星期天到了，妈妈又要忙碌起来，她要把家中里里外外打扫一遍。

看到妈妈打扫完疲惫的模样，今天我决定要减轻妈妈的负担，自己打扫一下我的书房。

我的写字桌是最喜欢的粉色，可是有一点遗憾，就是怕脏，有一点污渍就很显眼。看留在桌上的橡皮屑就像人脸上的麻子，好难看。开始打扫了，于是我先学妈妈的方法，用小刷子把橡皮屑刷掉，桌上的污点顿时就显露出来，我就用抹布仔细的擦，咦!怎么擦不了呀。妈妈说了：“你挤一点牙膏试试。”我听完连忙在污渍上挤了点牙膏来回擦了几下，果然黑黑的污渍立刻就不见了，我越擦越来劲，一会儿桌子露出了原来的本色，亮亮的。

接下来就是拖地，最累了，我心里有些不愿意。妈妈看见了对我说：“你怎么半途而废呢!做任何事都要有决心和恒心!”我觉得也是，还好书房面积也不大。妈妈帮我洗好了拖把，我像模像样地拖了起来，看到我认真的样子妈妈微微笑了一下。

爸爸总是喜欢把看完的报纸放到我的地盘上，已经有好多了，今天我的地盘我要做主了，我对妈妈说：“这些报纸也看完了，我就彻底把书房清理一下吧，把那些旧书报纸都卖了。”妈妈连声说“好，好，好，反正车库里还有一大堆饮料瓶，今天就把这些都卖了，那钱就当给你的奖励。”妈妈说道。

我和妈妈一起把报纸饮料瓶全都卖给了收废品的人。卖完后，一看共有二十多块呢!想到家里的花都谢了，我便用这些钱买了几支百合花插入花瓶。

望着干净整洁的书房，和桌子上的鲜花，今天我真的感到很开心，也让我懂得劳动的快乐。

站军姿真难

军姿可是军训中一个必不可少的内容，要求站直 ，站好，站稳，看起来简单，容易，心里便沾沾自喜地想:不就是站好嘛，太简单啦!

可谁知道，不仅要站直，还要做到头抬高、手贴紧、两肩后张

、身体微前倾等动作，顿时傻眼了。不一会儿就感到酸胀和累这时才知道站军姿的痛苦了，一放松就会有教官的“小奖励’，真的有种进退两难的尴尬!

声音超洪亮

不得不说，教官还有个“耳背”的毛病，声音要是低于12分贝，教官便会问：“说什么，听不见，大声点?”因为国防苑地处四面环山，教官便要求我们能听到回声才算合格。所以我们常常说一个字要叫得脸红脖子粗，老半天恢复不了嗓子!

再说没饭吃

我以前在家懒散惯了，吃饭想吃就吃，说话也没人干涉，可是现在，连吃饭也要被教官管着，一切都要服从命令，听从指挥。只有听着教官的口令行动，如果叽叽喳喳的，有时还会饿肚子呢!当教官说“坐下!”便坐下，不得有其他小动作，一切行动听指挥，哎呀，看，那桌慢了，唉，又要重新开始了。有时反复几次，当开饭时哪有力气说话呀!

我们更默契

“1-2-1,1-2-1,123-4,1234.”随着响亮有力的口号声，我们踏着整齐的步伐，没发出一丁点杂音，耳边都是整齐有力的脚步声，很稳健!这时我便开心地笑了，我们从杂乱无章，有气无力的脚步，变成了统一一致，整齐有力的步伐，我们进步了!

这次军训，我们付出了艰辛、汗水和泪水，收获了团结、自信与自立，因为在我们心中，教官的一句话深深地在我耳边回荡：我们要做到N O.1!

我从小就有了很强的好奇心。一有不懂的，就去问爸爸，或旁边的人。

这天，我和马哥去围墙边的草丛里捉蚂蚱。这时，我们发现一只小蚂蚁在绿叶上爬来爬去。我们走近它，仔细一看，看到的是一只黑蚂蚁，就想把蚂蚁抓到石头上，然后再去抓蚂蚱，把蚂蚱弄死放到蚂蚁面前引诱它。

当我们把死蚂蚱放在蚂蚁面前，蚂蚁一见到蚂蚱，就跑回老巢，叫来它的同伴们。可是，我看它们出来时只有三只，好像别的蚂蚁都跑去玩了，我又看见它们用触角顶了顶，我的好奇心马上更强了。然而，我问马哥：“它们是在干什么?”“它们在谈话呢。”马哥不慌不忙地说道。我想：它们应该是在分工合作吧，一只去叫人，两只先去看护蚂蚱。

