In my opinion, the schoolwork now being assigned to high school students is

too heavy. While it is true that students need to study, they need other things

as well if they are to grow into healthy and well-rounded adults. High should be

allowed more time for play. Plying is not wasting time, as some think. It gives

them physical exercise, and also exercise their imagination. Which tends to be

stifled by too much study. Finally, the pressure put on high school students by

excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and

mentally. I do not advocate the elimination of schoolwork. I do think, however,

中班是幼儿三年学前教育中承上启下的阶段，也是幼儿身心发展的重要时期，有它特有的年龄特点。为了我们能更好地开展教育工作，今天我们聚在了一起，无论谈什么都离不开一个话题，那就是我们的孩子。如何把孩子培养成才?我国著名教育家陈鹤琴先生曾经说过："幼儿教育是一件很复杂的事情，不是家庭一方面可以单独胜任的，也不是幼儿园一方面可以单独胜任的，必须两方面共同合作才能得到充分的功效。"我想这句话是对我刚才提到的问题的最好回答，那就是"家园共育"，这也是今天我们召开家长会的目的。

1、本学期我们采用主题与领域活动相结合的方式来开展保教工作。目的在于让幼儿感受到幼儿园集体生活的愉悦，同时又促进他们在社会、语言、健康、科学、艺术等领域方面在原有的基础上得以发展和提高。在活动进行中：我们面向全体、注重个体，从孩子的兴趣出发，尽可能地设计一些孩子感兴趣的活动，以游戏为主，让他们在玩中学，在操作中得到发展;在活动之后，我们老师之间也会及时交流、反思，并和个别幼儿谈话，了解他们的学习情况，给予他们一些肯定的赞许与积极的鼓励。

2、在我刚接触这些孩子的时候，我发现许多的孩子没有自我管理的意识。针对这个情况，本学期，我们注重培养孩子的自我管理能力。凡是孩子能做到的事都指导他们自己做，我们在教育中尽可能地放手，让孩子进行活动，让孩子多依靠自己的力量去尝试、去思考、去做出结论。可能很多家长还不能理解为什么我们一再强调要让孩子自己的事情自己做，不要去代替孩子收拾玩具，或者喂他们吃饭，这不仅仅是因为要从小养成孩子的独立性，同时也是发展孩子的手部肌肉。现在孩子还处在发展阶段，手部肌肉协调性不是很好，如果家长什么都包办，孩子的手部肌肉没有得到发展，今后孩子的动作、动手能力会比其他孩子晚。其实只要掌握了方法，一些看似很难的事情，通过孩子自己的实践和经验，在孩子们面前变得简单了。现在许多孩子除了能够自己穿脱衣物之外，还能整齐归放好;除了会帮助同伴拉拉链、扣扣子、搬椅子之外，还能帮老师拿水果、搬学具、镇里玩具。他们得到的，除了技能还有爱。

3、寒假注意事项

明天开始正式放寒假了，假期从1月24号到2月16号，2月16号报到，17号正式上课。为了孩子度过一个愉快的假期，请家长朋友们在寒假期间注意：

1)寒假期间，请您安排好孩子的生活作息时间，坚持早睡早起，保证孩子有规律的饮食与生活，养成良好的生活习惯。

2)请您时刻注意孩子的安全，不要让孩子到危险的地方去，不玩危险物品。同时注意交通安全;远离火、电、开水，不要让孩子燃放烟花爆竹，保护好孩子的安全，孩子外出时需跟随大人，避免走失。

3)注意培养孩子良好的饮食习惯，保证饭菜质量和营养平衡，切忌暴饮暴食和偏食，要少吃火不吃 ，多吃蔬菜水果，养成按时进餐和自己进餐的好习惯。

4)寒假期间的走亲访友正式您对孩子进行礼貌教育的良好时机，孩子能礼貌待人，成为有礼貌的好孩子。

5)放假了，孩子看电视的时间难免会过长，请您把孩子看电视的时间控制在2小时以内，提醒孩子与电视机保持距离1.5米以上，注意保护眼睛。

6)假期中请您坚持让孩子做一些力所能及的事情，如自己穿脱衣服裤子，自己进餐等等。

我作为一名新生，来到了这个陌生的校园，来到了这个陌生的班级，心里似乎有些害怕。不过时间可以消除一切烦恼，经过了这段时间的接触后，渐渐的也认识了一些新同学，我的心里也不会在那么害怕从而感到陌生了。在这个意境优美的校园里，上课时，总会听到同学们朗朗的读书声;下课时，会看到一些活泼可爱的孩子们在一起嬉戏。看到他们，让我想起了儿时的我，想到了和同学们一起跳绳，一起打打闹闹的场面。如今，我以是中学生，再也不能像儿时那样贪玩。

