⑥卫生消毒工作:幼儿的毛巾口杯由保育每天消毒,餐具每天由后勤人员进行消毒,除了消毒工作做好以外,同时也做好了疾病的防治工作和隔离工作,如在园头.肚子痛,发热,拉肚子等老师也会带去保健室给予及时处理,也会同时打电话给你们。在这学期有很多小朋友发烧生病 ,抵抗能力有所下降, 在这提醒家长在季节转换的时候要注意流行性感冒。请家长记得给幼儿请假。

二、教育教学工作：

本班幼儿活泼、开朗，能适应幼儿园的集体生活。每个孩子身体发育正常，能积极参加各种体育活动，动作发展比较协调，体质明显增强。在园的学习生活使孩子已初步形成了良好的生活习惯，能主动、正确地使用礼貌用语，能自己用餐帮忙收拾餐具，自己穿脱衣服，能为班级做力所能及之事。大部分幼儿能在集中教学活动中积极思考与发言，表达自己的愿望。本学期本班遵循幼儿园《新纲要》及《3-6岁儿童发展指南》的精神，结合园务计划，针对幼儿的实际情况，基本达到了各科教育目标。

1、在主题活动中，根据课程安排了《我是大班哥哥姐姐》、《中国娃》、《丰收的季节》《动物王国》《大家来运动》《新年到喜洋洋》《拥抱冬天》七大主题。从孩子们积极参与程度可以看出，《中国娃》《新年到喜洋洋》是非常受孩子欢迎、适合孩子发展水平的主题活动。在《中国娃》主题活动让幼儿在主动探索中知道我们祖国人口众多、地域广阔，是个多民族的国家，有丰富的物产和优秀的文化传统，为自己是中国人感到骄傲。结合中秋节，我们给孩子讲了《嫦娥奔月》的故事，让孩子了解中秋节的由来，知道中秋节的习俗。在《新年到喜洋洋》主题活动中根据孩子们的兴趣，我们开展了学剪窗花、学京剧、画脸谱、灯笼、新年新衣、制作炮仗等活动。在这两个主题活动中，我们注重了根据孩子感兴趣的事物去探究研习，调动了孩子各种感官参与，强调孩子在现实中发现问题、提出问题、解决问题的互动过程，从中满足了孩子好奇心，孩子们在愉快的探索活动中快乐地收获，经验得到了一次又一次的提升和运用。我们还充分利用了家长资源，在区角创设等方面为孩子提供了丰富的游戏材料，感谢家长朋友的配合。幼儿园的课程比较丰富，在音乐方面，我想大部分的家长都有所感知，孩子回家是不是时不时嘴里会唱着歌啊，由于时间的关系我在这就不一一列举了，家长可以利用寒假时间叫孩子表演一下。

2、培养幼儿的语言表达能力。孩子如果上课时听得很专注、很认真，95%以上的幼儿都能复述一个简短的故事。进入一年级孩子会接触到写话，要先会说才能会写。所以在学期快结束时，我们采用幼儿说故事儿歌家长写故事这样一种形式，一来可以提高幼儿语言表达能力，二来可以巩固幼儿的知识。当然这种方法得到了认同也有反对，反对的是家里爷爷奶奶不会写，如果年轻的家长在家还是希望家长多配合，为一年级打好基础。

3、数学方面。这学期我们学习了7以内的分成合成及加减法、数字书写、50以内的唱数、20以内的单双数、能按2-3个特征的找规律、认识左右等基本知识。分成是幼儿才接触的，而且到了一年级都是必学的，如果能在幼儿园就把基础打好，到了一年级你就有更多的时间去学习新的知识。所以老师布置的作业希望家长督促孩子及时完成并及时检查，需要家长多配合。

4、多鼓励孩子。俄罗斯科学家研究发现、"赞美"可以提高细胞的免疫力。但是赞美应该有度，不该夸大其词，要根据具体的事和物来夸奖孩子，不实的赞美只会导致幼儿以后更难承受批评和挫折，不仅不能帮助幼儿提高自信心，还使孩子对自己的能力产生怀疑。所以家长要注意教育的分寸，正确把握严与爱的尺度，多给孩子鼓励，让孩子从小学会自信。特别不能在他人面前当着孩子说自己孩子的缺点。我们中华民族的传统，人们往往喜欢说客气话。孩子带出去玩，别人问你，你孩子学习怎么样?我们家长总会谦虚地说："不怎么样，不太好."其实，这样是很伤孩子心的。家长也不要老是把"你真笨"真糟糕"等词语挂在嘴边，容易挫伤孩子的自尊心，直接影响孩子学习、生活的积极性。以上就是我班本学期以来的重点工作，由于时间关系，我就简单地总结下。

