今天是我第一次包饺子，我感到有点兴奋和激动。

我们包的是荠菜鲜肉水饺，奶奶先准备了3两荠菜，一斤鲜肉末和30张面皮，咱们先把荠菜去根剁碎(剁到跟果泥差不多程度)，然后和肉末均匀地搅拌在一起，再加了3勺盐和适量的香油。这样，饺子馅就准备完工啦。

接着是拿起饺子皮来包饺子了，奶奶教我先把饺子皮摊开，再用勺子舀一勺馅料放在皮子上，奶奶叮嘱我：馅料千万不可以放太多，一定要适中，不然就包不住了，放好馅料后，将饺子皮对折捏紧，一个饺子就成了。可是我有一点贪心，想多放点馅料好吃，于是就放了一大勺，结果我捏皮子时馅料都从两边漏了出来。第二次，我吸取教训，只放了一点点馅料，结果包出的饺子好像长了两个大耳朵，奶奶把那个饺子煮熟了之后给我尝了一口，我发现不仅寡淡无味，就连馅料的鲜味好像也被煮饺子的水给冲淡了。第三次，我放了大半勺馅料，把皮子捏起来之后馅料没有被挤出来，也没有长出耳朵，奶奶帮我煮好后，我尝了一口，嗯，味道比前两次都要好。于是，我就照这样包了30个水饺。

水饺包好后，开始烧水。我先在锅内放入三到五杯水，再用大火把水烧开，接着就是主角——水饺上场了，放入锅内，等大火再次烧开后加小半碗冷水，继续烧开后再用小火煮5分钟左右，水饺就可以盛出来享用了。

望着香喷喷、热腾腾的饺子，我尝了一个，真是太好吃了，不仅皮薄，馅大，汤汁还不少哩。于是我又吃了好多个，也许是因为自己包的缘故吧，让我感觉到以前经常吃的如此简单的食物，其实也有着其奥妙和复杂的一面，真是一次愉快的体验啊!

决定做什么以后，我们便分工进行了，爸爸做肉馅，妈妈揉面，我和姐姐烧水。我们干起来都十分有劲，不到半个小时，肉馅弄好了，饺子也弄好了，水也快烧开了。妈妈便熟练地包起饺子来，我和姐姐也学着包起来，我好不容易包了三个，累死了，还真难学啊!妈妈说：“我就天生会做啊，不吃点苦，努力学，怎么能学得好呢?”我听了有点惭愧，便吸取教训，重新扬起风帆，认认真真地包了起来，这下做得更快了一些。这就使我明白了一个道理：学什么都应该刻苦。

过了大概二十多分钟，揉的面已经全部做成了饺子，我和姐姐烧的水也已经在锅里翻江倒海了。妈妈便把饺子放进锅里，煮了起来。妈妈在中途还加了一些佐料，使饺子更加好吃，约摸过了十多分钟吧，妈妈便把饺子捞起来，分成了四碗，在每碗中还放了一些汤。我妈刚弄好汤，我便抢了一碗津津有味地吃个痛快!由于吃得太快，舌头都火辣辣的。

我们个个都吃得满嘴是油，便欢天喜地去看精彩电视节目了。

啊，真是一个快乐的春节啊!

1月22日，我们一行由植物保护学院、动物医学院、生命科学学院、食品学院、经管学院组成的5名学生怀揣着放假的激动心情，携着西农的第二场雪，踏上了回访母校的旅程。

我们走在那熟悉的西高路上，看到已经修建完成的大操场，即便我们已经毕业，也仍为西安高级中学这半年来的变化而感到兴奋：大西高我们回来啦!

就在距离校门还有20多米的地方，我就看见那寒风中依旧熟悉的身影，还没有走近他，段老师一眼就发现拖着行李箱的我们，他惊喜地问道：“你们一放假就回学校来啊?”我们连说，“老师好，新年快乐!我们就是想回来看看你们!”走到段老师身边，我们看到了他两鬓突增的白发，简短寒暄后大家突然加快了拜访老师，表达感恩之情的步伐。

我们一行五人，来自西高的4个班级，又来自西农的5个院系，在西农学子访校这个机会中，我们一起拜访了我们的高中老师，给他们送去我们的小小心意，感恩与祝福;向他们分享我们在大学的成长;倾听他们的现况……很多老师都为我们的归来感到惊喜，虽然有些老师我们并没有见到，但是我们也托其他老师为他们带去我们的祝福。在拜访老师中，我们发现不少老师都新增了些许白发，还有许多老师仍旧坚守高三阵地……回忆起在这个校园里我们之间的点点滴滴，我们都意识到，高中三年成就我们奔向更广阔天地的老师，却都在短短半年间变得苍老。默默付出，毫无怨言的他们的确是值得我们尊敬和感恩的亲人，与他们保持联系，每年都回母校看看，取得自己所在领域的发展与突破，将是我们回报他们最好的方式。