Last year, my father bought a lovely pet for me. She has four white paws and a white and yellow tail. She has two small ears, two green eyes and eight whiskers on her face. Her name is Sally and she is one year old.

Do you know what it is? A cat? Yes, it is a cat. She has very short fur and she is quite small. She weighs about 2 kilograms. She is usually very friendly and quiet. We never frighten her or pull her tail or ears. She likes walking around me and playing with me.

I feed Sally every day and give her clean water. Sometimes I brush her fur and she enjoys it very much.

孩子们经过半个学期的学习与生活，在各方面都有进步。在老师的眼里，每个孩子的进步都是针对孩子的本身表现所呈现出来的。如：有个别孩子，我接这个班时，发现他不爱开口说话，但现在偶尔能大胆举手发言了(虽然不是经常)，比如：张灿、钱龙、钱凤小朋友。有些孩子开学时画画画的偏小，线条不够流畅，颜色不均匀，现在他画的画变大了，线条流畅了，颜色均匀了。对于这样的孩子而言，他进步了。比如：孙泽、韩雨欣、丁云轩、童佳乐、谢昱娜、卢娅楠等小朋友。在艺术方面很棒的有：卢瑾萱、蒋丰励、刘嘉俊、孙章妍、王涛等小朋友。在语言方面表现很棒的有：孙悦、王裕、邱奕鸣、许伟业、章彬、章智宇、宋雨涵等小朋友。在数学方面表现好的有：张莉、朱梦圆、戴佳怡、张灿、沈思雨、李寒洵、卢俊熙、章智宇等小朋友。除了知识方面，我们还重视孩子的学习习惯的培养，如会整理自己的学习用具、认真听讲、积极回答问题等。

在这里也希望家长善于发现自己孩子的进步，不要盲目地把自己的孩子去跟别的孩子攀比，而我今天在这里总结的也是集体的情况，可能没有具体到个人，也恳请家长能够给予理解。下面我把本学期以来孩子在园的学习生活情况向各位家长汇报一下：

一、幼儿一日生活各个环节:

①入园:晨检工作,早上我们的晨检工作是一问,二看,三摸,四查,要求家长不要让孩子带危险物品入园。(如:打火机,小刀,指甲剪,蛋糕棍子等)

②膳食的安排:我园的膳食安排是根据幼儿生长发育所需的年龄特点科学安排,根据幼儿园消化系统的生理特点安排膳和根据幼儿园所需的各利营养素,而且注重营养搭配,保证幼儿的供给量, (解释幼儿告诉家长的在园天天吃了什么菜)。

③中午进餐方面:保证幼儿每天吃饱,吃好,不挑食,逐步培养幼儿独立进餐的能力。培养幼儿进餐的良好习惯与进餐卫生,保证桌面、地面、衣服三干净,正确使用勺子。

④洗方面:喝水洗脸每人一巾一杯,做到随渴随喝。

⑤午睡方面:保证你的孩子有两小时的睡眠时间,老师值班时会巡回检查幼儿是否盖好被子、睡姿是否正确,对一些午睡时的不良习惯及时纠正和培养幼儿的独立睡眠的习惯。

⑥卫生消毒工作:幼儿的毛巾口杯由保育每天消毒,餐具每天由后勤人员进行消毒,除了消毒工作做好以外,同时也做好了疾病的防治工作和隔离工作,如在园头.肚子痛,发热,拉肚子等老师也会带去保健室给予及时处理,也会同时打电话给你们。在这学期有很多小朋友发烧生病 ,抵抗能力有所下降, 在这提醒家长在季节转换的时候要注意流行性感冒。请家长记得给幼儿请假。