三、需要家长配合做的事情：

下学期还请家长在工作中一如既往地关心与支持我们的工作，所以，需要家长配合做的事情有如下几点：

①督促孩子天天坚持来园，有事事先请假。不亲自来，也可以打电话请假。如果你的电话号码有变动请及时告诉我们，以免有急事联系不上。所以三位老师的电话号码一定要存起来。那在请假这一方面，我要非常感谢章智宇的爷爷。他做的非常到位，每一次章智宇有什么事情不能来园，他都亲自过来请假。我想如果大家都能像章智宇的爷爷这样或者打电话告诉我们一声，那么我们的工作将会做的更好。

②孩子来园时请家长检查是否有带危险物品如：扣子、小刀、小饰品等。这一项很重要。虽然我们的孩子现在是大班了，可我好几次(尤其在开学初)发现有带涂钉或小木棒等尖锐物品的。这是非常危险的。所以，为了安全起见，除了老师要教育提醒外，更需要家长的教育及提前预防。

③如果孩子在家身体不适时，提前向老师告假，或在送孩子入园时及时告诉晨检老师，以便我们能更多地关注孩子。请需要服药的孩子，家长务必到保健老师处登记，并说清服药的时间与剂量，并填好记录。千万不能让孩子自己交药，防止吃错药的现象发生。

④请家长理性地思考和处理幼儿之间的矛盾，孩子天性活泼好动，他们之间有矛盾或磕磕碰碰很难避免，但孩子之间的矛盾来去都很快，我们希望家长和老师一起正确引导，让孩子宽以待人、学会分享、学会合作、学会和小朋友们友好地交流与相处。

⑤因为还有半个学期我班孩子就要上小学了，积极做好幼小衔接工作，也是我们下学期的工作重点。幼儿教育不同于小学教育，它不是以摄入课本知识为主，它更着重于培养孩子对各种知识的学习兴趣及各种行为习惯的养成教育。幼儿教育主要以游戏为基本活动，注重综合性、趣味性、活动性。只有让孩子拥有浓厚的学习兴趣、良好的习惯，进入小学后才能很快地适应。所以，从现在开始，就需要孩子在日常生活中慢慢去适应，从早晨的入园时间开始，尽量不迟到，让孩子在8：30之前到园，逐步养成良好的生活、学习习惯，学会自己做些力所能及之事。

⑥接送孩子：接送孩子最好不要让别人代接，每次凭卡接人。如果实在有事要请人代接，请电话预先通知我们，并告诉我们是孩子的谁来接，也要凭卡接人。每次傍晚放学，请大家准时来接孩子，同时在接送孩子的途中注意交通安全。

四、给家长们的建议：

“4个学会”：“学会生活”、“学会做事”、“学会交往”、“学会学习”。

“学会生活”：要求小朋友们一日生活要有规律，什么时间该做什么要像在幼儿园一样遵守规则。建议中、大班的小朋友，在成人的指导下，做个小小的寒假计划，比如大班小朋友学习看钟表、认识时间，从小培养做时间的主人，做生活的主人。

“学会做事” ：即自己的事情自己做，如幼儿学会叠被子、整理衣物、收拾餐具、洗袜子等，鼓励小朋友帮助父母和老人做些力所能及的事情。

“学会交往”：即让幼儿在与成人或同龄伙伴及客人接触中，学会有礼貌，与人交流，大方地展示自己的才艺和作品，使幼儿感受与他人交往的乐趣。

“学会学习”：则鼓励小朋友们通过与自然、社会的接触，学习更多活的知识。

“6个一”：指读一本书、讲一个故事、讲一件春节里有趣的事、画一张画、做一件手工作品、帮家长做一件有意义的事。

老师希望家长们能够让小朋友在“4个学会”中感悟到幼儿园新的教育理念和方法，不要给小朋友们加重负担，强迫他们按成人意愿做他们自己不喜欢做的事情，要给他们更多的自由和广阔的空间，让他们享受寒假和新春佳节给他们带来的快乐。希望开学后孩子们能高高兴兴到幼儿园，和小朋友、老师共同分享“6个一”带来的快乐。

五、假期安全工作：

一年一度的寒假生活又将开始，为使孩子们欢度一个愉快的假期，我们要对孩子加强安全教育，让孩子们进一步了解寒假期间放鞭炮、交通、饮食等安全知识，为度过一个安全、快乐、健康、有意义的寒假做好铺垫，增强孩子的安全意识。因此，请各位家长配合做好如下工作：

