me that money is very important. As time passes, i may change my conception.

In summary, the influence of peer pressure has positive and negative sides.

We have to advocate the good side and avoid the negative. We have to be clear

about what is right and what is wrong and firm our position.

In my opinion, the schoolwork now being assigned to high school students is too heavy. while it is true that students need to study, they need other things as well if they are to grow into healthy and well-rounded adults. high should be allowed more time for play. plying is not wasting time, as some think. it gives them physical exercise, and also exercise their imagination. which tends to be stifled by too much study.

Finally, the pressure put on high school students by excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and mentally. i do not advocate the elimination of schoolwork. i do think, however, that a reduction of the current heavy load would be beneficial to students and to the society as a whole.

今天家长会可分为两大块。首先我谈谈期末考试成绩、班级存在问题以及假期安全三个方面内容，然后剩下时间由各位家长自由发言，对我的工作提出合理意见或要求，也可交流教育孩子的心得或困惑。

一、期末成绩分析

这次考试班级整体成绩未如我所愿。作为班主任，我首先应该检讨，这与我最后管理失策有很大关系。原一年二班学生非常习惯周老师的人性化管理。刚接手这个班，我恰恰严格限制了他们原先的部分自由。起初他们虽然也不习惯，但随着时间的推移，我发现多数同学基本上能够适应了。政治、历史、生物和地理学科期末考试结束后，由于将近元旦，学生都有些放松，这时我就怕他们会如放手的野马，一放而难以收回，因此在元旦前一周，我还禁止学生写贺卡以及排演节目等。元旦那周，我觉得应该让学生放松一下了，所以这周学生彻底找到了当年的感觉。元旦回来后，我就发现班级有些散乱。这时离期末考试还有一周了，尽管我严格限制，可已很难收回他们放飞的心，这是部分同学成绩倒退的主要原因。因此下学期，我必须从严管理。

成绩的进步和倒退都是很正常的事情，关键是我们如何去引导学生分析进步和倒退的原因，否则以后还会在同样的地方摔倒。进步时，我们不仅仅是和他们乐在其中。退步时，我们也不是和他们悲观失望，更应该冷静下来分析原因，恰恰我认为这是教育的最佳契机。从成绩很容易看出，除了雅、如、佳和灵不是因为偏科导致成绩下降外，其他都是因为偏科所致。这次帅、刘志、兆斌和艺霖进步比较大，而这几个同学最让老师担心，因为他们外语都还不足50。因此要想提高学习成绩，并使成绩稳定，必须重视各学科均衡发展。

这次由于政策规定，在这里我就不公布学生在年级或班级排名了，只是给各位一个成绩单，希望家长理解。

二、发现问题

1、偏科现象严重。通过成绩单，很容易看出你们的孩子哪门学科存在偏科。假期的时间是最好的查漏补缺时间。如果家长能够督促他们从基础抓起，并跟踪到位，大部分学生都是有机会重新找回学习的感觉的。初二是个转折期，如果这个时期不注意，估计以后就很难挽回了。语文要鼓励孩子多阅读，多积累，至于物理我有方法让他们主动去学，大部分家长大可放心。数学和外语是亟待解决的学科，如果基础不好，以后真是寸步难行。

2、早恋。现在孩子感情丰富，如果没有可释放或寄托感情的地方，他们就很容易将这种感情依赖于相近的年龄的异性，这可能是正常异性交往，但无疑增加了早恋的几率。所以我希望各位家长能多给予孩子关心，让你们成为孩子感情寄托的港湾。据我了解，我们班已经有两位同学好像是进行时，但我没有确凿证据，但在这里提出来，每位家长都要注意了。

3、借读生。最近我发现有部分借读生，不知从哪里了解到借读生政策。既借读生即使考上白云或旅中都要交钱。有些成绩好的借读生认为反正考上考不上都要交钱，就现在这成绩花钱肯定能上，因此而不思进取，安于现状;成绩相对差一些的借读生心想，努力考上了还要交那么多钱，更何况差距这么大，努力还不一定能考上，还不如初三分流走呢!这导致一些同学不再能安心学习了。就这件事情，我还想说，有些事情不是孩子这个年龄需要知道的，最好别让孩子知道。

4、请假过于频繁。孙中洋经常以身体不舒服，自己给我打电话请假。迟鹏伟、乔宽往往无故旷课。对于一些确实生病的同学，最好家长亲自、及时电话请假。如果你们能主动电话联系班主任，在你孩子不在的时候，我可以主动给你们电话，否则我工作也很困难。

5、两耳不闻窗外事，一心只读圣贤书。这在相对优秀的学生身上表现最为突出。我经常听到有家长说，孩子只要好好学习，其它任何事情我都不让他做。其实你这种教育是有欠缺的。真真优秀的学生不会因为学习，而啥事不做的。这主要表现在不关心班集体，对于班级琐事能躲则躲。这与家庭教育有很大关系。我问一学生，在家你自己的衣服自己洗吗?她说我不洗，都俺妈帮我洗。我说父母能给你洗一辈子吗?她说长大了她要找保姆。听了这话，我不知该说什么，我只说，自己事还是自己做的好!有些话真不好和孩子说。