二、教育教学工作：

本班幼儿活泼、开朗，能适应幼儿园的集体生活。每个孩子身体发育正常，能积极参加各种体育活动，动作发展比较协调，体质明显增强。在园的学习生活使孩子已初步形成了良好的生活习惯，能主动、正确地使用礼貌用语，能自己用餐帮忙收拾餐具，自己穿脱衣服，能为班级做力所能及之事。大部分幼儿能在集中教学活动中积极思考与发言，表达自己的愿望。本学期本班遵循幼儿园《新纲要》及《3-6岁儿童发展指南》的精神，结合园务计划，针对幼儿的实际情况，基本达到了各科教育目标。

1、在主题活动中，根据课程安排了《我是大班哥哥姐姐》、《中国娃》、《丰收的季节》《动物王国》《大家来运动》《新年到喜洋洋》《拥抱冬天》七大主题。从孩子们积极参与程度可以看出，《中国娃》《新年到喜洋洋》是非常受孩子欢迎、适合孩子发展水平的主题活动。在《中国娃》主题活动让幼儿在主动探索中知道我们祖国人口众多、地域广阔，是个多民族的国家，有丰富的物产和优秀的文化传统，为自己是中国人感到骄傲。结合中秋节，我们给孩子讲了《嫦娥奔月》的故事，让孩子了解中秋节的由来，知道中秋节的习俗。在《新年到喜洋洋》主题活动中根据孩子们的兴趣，我们开展了学剪窗花、学京剧、画脸谱、灯笼、新年新衣、制作炮仗等活动。在这两个主题活动中，我们注重了根据孩子感兴趣的事物去探究研习，调动了孩子各种感官参与，强调孩子在现实中发现问题、提出问题、解决问题的互动过程，从中满足了孩子好奇心，孩子们在愉快的探索活动中快乐地收获，经验得到了一次又一次的提升和运用。我们还充分利用了家长资源，在区角创设等方面为孩子提供了丰富的游戏材料，感谢家长朋友的配合。幼儿园的课程比较丰富，在音乐方面，我想大部分的家长都有所感知，孩子回家是不是时不时嘴里会唱着歌啊，由于时间的关系我在这就不一一列举了，家长可以利用寒假时间叫孩子表演一下。

2、培养幼儿的语言表达能力。孩子如果上课时听得很专注、很认真，95%以上的幼儿都能复述一个简短的故事。进入一年级孩子会接触到写话，要先会说才能会写。所以在学期快结束时，我们采用幼儿说故事儿歌家长写故事这样一种形式，一来可以提高幼儿语言表达能力，二来可以巩固幼儿的知识。当然这种方法得到了认同也有反对，反对的是家里爷爷奶奶不会写，如果年轻的家长在家还是希望家长多配合，为一年级打好基础。

3、数学方面。这学期我们学习了7以内的分成合成及加减法、数字书写、50以内的唱数、20以内的单双数、能按2-3个特征的找规律、认识左右等基本知识。分成是幼儿才接触的，而且到了一年级都是必学的，如果能在幼儿园就把基础打好，到了一年级你就有更多的时间去学习新的知识。所以老师布置的作业希望家长督促孩子及时完成并及时检查，需要家长多配合。

4、多鼓励孩子。俄罗斯科学家研究发现、"赞美"可以提高细胞的免疫力。但是赞美应该有度，不该夸大其词，要根据具体的事和物来夸奖孩子，不实的赞美只会导致幼儿以后更难承受批评和挫折，不仅不能帮助幼儿提高自信心，还使孩子对自己的能力产生怀疑。所以家长要注意教育的分寸，正确把握严与爱的尺度，多给孩子鼓励，让孩子从小学会自信。特别不能在他人面前当着孩子说自己孩子的缺点。我们中华民族的传统，人们往往喜欢说客气话。孩子带出去玩，别人问你，你孩子学习怎么样?我们家长总会谦虚地说："不怎么样，不太好."其实，这样是很伤孩子心的。家长也不要老是把"你真笨"真糟糕"等词语挂在嘴边，容易挫伤孩子的自尊心，直接影响孩子学习、生活的积极性。以上就是我班本学期以来的重点工作，由于时间关系，我就简单地总结下。

