作为一名初中生，我的学习负担比以前更重了。因此，我必须给我的学习制定计划从而使努力更有效果，同时腾出一些时间去玩。首先，我会为这学期制定一个大的计划并设立目标。我想要在期末考试中取得前三名，所以我必须为之努力。其次，我会制定几个短期的计划，比如说月计划和周计划。这样一来，我就能够清楚的知道我主要的不同的任务是什么。最后，每日计划也是必要的。写下我每天的任务并严格完成它们，记住不要把今天的任务留给明天。有了这些不同的计划，我就可以合理的安排时间，并抽出时间来玩。

Today is my shopping day.I wanted to buy some delicious food.there were many kinds of food.I wanted to eat more vegetables and more fruits.I wanted to eat apples in order to lose weight.I liked eating bananas,straw berries,pears and watermelons,I wanted to buy some books,I thought they can help me study not long after my holidays,I wanted to buy a pair of golves for myself because my golves were lost.And I bought some CDs.

I have some habbits, some are good, but some are bad.

I like reading very much. From reading science books, I get a lot of knowledge. From reading novels, I lose myself in the stories. I like doing sports, too. It helps me keep healthy. Also I never put todays work till tomorrow. They are all my good habbits. They help me a lot in my daily life.

However, I also have some bad habbits. For example, sometimes I do my homework slowly, and stay up till very late. During meals I prefer meat to vegetables. And sometimes I play computer games too long without having a reat. They are all harmful to my health.

From now on Ill try to keep my good habbits, and give up the bad ones. Then Ill live better.

暑假过得真快，准备开学啦，大家不再像在暑假一样睡懒觉、玩王者荣耀，追偶像剧啦，大家要慢慢调整好自己的生物钟和生活状态，以饱满的精神状态迎接新学期的到来！这个新学期跟以往的有点不同，这个学期的到来意味着大家由初一升到初二，这是初中的一个转折点，也是一个非常关键的阶段。为什么说这是一个关键时期呢？

首先，我们的心理情绪会有些变化，相比于初一时的我们，初二时我们对一些事情可能会更加敏感，女孩子变得更加感性，男孩子可能会更容易冲动，情绪波动比较大。这时候，学会管理好自己的情绪在初二阶段太重要了！管理好自己的情绪，你才不会在同学不小心碰到你时破口大骂，甚至相互打架伤害到彼此；管理好自己的情绪，你才不会被自己的烦躁、焦虑、郁闷等心情弄得自己心力交瘁，萎靡不振，从而影响自己的学习和生活；管理好自己的情绪，你才不会在喜欢一个人时但因对方不理你而感到绝望甚至自暴自弃……在初二这个关键的时期，要想学习、交际、生活各方面更加顺利，首先要善于把控好自己的情绪，每个人要做自己情绪的主人，而不是被情绪牵着鼻子走。当你让自己的情绪变得稳定而不是反复无常时，你已经成功跨过初二的第一道槛了。当然，每个人都有喜怒哀乐的时候，但是，凡事我们要学会往积极的方向去想。李连杰曾经在一次演讲中说到：“当你用快乐的心态看待世界，你会发现快乐始终伴随着自己！”所以，遇到不顺心的事情时，先让自己深呼吸，再转移一下注意力，比如去跑跑步，听听自己喜欢的歌、跟好朋友聊聊天，或者拿一张纸把自己心烦的事情详细写下来，把纸扭成一团，扔进垃圾桶，之后你会神奇地发现自己情绪慢慢变好啦。上学期我曾经说过一个关键词“忍”，退一步，海阔天空，在你因矛盾想对别人大打出手之前，先去厕所洗洗脸，让自己冷静下来，记住：用语言暴力和肢体暴力都不可能有效地解决问题，只会让矛盾升级，双方都会受到更多的身心伤害。所以，我恳请大家三思而后说，三思而后行！

其次，初二阶段是每个人的人生观、价值观和世界观形成的关键时期。人生观就是我们对待生活和行为的态度，如果你有积极向上的人生观，你的生活就会充满积极的能量，你将会为自己的人生做出明智的选择；价值观是我们明辨是非、判断对错的能力，有些人是非不分，评价片面，经常判断失误，这跟个人的价值观有关系；而世界观就是我们对特定时空的人和事的观点，还有对整个世界的看法。初二这个阶段就是形成完整的人生观、价值观和世界观的关键时期。思路决定出路，思维决定行为！有健康积极的“三观”，我们说出来的话、做出的选择、采取的行动将会推动我们走向成功！

此外，很重要的一点，从步入初二的第一天起，我们的中考备考就拉开帷幕了。因为生物、地理的中考将在初二下学期进行，大家这个学期就会进入备考状态。所以，初一时的我们，或许还处于适应和认识新环境、新朋友的状态，而自主学习花的时间不多。而现在，我们就要开始集中精力，花更多功夫在学习上了。如果这学期不努力，等到下学期再去补，那就会非常吃力而且跟别人的差距会越拉越大。我们说，良好的开始是成功的一半。从今天开始，我们从这几方面努力：第一，我们先要给自己定下中考目标：我们想读哪一间高中，把那所学校的名字写在纸上，还有每一科的目标分数和总分的进步名次。这样我们做事才跟有方向和动力！第二，我们要调整好自己的心态，心里想：快要中考啦，我要更加地努力，好的机会总是留给有准备的人，所以大家要为中考做好充分的准备。

第三，我们要用行动去证明自己，像我们班上的同学，用科任老师的话来说：“9班的同学都很聪明，很有实力”，实力怎么体现出来呢？就是要用你的行动证明的呀！我也觉得我们班的同学是多才多艺的，而且每个同学都是很有学习潜力的，有些同学的学习能力还特别强，但缺少的是什么呢？一是定力，容易被周围环境诱惑而不能专心学习；二是耐力，一开始心怀大志地学习，但遇到挫折被打击后就想退缩和逃避了；三是方法。其实，我相信大家都想学好每一科的，毕竟除了寒暑假，我们大部分时间都在学校学习，花了这么多时间肯定想学有所成，但因为没有掌握有效的方法，有些同学学习起来很吃力，可是成绩提高不明显。所以，我希望大家在这个学期开始，调整自己的学习方法，大胆地请教老师和同学，在这个过程中，你会慢慢摸索出适合自己的方法，学习起来一定能事半功倍！

另外，这个学期将学习物理这一门新的学科，告诉大家，物理非常重要，学好物理，你就为自己的理科学习打下坚实的基础，物理学好了，你的数学、化学、生物的成绩会随着提高。所以，恳请大家认真地学习物理，一开始觉得难很正常，多去问、多去练题就会慢慢弄懂的啦，我相信大家只要肯下功夫学，一定能学有所成的！

同学们，初二是一个关键的转折点，也许初一时的你学习生活没有明确的目标和动力；也许初一时的你成绩平平，甚至不太理想；也许初一时的你时不时意气用事，说出的话伤害到别人，或做出的行为违反了纪律；，但这些都已成为过去，初二将是一个崭新的开始，大家又长大了一岁，希望同学们能爱护和珍惜我们这个班集体，你好，我好，大家好，才是真的好！学会尊重他人和换位思考。只要大家在初二阶段下定决心、找对方法、努力拼搏，一定能取得进步的！老师相信大家，让我们一起加油！