①寒假期间，请您安排好孩子的生活作息时间，坚持早睡早起，保证孩子有规律地饮食与生活，养成良好的生活习惯。

②请您时刻注意孩子的安全，不要让孩子到危险的地方去，不玩危险的物品。同时注意交通安全(如不乘“三无”车辆，超载车等)，饮食卫生安全(如不吃“三无”食品，不暴饮暴食等)，教育孩子养成好的饮食卫生习惯，远离火、电、开水。不要让孩子燃烟花爆竹，保护好孩子的安全。

③寒假期间的走亲访友正是您对孩子进行礼貌教育的良好时机，希望孩子能礼貌待人，成为有礼貌的好孩子。

④放假了，孩子看电视的时间难免会过长，请您把孩子看电视的时间控制在2小时以内，提醒孩子与电视机保持距离1米5以上，注意保护眼睛。

⑤假期中请您坚持让孩子做一些力所能及的事情。比如：自己穿脱鞋子、自己吃饭等。

六、结束语：

寒假在匆匆中走过。一个月的忙碌，一个月的自由，一个月的快乐，就这样结束了！可谓来匆匆去也匆匆。寒假过后，迎来的是崭新的学期，新学期，新的希望！一个好的开始，就要有一个好的计划！

1、学好文化课，保持良好状态

在上个学期，我最大的遗憾就是丢下了英语。英语，可以说是通向世界的大门。所以，在本学期我要追回英语成绩，把英语红灯改为绿灯！不能纸上谈兵，关键在于行动！

我觉得在上个学期中，最大的进步在于拥有一种良好的学习状态，而且这种状态被老师的所认可，子曰：敏而好学不耻下问。我体会了这句话，并将它运用到实际生活中。子曰：温故而知新，可以为师矣。每天利用早自习和晚自习的时间复习旧知识，不断学习，不断进取！

2、多读书，读好书

在寒假生活中，我没有忘记给自己的大脑充电，一个月中，我先后读了《每天给自己一个好习惯》《泰戈尔诗集》《心态决定命运》《青少年礼仪大全》等等，在下个学期中，我将延续读书习惯，多读书，读好书，扩宽自己的视野，攀登学习的高峰！

3、坚持自己的写作

文字，能使人陶冶情操！拥有一份好的文笔无疑是上帝赐给我最好的礼物，它让我找到了文字中的自己，认清了世界，在下学期，我会因为喜欢去写作，而不是因为写作而写作！用笔去写，用心去作，心笔合一，我觉得这才是创作的真谛！坚持写作，我的各方面都会得到锻炼。在崭新的一年中，我希望能够出版一本属于自己的专辑。为了自己的梦想而付诸行动。

4、共同进步

我曾在一本书中，看见这样一段话：如果你想看出一个人的品行，你可以从他的话语中得知！如果你想看出一个人地位的高低，你可以从他身边的那些朋友看出！的确，近朱者赤近墨者黑，但也不得不排除“出淤泥而不染”的君子。回归正题，我的意思并不是远离一切对我有影响的朋友、同学，而是有缺点我们一起改，共同进步。如果你想走得快，那你就自己走。如果你想走得远，那我们就一起走！一起走吧，走向更远的未来。让我们携起手来一起进步吧！你，准备好了吗？

[初二新学期新希望作文

新的学期已经开始了。我们告别了初一生活，迎来了一个比较重要的时期—初二年级。在这个学年中，知识会更加有难度，并且也就是个两极分化的时候。在这个学期中，我们可能要遇到各种各样的问题，也会经历一些坎坷，有时候在学习中，更会出现一些困难。所以在这个学期开始之前，我们要为自我制定一份新学期计划，来让这个学年度过的更加有调理，更加顺利。

首先，在学习方面要有好的学习方法，努力做到事半功倍，遇到问题必须不能视而不见，要用心去解决这些问题，平时在课前要做好预习的功课，课堂上也要认真听讲，认真思考，全身心的投入，课后要巩固这天所学到的知识。作业也必须要认真完成好，尽量少出现错误。在学习之余，也能够做一些练习题，让学到的知识变得更加牢固，因为熟能生巧，所以我们必须要注意平时的学习。

其次，就是常规和纪律方面。好的习惯就是生活中很必要的，所以我们在平时必须要注意常规方面的问题，从点滴做起，任何时候都要严格要求自我，并且时时刻刻遵从老师的要求。纪律就是学习的前提，所以在每时每刻，都要遵守校规班规，不违纪。并且我相信自我必须会继续发扬自我的优点，也会努力改正自我在各方面的问题，在严格要求自我的状况下，也要提醒和帮忙其他同学，一齐让班级整体变得更加完美。