寒假的日子，虽然只有短短的，但是我依然过得很充实，很满意。

过年的时候，大家都欢聚一堂，坐在一起，一起吃团圆饭，桌上放满了一大堆既香又可口的美食，还有一锅热腾腾的火锅，这锅火锅为我们增添了不少节日的气氛呀!吃完团圆饭，我提议说要玩扑克牌，正好大人们正闲着无聊呢，我这个提议一出，大人们纷纷举手赞成。我们就搬了两个小桌子放在客厅，搬完桌椅后就开始玩了，结果我只赢几场而已，大部分都输给了老爸，他们各各都好厉害，我输的好惨呀!

玩完扑克牌后，我们就各自把桌椅拿去放好。然后，大家就作在客厅里看《春节联欢晚会》，有的节目很好笑，让我们大家都捧腹大笑。看到一半，爷爷.奶奶就过来发红包给我和弟弟;我们在拿红包时，也不忘给爷爷奶奶拜年。过了不久，爸爸也来发红包给我们。爸爸发完后，又过不久，姑姑，伯父，伯母也都来发红包。渐渐地，我的“荷包”开始膨胀起来，我和弟弟在一旁手舞足蹈，平日里被压缩成渣的钱包，终于有了“出头之日”

但是在这个节庆里，虽然我们小孩子很开心，但是那些大人们都要忙着出去拜年，也要花很多钱来包红包，真是大失血啊!不过我们可大捞了一把，不过这也得感谢我那新生的小妹妹，多亏了她我才有了这么多的钱可捞。

快乐的时光总是短暂的，我的假期也随着大海付之东流，只留下了一箩筐的作业，这下可以大开“杀戒”了。

就这样，离开学的日子越来越近了，寒假生活的点点滴滴，美好的时光，到这里也该结束了。接下来开学后就不能在这么懒散了，该用功的把书读好!把在寒假生活里所发生的美好时光，全都存进去我的脑海里，让他们变成一个美好的回忆!也把我的寒假生活画上了一个完美的句号!

清晨，我早早的就起了床，毕竟是一年的最后一天吗，睡懒觉还是不好的。我便把哥哥妹妹也一同叫起，准备去楼下玩。

来到楼下，这里早已是一片红色的世界了，灯笼、对联、还有倒挂着的福字，没有一样不是红色的，给过年增添了很大的气氛。我们又在楼下放起了炮，玩起了游戏，玩得开心极了。

不一会儿，时间老人就敲起了中午的铃铛。噢，要吃饭了。我们几个小孩子早就迫不及待了，赶快跑到洗手间胡乱的洗了一下手，来到餐桌边。“哇塞!好丰盛呀!绿豆莲米汤、红烧北京鸭、爆炒牛肉，样样都是我的最爱呀!”我不禁大叫起来。我拿起筷子，不顾斯文，大口大口的吃了起来。嗯，不错，真是不错。真难得是过年，要平常哪有这么多的好吃的呀!呵呵!

晚上，吃完年夜饭，我就迫不及待地守候在电视机前，等候着春节联欢晚会的开始。八点钟，晚会开始了。我目不转睛地盯住电视机，真是舍不得离开半步，生怕错过任何一个好节目。节目一个比一个有趣，一个比一个精彩，看得我们一家人时而全神贯注，时而捧腹大笑，又时而让人赞叹不已……

不知不觉，晚会已接近尾声，这时大街上响起了噼里啪啦的鞭炮声，把晚会的声音都给压下去了。二姨夫和爸爸也抱着一大团大红炮下楼去放了。在震天动地、此起彼伏的鞭炮声中，新年的钟声敲响了。“嗖!嗖!嗖!……”五颜六色的烟花好像天上开放的一朵朵美丽的花儿：有的红的像玫瑰，有的黄的像菊花……一串串烟花像仙女散花一样，好看极了，把新年的夜空装点得格外美丽!

啊!新年的一年来到了!我一定要加油!加油!再加油!