不久，我发现一只蚂蚁又沿着刚才来时的路线回去了。我的好奇心又不知不觉地跳出来了：“马哥，为什么它们能按小黑蚂蚁走过的路线回到老巢呢?”“因为每一只蚂蚁走过的路都会留下一股特殊的气味。”

就在这时，一群蚂蚁大军向蚂蚱扑来，只见一只比较大的蚂蚁爬到死蚂蚱的上面指挥，一部分蚂蚁在前面拼命地拉着蚂蚱的触角，其余则在蚂蚱的两侧、后面使劲地推，死蚂蚱一点点、一点点地向蚂蚁的巢穴挪动。

通过这次观察，我终于知道：蚂蚁的秘密武器是什么了，那就是它们如此团结。

家乡的春节最数热闹的就是正月十五了。体育场上是人声鼎沸，人们都在期待着万众瞩目的秧歌、腰鼓。在鼓声响起时，随着迎来了春节的一大亮点----秧歌，大家各自舒展着肢体，扭动着身段，此时，人们都沸腾了，体育场上一片喧哗，喧哗声中，艺人们仍在专心致志地表演着。优美的旋律，加上艺人们优雅的舞姿，使在场的每一个人都陶醉其中。腰鼓队出来时，迎来了一阵阵黄土高原的气壮豪迈，像跳动在黄土高原上的明珠，一起挥舞着一幅山河壮美图。

正月十五过后，随着各种各样的拜年活动陆续结束，这个年才算结束，新的一年又开始了，大家又开始各忙各的，又陆陆续续为更美好的生活奔波着、忙碌着。

转眼间，寒假就要过去了，回想下这个寒假收获还真不少。但是最大的收获要数我学会了蒸年糕。

年三十一大早，我看见奶奶正忙着买蜜枣，桂花，春糯米粉，准备蒸年糕呢!我长这么大，每年都能吃到奶奶从乡下寄来的美味年糕，但从没看到过奶奶是怎样蒸年糕的。今年正好回老家，我可要亲自“实践”一下。

总算等到吃好午饭，奶奶从橱里拿出蒸笼。于是我对奶奶说：“让我来当您的助手吧，我吃自己蒸的糕，心里会更甜!’’奶奶微笑着同意了。我挽起袖管，那股高兴劲可别提了。我仿佛已经闻到了年糕的阵阵香味。

只见奶奶先把糯米粉倒进竹匾里，在里面加上了白搪，蜜枣，桂花。再用勺子麻利地来回拌匀。奶奶告诉我：“这样蒸出来的糕既有蜜枣的甜味，又有桂花的香味，让人回味无穷。”我想：怪不得奶奶每年都寄好多年糕来，但我总觉得吃不够。想着，我就学奶奶的样子用筷子不停地搅拌着。

接着，奶奶在大锅里放了一锅水和几根筷子，把锅盖盖上，让爷爷烧火。过了一会儿，满屋水汽，水烧开了。这时，奶奶在蒸笼的内壁用纱布轻轻地抹上清油，放人已拌匀的米粉，双手在蒸笼的四周拍了几下，等米粉拍结实了，急忙把蒸笼放到锅上蒸。一会儿，米粉中就冒出了几个顽皮的小泡，小泡碎了，蒸汽就从米粉中冒出来。奶奶低下头，仔细观察蒸汽的出处，还不停地在出气处撒上米粉。奶奶一边忙着添加米粉，一边给我“面授机宜”：“这添加米粉很有讲究，不然的话，蒸出来的糕，有的地方生，有的地方熟，口味很不好。”奶奶还不停地关照爷爷把灶内的火烧得旺一点。不多久，一股年糕香扑鼻而来，一笼又糯又香的年糕就蒸好了。

奶奶乐滋滋地把冒着热气的年糕递到家人的手里，嘴里不停地说着：“吃了搪年糕，生活一年更比一年好。”

真开心，我终于学会了蒸年糕，怎么样我的收获是不是很少。

爸爸妈妈作为主持人讲了几句开场白，接着妈妈又说：“下面有请李欣的爸爸表演舞蹈‘太空行走’，大家掌声。”只见爸爸站在舞台(就是地板上)上，手脚并用，张牙舞爪向我走来，我是评委，一看见这情况，吓得惊慌失措，四处乱逃，边逃边说：“停!爸爸的‘太空行走’变成‘大怪兽行走’了，不得分。”一旁的妈妈哈哈大笑。

我表演的节目是古筝曲《渔舟唱晚》。我开始弹奏了，那优美、动听、悦耳的音乐轻轻响起，飘进爸爸妈妈的耳朵里。他们深深地陶醉在这美妙的音乐里，我弹呀弹，那好听的音乐一直在房间飘荡着、飞舞着。我弹完了，房间里响起了雷鸣般的掌声，爸爸妈妈都为我打了100分。