最后，要尽快适应初二的学习生活，做最好的自我。当然，我身为班干部，必须要处处为班级着想，多为班级建设作出贡献，也要为班级的一些事情出谋划策，尽自我的一份力。不能因为自我而给班级拖后腿，在班级中要用心担当职责，也要有职责心，把老师交给自我的任务落实好。身为团员，在平时，也要多听取同学和老师对自我提出的推荐和意见，不断的提高和完善自我。

同时，期望在新的一个学期中，八3班在八年级中，学习成绩排行前列，在全校纪律方面、常规方面做一个佼佼者，在活动方面也能够获得更多的荣誉。做一个成绩优异，踏实而富有特色的班级。同学之间关系融洽，使班级整体更加有凝聚力。期望八3班在每一项活动和评比中，都会做的更加出色!

Waking up on New Year, everybody dresses up. First they extend greetings to

their parents. Then each child will get money as a New Year gift, wrapped up in

red paper. People in northern China will eat jiaozi, or dumplings, for

breakfast, as they think "jiaozi" in sound means "bidding farewell to the old

and ushering in the new". Also, the shape of the dumpling is like gold ingot

from ancient China. So people eat them and wish for money and treasure.

Southern Chinese eat niangao (New Year cake made of glutinous rice flour)

on this occasion, because as a homophone, niangao means "higher and higher, one

year after another." The first five days after the Spring Festival are a good

time for relatives, friends, and classmates as well as colleagues to exchange

greetings, gifts and chat leisurely.

China has 56 ethnic groups. Minorities celebrate their Spring Festival

almost the same day as the Han people, and they have different customs.

My Dream Yesterday, we had a discussion. the topic is. What is my dream? Every one has his dream. Some want to be teachers,others want to be scientists. My dream is to become a doctor. My friends asked me why. I told them my story. When I was a small boy I was very weak. Once I was terribly iii. I had a high fever. My parents sent me to the hospital but the doctors could do nothing for me. then my parents heard there was a very good doctor in another town. they took me there. I was saved. Indus trees are not as slim as maple trees, nor are they evergreen like

期末考试结束后，面对四个班的成绩，我喜忧参半：喜的是个班成绩比较均衡，优秀率都在百分之八十以上，及格率百分之九十九。忧的是我所教的四个班中的学困生比其他班多几个。感觉自己在平时的转化学困生工作中下了不少功夫，为什么没有进展呢?我静下心来好好反思自己的工作，总结经验与不足，为下学期的工作做一下铺垫：

一、教学经验

1。精心备课，不打无准备之仗。每节课上课前，我除了精心编写教案、学案外，还上网搜集各种英语课本知识相关的小视频，小动画，制作精美使用的课件，尽量用多种手段吸引学生的注意。事实证明精心，好上课的材料是提高课堂效率的有效策略。

2.严宽结合，狠抓课堂常规。我一直坚持对学生充满爱的教育，但绝不是无条件无原则的爱。尤其是在抓班级教学常规工作中，我更是注重严宽结合，当学生注意力集中时，我就抓紧讲解基础知识。当学生表现疲惫不专心时，我就放慢速度，运用课堂口令帮助学生集中精力。如：我要求学生坐端正会说：one-two-three学生就说：A-B-C并坐好。我要求学生认真听会说：Listen!学生要说：I will listen!总之，恰当的口令语是保证课堂顺利进行的重要条件之一。

3.以鼓励为主，关注学困生。我感觉教师的鼓励是学生奋进的催化剂，尤其针对学困生。平时我总是多给学困生表现的机会，及时肯定他们的进步，坚持给他们写鼓励性评语，让他们时时尝到成功的甜头。一学期下来，个班的学困生明显减少，并且普遍增强自信心，发挥出较强的主观能动性，激发出前所未有的兴趣和热情，英语成绩持续上升，在这次期末考试中脱颖而出。对于纪律不好的学生，我也是坚持多表扬少批评的原则，只要他们一有好的表现，我就会在全班同学面前大加表扬，强化他们已经形成的好习惯。确保班上每一个孩子都能参与到课堂教学的有效互动中，提高了课堂教学效率，在这次期末考试中四个班的成绩名列前茅。

二、不足之处：

1.对待学困生缺少耐心，没有关注好每一个学困生，为他们制定恰当的补习计划和措施。

2.经常犯急躁情绪，没有很好的反思自己的课堂教学而怪罪学生不会学习。

今后我会在原有成绩的基础上继续努力，潜心学习，积极探索更加有效地教学策略，关注每一个学生，为他们的终生学习奠定坚实的基础!