三、需要家长配合做的事情：

下学期还请家长在工作中一如既往地关心与支持我们的工作，所以，需要家长配合做的事情有如下几点：

①督促孩子天天坚持来园，有事事先请假。不亲自来，也可以打电话请假。如果你的电话号码有变动请及时告诉我们，以免有急事联系不上。所以三位老师的电话号码一定要存起来。那在请假这一方面，我要非常感谢章智宇的爷爷。他做的非常到位，每一次章智宇有什么事情不能来园，他都亲自过来请假。我想如果大家都能像章智宇的爷爷这样或者打电话告诉我们一声，那么我们的工作将会做的更好。

②孩子来园时请家长检查是否有带危险物品如：扣子、小刀、小饰品等。这一项很重要。虽然我们的孩子现在是大班了，可我好几次(尤其在开学初)发现有带涂钉或小木棒等尖锐物品的。这是非常危险的。所以，为了安全起见，除了老师要教育提醒外，更需要家长的教育及提前预防。

③如果孩子在家身体不适时，提前向老师告假，或在送孩子入园时及时告诉晨检老师，以便我们能更多地关注孩子。请需要服药的孩子，家长务必到保健老师处登记，并说清服药的时间与剂量，并填好记录。千万不能让孩子自己交药，防止吃错药的现象发生。

④请家长理性地思考和处理幼儿之间的矛盾，孩子天性活泼好动，他们之间有矛盾或磕磕碰碰很难避免，但孩子之间的矛盾来去都很快，我们希望家长和老师一起正确引导，让孩子宽以待人、学会分享、学会合作、学会和小朋友们友好地交流与相处。

⑤因为还有半个学期我班孩子就要上小学了，积极做好幼小衔接工作，也是我们下学期的工作重点。幼儿教育不同于小学教育，它不是以摄入课本知识为主，它更着重于培养孩子对各种知识的学习兴趣及各种行为习惯的养成教育。幼儿教育主要以游戏为基本活动，注重综合性、趣味性、活动性。只有让孩子拥有浓厚的学习兴趣、良好的习惯，进入小学后才能很快地适应。所以，从现在开始，就需要孩子在日常生活中慢慢去适应，从早晨的入园时间开始，尽量不迟到，让孩子在8：30之前到园，逐步养成良好的生活、学习习惯，学会自己做些力所能及之事。

⑥接送孩子：接送孩子最好不要让别人代接，每次凭卡接人。如果实在有事要请人代接，请电话预先通知我们，并告诉我们是孩子的谁来接，也要凭卡接人。每次傍晚放学，请大家准时来接孩子，同时在接送孩子的途中注意交通安全。

四、给家长们的建议：

“4个学会”：“学会生活”、“学会做事”、“学会交往”、“学会学习”。

“学会生活”：要求小朋友们一日生活要有规律，什么时间该做什么要像在幼儿园一样遵守规则。建议中、大班的小朋友，在成人的指导下，做个小小的寒假计划，比如大班小朋友学习看钟表、认识时间，从小培养做时间的主人，做生活的主人。

“学会做事” ：即自己的事情自己做，如幼儿学会叠被子、整理衣物、收拾餐具、洗袜子等，鼓励小朋友帮助父母和老人做些力所能及的事情。

“学会交往”：即让幼儿在与成人或同龄伙伴及客人接触中，学会有礼貌，与人交流，大方地展示自己的才艺和作品，使幼儿感受与他人交往的乐趣。

“学会学习”：则鼓励小朋友们通过与自然、社会的接触，学习更多活的知识。

“6个一”：指读一本书、讲一个故事、讲一件春节里有趣的事、画一张画、做一件手工作品、帮家长做一件有意义的事。

老师希望家长们能够让小朋友在“4个学会”中感悟到幼儿园新的教育理念和方法，不要给小朋友们加重负担，强迫他们按成人意愿做他们自己不喜欢做的事情，要给他们更多的自由和广阔的空间，让他们享受寒假和新春佳节给他们带来的快乐。希望开学后孩子们能高高兴兴到幼儿园，和小朋友、老师共同分享“6个一”带来的快乐。