下面轮到妈妈表演了，妈妈表演的是舞蹈《欢欢喜喜过大年》。只见妈妈拿了一条红艳艳的围巾系在腰间，这身装扮很有过年的气氛呀。妈妈的脚左一点、右一点在地板上跳来跳去，手拿着围巾的两端随着脚步左右摇晃着，很像扭秧歌。舞蹈跳完了，我和爸爸直夸妈妈跳得好，妈妈笑开了花。

联欢晚会继续进行着，我们全家都很高兴。

A book exhibition

Dropped in at National Library to see the National Book Exhibition which will close today. Suprised at the fact that so many kinds of books are published in our country. Thought the childrens books with many pages of colorful illustrations were made very nicely. Bought a copy of the Chinese version of English and American Short Stories at a 20 per cent discount. Am going to read this through in this good season for reading.

每个人的寒假生活都是不一样的，有的人会去外地游玩，有的人会去参加公益活动，还有的人每天呼朋唤友去玩，我也不例外，今天就讲讲我的寒假生活。

年前，我和爸爸参加了新河镇举办的大型年俗节活动。目的地是六闸村文化礼堂。一到那儿就觉得很热闹，礼堂门口都是卖小吃的，有奶茶、冰淇淋、串串香……看得我口水直流，我缠着爸爸给我买，可爸爸却对我说：“不要急，活动结束后会有好吃的。”这让我对这次活动充满了期待。再看看礼堂里人山人海的，我好不容易才挤了进去，签了到。

活动分七个项目，分别是：舞龙、乐高、写福字、糖画、剪纸、提线木偶和打炒米。我和爸爸先去打炒米，爸爸跟我说炒米是他儿时过年的一种零食。我第一次看到打炒米的工具，长得非常像大炮，有一个小口，不要看口子小，米却能装一大堆。一位老爷爷把一碗米装进“大炮”的口子中，盖紧盖子，接着就看到这个容器在火架上来回翻转，10分钟后老爷爷把一个麻袋套在小口子这里，只听砰的一声后，空气里就弥漫着炒米的香气。

走进礼堂里面，锣鼓声中充满了喜庆，舞龙表演开始了，只见这条龙时而翻转身体，时而直冲云霄，壮观极了。舞龙的师傅让我也体验了一把，我拿着龙头，几个小朋友拿着龙身和龙尾，我们组成了一支舞龙小队。学着师傅们的样子，我们配合得很默契，舞得有模有样的，棒极了。

在剩下的几个项目中，我感受到了不同的气息，乐高是有趣，写福字是祝福，糖画是精细，剪纸是创意，提线木偶是技术。全部体验完成，我还得到了一盒草莓，高兴得一蹦三尺高。

这次活动在我寒假生活中印象深刻，有吃有玩又学习到了一些本领，真是叫人难忘。

今天我带大家来到泰伯庙会，首先，我们来到做二胡的地方，看那一位老师傅熟练的手法，真是赞叹不已啊!他把那一根杆子用磨，做出完美的二胡来。

接下来是从上世纪70年代起，一声声的甜酒酿的叫声。无锡“小阿姨”甜酒酿的诞生地在梅村镇荆心村，荆心村的妇女们起早贪黑，也逐渐地成为无锡有名的“小阿姨”酒酿。

惠山泥人想必大部分人都知道，泥人是江苏无锡汉族传统工艺美术品之一，无锡三大著名特产之一，无锡当地艺人取惠山东北坡山脚下离地面约一公尺以下的黑泥所制，其泥十分柔软，搓而不纹，弯儿不断，干而不裂，可塑性佳，适合捏塑之用。

Today was realiy boring.I went nowhere,I just stayed at home because the

我的妹妹，身高1050毫米左右，头发像一道飞流直下的瀑布，乌黑发亮的眼睛镶嵌在小小的、红扑扑的脸蛋上，扁扁的鼻子配上樱桃小嘴，可爱极了，她，就是我们家的小公主——天天(小名)。

寒假一开始，我的妹妹就从三明“飞”到了永安。大家兴高采烈，其乐融融。这时候，久别重逢的我与妹妹，发生了许多有意义的事情：

事件一：击败“光源制造者。”我和妹妹正在家里向远处眺望。这时，从不远处射来一束强烈的光，照得我们仓促地用手遮住眼睛。我定睛一看，原来是附近楼房中的一个大男孩利用镜子，将太阳光反射到我们这里来。经过我和妹妹的一番努力，我们用手电反击，用道理说服阻止他，他终于被我们“打败”了，不再把光照向我们的脸，我和妹妹高兴的击掌庆贺。