6、正确对待学生间、师生间的矛盾。这学期我发现两个例子。当然这不是在我们班出现的。一学生打另外一位同学。被打的学生家长到学校就就要找打人学生，要教训教训他。这被班主任制止了。等会打人的学生家长来了，家长间又吵吵起来了。这样的结局只有一个，两个孩子之间矛盾势必要加深。新亏这是被班主任制止了，要不然你成年人打孩子，就不那么简单了。还有就是一学生和老师发生矛盾，家长一来火气冲天，和老师大吵，你想这最后害的是谁?这只能增加学生对老师的敌视。如果家长把这件事协调好，老师也不可能因为这事就对孩子有偏见。学生之间的矛盾甚至是师生之间的矛盾，都是很正常的事情。矛盾的产生，双方都难免有责任。作为家长不是要追究谁对谁错，而更应该注意协调好矛盾双方的关系。

7、手机使用。有关手机使用，我第一次已经告知各位家长，而现在又过之而无不及。作为班主任我有告知各位家长义务，至于家长如何选择，我干涉不了。但我要问各位家长，你给孩子买手机的目的是什么?孩子处于何种目的要手机?如果你和孩子的目的，在你看来是利大于弊，那你继续。

三、安全教育

1、煤气安全。旅顺发生两起比较严重的煤气爆炸事故，已经给煤气安全敲响了警钟。因此我们必须防范于未然，要教育孩子基本的煤气泄漏处理措施和注意事项。

2、交通安全。我亲眼看见，一学生为追三路车，而不顾过往车辆。我看那司机刹车的痕迹很清晰，真是触目惊心。如果司机刹车不及时，结局可想而知。中国道路交通事故死亡人数连续十年排在世界首位。你说我们还能不重视吗?

3、燃放烟花爆竹安全。为烘托节日气氛，各家都要燃放鞭炮，这项工作不要让孩子燃放。同时还要教育孩子远离摔炮、擦炮等，毕竟这些东西里都含有火药，非常危险。

4、甲型H1N1流感安全。假期要注意流感预防，如果出现甲流疑似症状要及时和班主任或学校联系。

从今年的九月一日开始，我将是初二的学生，我又进入了我新得初中生涯。

在这个新的学期中我将重新规划我自己的学习生活，在初一的学习中让我明白了初中对我人生是有多么的关键。如果我在自己的初中生活中浑浑噩噩的混过，那我的人生就彻底的完了，我为自己的人生划上了一个抹不去的记号。所以这个学期我要认认真真的重新规划我的学习计划。

在数学上，我比较偏好数学这一课，因为，我觉着数学比起语文来说，数学比较好一些。但是，妈妈说过，在自己学的科目上不能偏科，所以，我将把数学的学习时间分一点到语文的那一科上面，将自己的作息时间再分配均匀一些，这样的话，语文学好了，数学也就提上去了。

在英语上，主要的就是背单词。但是，以前就是因为自己比较懒，不愿意背单词，成绩虽是好，但是却对自己来说，这样的成绩不是很理想。所以，我将从这个学期开始用自己的时间来背单词，时间不用过多，十分钟就够。背得多少，就是多少，如果一时求成，这样的话只是偷鸡不成，反蚀把米。做事情一步一步的来，这样才会更好。

虽说这个学期增添了新的科目，但是，对于自己来说，时间，分配均匀了，学习不成问题。成绩不是问题。

一、教学经验

1。精心备课，不打无准备之仗。每节课上课前，我除了精心编写教案、学案外，还上网搜集各种英语课本知识相关的小视频，小动画，制作精美使用的课件，尽量用多种手段吸引学生的注意。事实证明精心，好上课的材料是提高课堂效率的有效策略。

2.严宽结合，狠抓课堂常规。我一直坚持对学生充满爱的教育，但绝不是无条件无原则的爱。尤其是在抓班级教学常规工作中，我更是注重严宽结合，当学生注意力集中时，我就抓紧讲解基础知识。当学生表现疲惫不专心时，我就放慢速度，运用课堂口令帮助学生集中精力。如：我要求学生坐端正会说：one-two-three学生就说：A-B-C并坐好。我要求学生认真听会说：Listen!学生要说：I will listen!总之，恰当的口令语是保证课堂顺利进行的重要条件之一。

3.以鼓励为主，关注学困生。我感觉教师的鼓励是学生奋进的催化剂，尤其针对学困生。平时我总是多给学困生表现的机会，及时肯定他们的进步，坚持给他们写鼓励性评语，让他们时时尝到成功的甜头。一学期下来，个班的学困生明显减少，并且普遍增强自信心，发挥出较强的主观能动性，激发出前所未有的兴趣和热情，英语成绩持续上升，在这次期末考试中脱颖而出。对于纪律不好的学生，我也是坚持多表扬少批评的原则，只要他们一有好的表现，我就会在全班同学面前大加表扬，强化他们已经形成的好习惯。确保班上每一个孩子都能参与到课堂教学的有效互动中，提高了课堂教学效率，在这次期末考试中四个班的成绩名列前茅。

二、不足之处：

1.对待学困生缺少耐心，没有关注好每一个学困生，为他们制定恰当的补习计划和措施。

2.经常犯急躁情绪，没有很好的反思自己的课堂教学而怪罪学生不会学习。

今后我会在原有成绩的基础上继续努力，潜心学习，积极探索更加有效地教学策略，关注每一个学生，为他们的终生学习奠定坚实的基础!