五、假期安全工作：

一年一度的寒假生活又将开始，为使孩子们欢度一个愉快的假期，我们要对孩子加强安全教育，让孩子们进一步了解寒假期间放鞭炮、交通、饮食等安全知识，为度过一个安全、快乐、健康、有意义的寒假做好铺垫，增强孩子的安全意识。因此，请各位家长配合做好如下工作：

①寒假期间，请您安排好孩子的生活作息时间，坚持早睡早起，保证孩子有规律地饮食与生活，养成良好的生活习惯。

②请您时刻注意孩子的安全，不要让孩子到危险的地方去，不玩危险的物品。同时注意交通安全(如不乘“三无”车辆，超载车等)，饮食卫生安全(如不吃“三无”食品，不暴饮暴食等)，教育孩子养成好的饮食卫生习惯，远离火、电、开水。不要让孩子燃烟花爆竹，保护好孩子的安全。

③寒假期间的走亲访友正是您对孩子进行礼貌教育的良好时机，希望孩子能礼貌待人，成为有礼貌的好孩子。

④放假了，孩子看电视的时间难免会过长，请您把孩子看电视的时间控制在2小时以内，提醒孩子与电视机保持距离1米5以上，注意保护眼睛。

⑤假期中请您坚持让孩子做一些力所能及的事情。比如：自己穿脱鞋子、自己吃饭等。

六、结束语：

家长的满意，是对我们工作的肯定，更是对我们工作的鞭策。我们的工作离不开家长的配合与支持，再次感谢各位家长这半年来对老师的支持和理解。家长可能会对我们三位老师的工作有一些建议和要求，以后还请各位家长多提宝贵意见，家长和老师之间也可以共同探讨一下教育孩子的良方、配合我们。今天的家长会到此为止，最好提前祝家长朋友们新年快乐，身体健康，万事如意!祝孩子们健康快乐成长!

在我的读书阶段有许许多多的老师教过我，但是我最喜欢的老师是教我八年级语文的王老师，在学校可能说所有的学生都非常的讨厌他，我爱他就好像晋代的陶渊明喜爱菊花一般。他是非常懂得我们学生的心。

他知道我们中学生不喜欢读书，但是他仍然让我们读书，不过他对我们读书有一个要求，那就是边读时要在旁边做标记以及写下读完文章后的感受。他这一行为正是掌握了我们中学生的心理，这样我们不得不读书了。我家离学校非常的远，所以我在学校吃饭，他对我们说：“不允许谁不到食堂去吃饭，也不能吃得很快就走，那么那些吃得慢的同学就会不好意思的吃下去，最后一条就是不允许谁饭没有吃完就倒掉，要吃多少就打多少。”这样的老师难道不让我肃然起敬吗?我觉得他应该是花费了很长一段时间了解我们。他们可谓是深知我心啊。

我也觉得我们老师很奇怪。

他自己做每一件事都是按照规定办，对到每一件事都非常的认真。他也是像这样要求我们的。我并没有说他是冷血动物，他也是有感情的。他最喜欢的是犯错误的学生说不是他一个人做得。这样他就会笑哈哈。我对这点感到奇怪。老师不是都希望学生们好吗?他在课堂上向我们解释了一下。她说：“举报别人就是在帮助他改过自新，包容她就会使他一错再错。使他的人生误入歧途。”这就是他笑的原因。我们班上有个叫小康的人，他平时上课不仅不听讲，上课还经常的骚扰别人，对此，老师也是经常批评他。他仍然屡教不改。可是老师打他的时候还会对他笑。这真的是很奇怪。我们多次问他，但是他总是拒绝回答这个问题。有时候他们两个人又好像兄弟一样，哥哥蔑视他，而弟弟却说做什么啊。这引起了我们全班的哄堂大笑。

这就是我的老师，我会在我的人生轨迹中刻下他的名字，让他在我的脑海里有他的面孔。

My favorite TV program is Animal World. It’s very interesting and exciting. There I learn a lot kinds of animals.

Some people think some animals are dangerous. They may hurt us humans. We can kill them. I can’t stand the idea. Each animal has its reason to live on the earth. They are important for the world. They keep a balance. If somebody breaks it, we humans may not be able to live on the earth.

