Recently, I have seen an impressive film—“Meet the Parents”, which is about

a woman Palm brought her boyfriend Greg to her parents’ home to spend holiday.

In the film, Greg was so dishonest to Palm’s parents that Palm’s father is

suspicious of his behavior and quality. As a result, Greg is obnoxious to all

and has to leave. As far as I am concerned, the consequence is heavily caused by

his dishonesty. If Greg could be real him all the time, he would get much

respect and appreciation and would not get much frustration. From the film, I

have learned that being honest was extremely important and necessary. In other

words, being honest is a basic principle for us to deal with others.

For one thing, we will not get others’ trust unless we are honest. If we

deceive others, we would get the same in return, and even no one would make

friends with us or even communicate with us. For another, we will get others’

respect and appreciation if telling the truth. Telling the truth and being

However, something strange happens in our society. There is a strange

phenomenon that honest people suffer but the dishonest benefit a lot. It made

some people have a suspicion that being honest is not so important.

My university life has been one of the most colorful parts of my life. I will never forget the day when I first stepped into the university. At that very moment, I was impressed immediately by the beautiful campus, the enthusiastic students and the good learning atmosphere. I fell in love with the campus at once.

First, studying on the campus gives me lots of pleasure. After some very arduous military training, I became absolutely absorbed in my studies. Different from high school courses, the courses in university are specific and interesting. I can get information not only from teachers in class, but also outside of class, such as in the library, on the Internet and so on. These courses arouse my insatiable desire for knowledge and make me learn and digest as much as I can. Besides, social activities on campus provide me with more chances to learn. I will never forget the days I served as a volunteer at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. I was a volunteer as well as a disseminator of our splendid culture. There was no doubt that I came across many difficulties at first, such as humid weather, language barriers and so on. Since I was a little child, I was taught that dont give up forever. My

mother told me that teaching me how to walk was a tough task. When I just

learned how to walked, I fell down frequently, but she or my father never helped

me to stand up, because they wanted me to stand up by myself. After fell down

again and again, I finally learned walking. My parents were proud of me. Now,

whenever I meet with a problem or get into trouble, no matter how hard the

situation is, I rarely stop my step, because I have a faith in my mind that the

My dream home is not very large.Its a wooden house.it is near the sea.Id like to have 5 rooms in my home.I have a kitchen,a bathroom,a sitting room,a studyand my own bedroom.I like living near the sea because it is very quiet there.I can watch the sea and can always play on the beach.

The furniture in my house is all made of wooden.

It is good for our health.I like having a rest in my bedroom.I like listening to music of JJ while Im reading books in my room.I always ask my friends to come here.

也许，有些是早就注定了的，就像父亲注定付出一生为了孩子。父亲的爱，不像母亲的爱那样发人深醒，也不像老师的爱那么铭记于心；但他却更有闪光的一面，像一股暖流，悄无声息的渗进心灵。

那时我还小，很贪玩，常常很玩才回家，对此，遭到了父母无数次批评，但我却对此置之不理。还说父母不理解我。

4年级的一个下午，放学后，我和几个小伙伴玩得开心极了，星星出来还没有回家。父亲着急的跟老师打电话，但老师也无能为力。也许累了，也许乏了。拖着沉重的步伐迈上了回家的路。推开门，父亲快步走了上来，冷冷的说：“又到哪疯去了，还回来干嘛？”我看着父亲的眼神，心里不禁一颤，原来他一点也不关心我。我没有说话，径直走向房间。

母亲也许生气了，一把把我拉住：“我和你说话呢，没听见吗，你自己看看已经多晚了，你不睡觉我们还要睡呢？”我甩开父亲的手，说道：“你真的关心过我吗，你了解过我的感受吗，我不要你管我！”父亲指着门外，说道﹕“那你不要呆在这个家啊。”回想起以前与父亲的争吵，泪水盈框而出，恍惚看见父亲的眼里也有一透明的液体在起打转……

我难过，我气愤，扭头就跑出了家门。风，吹落了眼角的泪，我朝天大喊了一声：“爸爸，我恨你……”

后来，我长大了，也懂事了，回想起以前的往事，真觉得后悔，自己真不应该与爸爸顶嘴，爸爸也不会为我操心这么多了。

岁月无情，悄悄的爬上了爸爸的脸庞，又添了几丝皱纹，现在的爸爸这么爱我，也许，有些东西真的要失去后，才能拥有吧……

有时，静静看着父亲，多想对他说，爸爸，请原谅我以前所犯的错，请记住，我依然爱你……也许你的爱并不深沉，但您对我的爱，我将深深保留。

in the United States. But they still can meet frequently, because of the

这里的农乐园更是让人叹为观止。这里有过往的农俗文化，老一辈的怀念，新一辈的好奇……古树菜园，让我感受到过往的人民的浓浓乡情;瓜棚荷塘，让我仿佛看到了一幅农民劳动图;水车石磨，让我对过去一切充满了无穷无尽的好奇……我印象最深的，莫过于碾谷坊罢了，爸爸告诉我，以前爷爷也是用这种方法碾谷的，这是一种农俗文化，是永远不会遗传的。爸爸还叫我推了一下石磨，我还推没有两步，就早已经汗流浃背了，我心中油然而生出一种敬佩之情……

千竹湖畔也不是徒有虚名。摇曳起舞的翠竹婀娜多姿;碧波荡漾的湖水磷光闪烁。 泛绿，飘绿，漫绿，沐绿，这迷人的景色，洒遍茫茫山野，融入悠悠湖水，渲染漫漫天空……在这里，观行云流水，听鸟语清风，心情是何等舒畅啊!
