感悟之一：教师应坚持读书

苏霍姆林斯基让我们记住，教育──这首先是关心备至地、深思熟虑地、小心翼翼地去触及年轻的心灵。要掌握这一门艺术，就必须多读书、多思考。你读过的每一本书，都应当好比是你的教育车间里增添了一件新的精致的工具。

真的有些后悔，后悔今日才读了这本名著，又有些庆幸，庆幸自己没有错过这本好书。这对我来说，是一个很大的触动，平时也想读点书，但有时总以工作累，家庭琐事多为由，没能坚持下去。从此，我要制定一个读书计划，多读好书来提高自己的教育素养。还是苏霍姆林斯基的建议好，那就是读书，读书，再读书。每天不间断地读书，跟书籍结下终生的友谊。把读书当作发自内心的需要和对知识的渴求。读好书能够净化我们的灵魂，开启我们的教育良知，锻造我们的优秀品质，静下心来读书是提高教师素养最有效的手段，是教师走向成功不可或缺的要素之一。

感悟之二：教师应善引学生

关于学生学习兴趣、学习动机。苏霍姆林斯基这样论述：“学习的愿望是一种精细而淘气的东西。形象地说，它是一枝娇嫩的花朵，有千万朵细小的根须在潮湿的土壤里不知疲倦地工作着，给它提供滋养。我们看不见这些根须，但是我们悉心地保护它们，因为我们知道，没有它们，生命和美就会凋谢。”

他这个比方很恰当，学生的兴趣是潜在的，需要教师的精心呵护与培养。

我们会发现，学生在低年级时，学习积极性也很高的，学习成绩也不错。可到了高年级，有的学生对学习有些无所谓了，学习成绩也下滑的很快，任凭老师怎么去教育，效果也不甚理想。原因就是这些孩子的学习兴趣慢慢的减退了，消失了，而我们做教师的有没能及时发现，及时引导。兴趣是学生学习的动力，是点燃学生智慧的火花。没有兴趣的指引和铺垫，学生会觉得学习是枯燥无味的，从而产生厌学心理。

“怎样学习别的教师的经验”

苏霍姆林斯基首先提出了我们应该向哪师学习的问题，对于我们这些刚参加工作的教师，在不熟悉、不了解的情况下，应该选择哪些老教师呢?他给了我们一条非常好的建议，那就是，你先看看学生的练习本。如果你发现绝大多数学生练习本里的作业都完成的很好，那么就是个明显的征兆：在这个班里可以学到许多东西。学生的练习本是全部教育工作的一面镜子。确实是，学生的学习习惯是教师素养的一个缩影。

其次，我们学习别人的经验不是照抄照搬，而是要学习人家的思想。用苏霍姆林斯基的话说，就是要移植其中的思想，向优秀的教师学习，应当取得某种信念。这一条对于任何一位教师来说都是关键的，但是，年青教师经常会犯这样的错误，在向别的优秀教师学习的时候，全盘照搬人家的做法，也不管理解不理解，也不顾自己的教学实际和学生特点，结果别人的经验没有学到手，自己的特色也形成不了。这就犹如“邯郸学步”，这些确实困扰着一些很想努力提高的教师们。有时也困扰着我。

向谁学的问题很重要，如何学的问题更重要。比如最近我们在学“杜郎口教学模式”和“洋思中学的教学模式”，这两种教学模式当然是成功的教学经验，有很多值得我们学习的地方，但如果让我们的老师完全按照其模式去教我们的学生，效果就未必好，要根据我校的学生的实际择“适”选用。

Spring Festival ,known as the Chinese New Year,is the most important

holiday in China.From late January to early February,Chinese people are busy

preparing for the New Year.They clean their houses ,have their hair cut,and buy