正月初一那天，天气晴朗，万里无云，我和爸爸，妈妈，小表叔一起去公园划船，到了公园，人真多呀!连划船都要排成长长的队伍，爸爸去买了船票，我们在那里排队等了一个多小时，好不容易才等到了一个空船，我们赶快上了船。

我和小表叔坐在船的最前面，爸爸妈妈坐在后面。我和小表叔轮着掌握方向盘，爸爸妈妈在后面蹬着划船。我们在水里转来转去，玩的高兴极了。正在高兴时，忽然看见我们的船正直直往正前方的一条手划船上撞去，把划船的叔叔阿姨吓的赶紧转弯，把我们俩笑的肚子疼。妈妈说我没掌握好方向便让小表叔掌握方向，我想抵赖，于是就说：“还没到时间呢!”小表叔好象知道我在骗他，就说：“哥，时间是不是到了。”

我爸爸说：“时间到了，浩悦让你小表叔来掌握方向。”我极不情愿的让给了他。也不知道今天是怎么了，总有船和我们相撞，刚才我们撞人家的船，现在又有人家的船来撞我们，我们的船劲大，把它撞的转了个弯，又把我和小表叔乐得哈哈大笑。又有一条汽船朝我们驶过来了，爸爸叫我们赶快转弯，我们立刻就转弯躲了过去。

我们看到岸上有人在跳舞便把船划了过去看，看的正美时，岸上有人说我们的船时间到了，叫我们停船靠岸，我们很快把船划了过去，上了岸便回家了。

“啪”“啪”，雪球飞舞，宛如一朵朵盛开的花儿，和小伙伴们玩打雪仗可真痛快呀!

寒假里，我在姥姥家和我朋友吕振民、吕佳树、吕佳红玩打雪仗。我和吕振民一伙儿，吕佳红和吕佳树一伙儿。我们每一伙儿堆一个雪墙，游戏就开始了。我刚包好一个雪球，从雪墙中探出头，就有一个雪球在我头上开花了，把我变成了白发苍苍的“老头”。我一看，是吕佳树干的，心想：吕佳树，你竟然把我变成了白发苍苍的“老头”，我要让你变成现代的“白脸曹操”。我拿着我包好的雪球，等吕佳树探出头，我迅速把雪球投出去，不偏不倚，那个雪球正好在他脸上爆炸，他真成了现代的“白脸曹操”。我心想，我的目的达成了。

这次轮到吕振民了。吕振民拿着刚才包的十几个雪球，准备应战。吕佳红刚探出头，吕振民就来一个“雪球机关枪”，把十几个雪球连续投出，雪球在吕佳红身体各个部位上爆炸，有一个雪球钻进他的衣服里，把他变成了“雪人”。我想：吕振民真是徘徊在牛A与牛C之间的人呀——牛B。这次吕佳红学吕振民，把我变成了“冰冻人肉”。

这次，我和吕振民一起包了一个篮球那么大的大雪球，等对方探出头。吕佳红和吕佳树本想来一个“双人雪球机关枪”，可刚探出头来，就被我和吕振民的“雪球原子弹”炸成了“人肉冰块”了!

就是因为这个游戏，让我体验到了冬天的喜悦!

今天早上，我推开窗户一看，大声尖叫，下雪啦!雪花像美丽的玉色蝴蝶，似舞似醉;像吹落的蒲公英;似飘如飞，像小天使洒下的小百花;忽散忽聚，飘飘悠悠，轻轻盈盈。一会儿落在屋顶，一 会落在大松树，一会儿落在宽阔的大马路上，还不时的落在行人的脸上。树木披上一件白色的纱衣，大地仿佛盖上一件厚厚的大棉被，房顶上带上顶白花花的大帽子。真美呀!

看到这么大的雪，我脑袋里浮出了三个字——打雪仗。我迫不及待的要求妈妈去打雪仗，妈妈缠不过我，就和朋友相约一起去公园打雪仗。哇!好多人在等着我们呢!到了那里，好臭呀!原来“阵 地”在动物院墙外。我们先画好一个分界线，这个分界线是路上一条最深印痕，北边是我们4人，南边是对方4人，一声号令，战斗开始，我们开始在地上握雪团打他们，但是我们觉得自己做雪团太慢， 就派一个人专门做雪球，我们三个人在前方御敌，战争打的激烈极了，尽管有分界线，我们还是纷纷超过，我有两次偷偷的潜入他们的阵地，把雪球扣在他们的头上，偷袭成功让我哈哈大笑，又怕被他 们包围，然后迅速的撤回自己的阵地。战争快结束时，一个叔叔把雪球打到我脸上，让我感到一股寒气冲入我耳内，我的脖子和耳朵凉嗖嗖的，让我战斗激情大增，拿起一个雪团朝那位叔叔脸上扔过去 ，正中目标，真是酣畅解气呀。

雪，真好呀。不仅给我们带来了快乐，还能消除雾霾天气，浇灌植物。我爱这美丽的精灵——雪!