事件二：游玩蝴蝶山。以往都是我自己或者和妈妈一起登蝴蝶山。这一次，有了妹妹的加入更加热闹和有趣。我们奔跑在吊桥上，吹着清风，呼吸着新鲜的空气，望着那黑白相间的鸽子和凝重华贵的孔雀。我们不约而同地笑了。接下来，我们一起去蹦床，在相互对望与此起彼伏中哈哈大笑，玩得不亦乐乎。

事件三：小小跟屁虫。早晨，太阳照进屋子里，我还在稀里糊涂地睡着觉。妹妹咕咚咕咚地跑来，嗖地钻进我的被窝，大喊：“快起来，太阳晒屁股了。”说完，便与我打闹起来，好半天才依依不舍地起床。吃过早饭，我要写作业。妹妹搬来椅子，拿出笔纸，安安静静的坐我边上画画，等我写完作业，她又屁颠屁颠地跟我一起玩。

这就是我们家的小公主——天天。在这个寒假里，我希望能够和她有着更多更多的快乐记载，开开心心的渡过我们的寒假。

pick up the best ways and respond to others to achieve your communication goals.

But it does not mean to say something that the listener wants to hear. That

would be unethical. Appropriately adapt messages to others means carefully

editing and shaping your responses so that your messages can be understood by

others and you can achieve your goals.

Last but not least, try to interpret nonverbal messages. As we all know,

unspoken messages can express powerful ideas or emotions with greater impact

than mere words. You should try to observe others facial expressions or

movements and give correct responds to others. You can see the emotions or

attitude from one’s gesture stops. Be sensitive and appropriate interpreting

others.

Most people learn communication rules from experience, by observing and

interacting with others. You can do that too, if you have enough patient and

determinations.

Traveling is a good activity. When you are fed up with your work and study, and when you are free, you can go to a beautiful place to enjoy the beauty of nature, you can breathe fresh air, and make some friends. But sometimes, it is not a good thing. The weather often changes, you may be caught in the rain and may catch a cold while traveling. Therefore, you should prepare yourself carefully before the trip. 前天下雪了。

中学生寒假日记(三)

忙完了一个学期，刚开端停下来还有点不太适应。在平时学习时，每天都跟大家相处在一起，固然我们也会俏皮，但分开他们太久，心里仍是惦记着他们 回家已经有好多少天了，在这几天里，我也在想这个寒假我将如何渡过了，是憧憬年那样呆在家里看电视，或是到同窗家里串串门子还是做点其余的。但一想起这些，就想起了刚放假时校长给咱们布置的寒假功课，可能在别人看来很奇异吧，校长怎么还会安排寒假作业，实在校长是让我们在寒假里多看书，多学习，为来期做好筹备。其实这样也挺好的，让我们当前的工作制订目的，为了将明年的工作做得更好。当初天天在家里看看书，练练字，也感到本人的寒假生涯挺空虚的。

今年的寒假作业真的不算多，就时时间少得可怜，一天24小时除了睡觉还要补8小时课，现状是人?C了，话少了，作业写不完了，心急啊!还不能发发牢骚，我的寒假生活过的呀，一个字：惨

因为成绩不佳，父母又望子成龙，试卷上一个又一个鲜红的大叉，惹得父母肝火上炎，使我的寒假生活异常温暖。就让我在暖的感觉中说说这个寒假吧：

期末刚考完父母就没给好脸子，同学们也闪得一个都不见了，我连亲爱的奶奶家都没去，窝在家里当起了宅男，原因只有一个，没有付出肯定没有收获。

宅了几天取回成绩单后便又习惯了懒散，痛过之后就是忘却。开始补数学，补英语，补语文，补物理，补课的日子还真是蛮充实的，我渐尝到了学习知识的乐趣，当然这是和我宅在家里无所事事比较而言。

很快过年了，没什么好说的，甚至还比不上从前，因为我今年只争取了300元的能自由支配的压岁钱，这给了我一个信号，今后可真是需要节俭呀。

十五还没过初六就又开始补课了，补补补，我随波逐流，飘荡学海中。

一晃就快开学了，我的作业，我的计划，我的明天，又要开始了，可我好象还没有准备好，妈妈说我太没有毅力了，做事热得快凉得也快，我也觉得，可就是狠不下心呀，OH，谁能帮我。

现在，我指着自己，只有你能帮你啊，一个自己都信任都不能帮的人还指望谁呢。

从现在做起吧，好男儿当自强。
