翼的飞过。终于，她飞过了棘林，不过翅膀受伤了，她忍着痛继续向前飞。

花蝴蝶飞着飞着，突然，她感觉到翅膀十分的痛，就昏迷过去了。突然间，心灵深处又传来了那把声音：不!我不能死!我一定要找到一个大花丛!这句话使得她又有力量了，她缓缓地睁开眼睛，又飞了起来。可是没飞多久，她的翅膀没有力气了掉了，下来，她只可以慢慢的爬了。

不管爬得有多慢，她还是坚持不懈的爬着。忽然间，她闻到了一阵清香扑鼻而来，她越爬那阵清香就越来越香。她肯定不远处有一个大花丛，她张开了翅膀想看一下还能不能飞，奇迹出现了，她的翅膀竟能飞了。她飞了不一会儿就看到了一个花丛，她高兴极了，她在花丛里飞来飞。在那儿安了一个家。

花蝴蝶在这次历险中明白了一个道理：无论做什么事，都要坚持不懈，不能半途而废。

你还不晓得吧，它最有趣的是吃饭的动作：先把头低下来把食物送进嘴巴里，之后抬起头把食物嚼碎，最后再咽下去。