My mother is very thin,she is civil servant,too.She is a good cooker,she cooks food for everybody.She is quiet,and she likes books and swimming.

My Eddweiss

Eddwiss,edelweiss,every morning you grate me,small and white ,clean and bright.

You must have heard of this song.Do you look for edelweiss?I found it.In winter,I went to the mountain.I found a small edelweiss blossoming among grass.It had pure white.I endulged in the beautiful scenery.Edelweiss is like an angel,it is dancing and smiling to me.The next day I went to see it.I cannot forget that small edelwiess.

i was depressed because i couldnt understand an english book after i bought it.I could understand nothing.I thought maybe i should study english hard and only by this could i learn a lot of knowledge and understand english aw well as communicate with others in english.I told myself, ‘just go’.

Movies

Today was very clear with no wind.

I practiced basktball in the morning. Then I went to the movies with Sandy. We saw White Nights. It was a very nice movie!I liked "Say you,say me"best of all the songs. Im fond of seeing musicals. The dancing is very beautiful and the music is pretty.

寒假里，我看了各种各样的书籍。从童话到科普图书，从小说到名著------。其中带给我最深印象的是介绍作者童年时代生活的《童年》、讲述一位美国黑人奴隶在惨无人道的奴隶制的压迫下艰难地生活最终死去的故事的《汤姆叔叔的小屋》、有借助老人与鲨鱼英勇搏斗来教育我们做任何事不能软弱的《老人与海》等等，回回精彩溢呈，章章扣人心弦，让人爱不释手，受益非浅。有它们相伴，当然不会寂寞。

读书读累了，我还会出门游玩。时间不容许我去祖国的名胜古迹游玩，但能够去野外的青山绿水、山涧小道玩玩，让我增长知识，开阔眼界，从整日的看书学习中跳出来，休闲、轻松一下，这不也很有意义吗?

轻松之余，当然不能忘了学习。除了完成老师布置的作业外，我还会写写作文，练练书法，算算奥数，全面锻炼自己的脑力。你可别说做作业是件头疼的事，其实，只要能投入在其中，你会发现——原来完成作业并不麻烦，甚至还有些有趣呢!

这就是我所度过的寒假，一个充实、有趣、具有意义的愉快假期!

They clean their houses ,have their hair cut,and buy new clothes. Jiaozi or dumpling is most popular. To those who live far away from their home,this festival is also a framily reunion occasion.

And they often go back home to celebrate the festival with their family. The first day of the new year is the time when people visit their friends adn wish each other good luck in the new year.

春节，即中国人的新年，是中国最重要的节日。从一月末到二月初人们忙着为新年做准备。他们打扫房屋、理发和买新衣服。饺子是最受欢迎的。对那些远离家乡的人们，春节是一个合家团聚的时刻。他们经常回家和家人欢度春节。新年第一天人们访友并互祝新年好运。

愉快的寒假生活结束了，寒假里，有许多激动人心的事情，但元宵节晚上去看烟火晚会这件事，现在回想起来，还历历在目。

记得那天晚上，我和妈妈一起去看“和谐之光”烟火晚会，一路上，川流不息的人群涌向解放广场和白河两岸，这次的烟火晚会一定非常热闹。好不容易，我和妈妈挤到了一个花坛边坐下，静静地等待着烟火晚会的开始。

将近八点钟，烟火晚会开始了，“嗵――”的一声巨响，一个烟花弹腾空而起，在空中绽放出一硕大的菊花，紧接着，无数个红红的小灯笼从天而降，人群中一阵欢呼声。不一会儿，又喷起了烟火树，像一片金黄色的森林，排的整整齐齐。接着，一个个烟火像一朵朵盛开的鲜花，在夜幕下显得艳丽多姿，有的像盛开的牡丹，有的像倒挂着的柳树，有的像气势磅礴的瀑布……白河两岸犹如阵阵春雷滚过。

九点钟左右，伴随着“再会”字幕的出现，烟火晚会结束了，我和妈妈依依不舍的离开了晚会现场。

今年的烟火晚会真是太漂亮了，把我们南阳的夜空装饰得非常美丽，我们也要好好学习，让明天的南阳更美丽，更辉煌。