We know it is difficult to learn English. My English is very good. I learn English like this.

I Listen to the teacher carefully and write the important points down on my notebooks. After class I revise the lessons. Before class I prepare new lessons to find out the questions. Then I will listen carefully in class.

I also listen to the tape, and speak English with my classmates in the classroom and on the playground. It’s to improve my listening and speaking.

I keep a diary every day to practise my written English.

Besides this, I often read English newspapers and magazines to enrich my knowlege on English culture.

We will learn English well so long as we learn it hard.

The Spring Festival is the most important festival in China. People usually

decorate the doors and windows with red papercuts. becouse red means good luck.

People usually clean house too. becouse they want to sweep away bad luck.

Children can get some new clothes or presents from their parents and

grandparents. On New Years Eve,family always have a big dinner. Everybody are

watch TV and talk. In the midnight,there usually fairworks. On New Years

Day,people usually put on their new clothes and visit their femily and friends.

They usually say:"Happy New Years Day. " The Spring Festival finishes at the

Lantern Festival after two weeks. People usually eat a kind of rice dumpling

called yuanxiao. It can take people good luck all the year round.

With the improvement of people’s material conditions, people have higher demands for living quality. People wish to be in good health and to have good living habits. How shall we do?

First, keep going to bed and getting up early every clay. Then do some exercises in the open air to breathe the fresh air in the morning, so we will have a pleasant mood in a day.

Then have balanced food to ensure our health. Eat more vegetables.

Being calm and good-natured is most important for our health. Hope you will be happy forever.

If I have a lot of money

If I have a lot of money, I will have the chance to do what I want to do.

First I’ll travel around the world, because I love traveling, and then I’ll give some money to schools and charities. I’ll try my best to help the people who are in trouble. Next, I will buy a big house with a garden and a swimming pool for my parents, so they will live a happy life. I’m sure we will enjoy a better life.

期末考试意味着假期的到来，我真的是既高兴又害怕，高兴是因为要放假了，害怕是因为我要挨骂了......

期末考试后的一天，我正参加学校的诗歌朗诵排练，班主任一脸阴沉走到我的旁边，我感到心跳加速，心想：肯定期末没取得理想成绩!果然，李老师严厉地问：“这次期末考试怎么回事?”我的心情顿时下降到冰点，心里就像挂着十五个吊桶七上八下。

李老师接着说：“数学是不是太马虎了，只考了91分啊!”91分，不会吧，我明明检查了好几遍呢!我又关心起最拿手的语文成绩，心想语文总不会差吧，这可是我的拿手好戏，三年读下来，我的期末语文成绩，一向是班里数一数二的，但偏偏李老师对语文成绩只字不提。我也不好意思问。

走出教室，我的心上仿佛压着一把大锤子，整个人像泄了气的气球，无精打采。连同学请我去玩，我都没了兴趣。这时，妈妈来了，表情比李老师还严肃，就像当时的天空，乌云密布。“怎么回事，语文92，数学91，你知道吗?你们班数学满分十几个，语文高分也多得是，叫你平时要努力，要仔细，就是听不进去……”妈妈的唠叨还在继续，但我一句也听不进去了，眼前总是跳跃着这两门课的成绩——91、92!

回家的路上，我终于忍不住哭了，妈妈说：“想取得好成绩是每个人的心愿，但有了心愿还要努力呀，你想想平时有没有把老师的话记到心里了，有没有把妈妈的话用到实际上了?”听着妈妈的话，我的眼前浮现出考试前和考试时的一些情景。妈妈让我再复习一下，我总是一副不屑一顾的样子，不耐烦地说：知道了，没问题了，能考好了……;老师布置的背书作业，我总是马马虎虎，得过且过……;数学考试时，我感到试卷太简单了，才做半个小时，我就感到已经全对了，接下去这么长时间我竟然就在草稿纸上画画……。现在，残酷的分数让我明白了一个事实：那就是平时的不认真，考试时的马虎是我成绩惨败的原因。

回到家以后我决定我一定要改到我这马虎的坏习惯，如果在犯这种错误的话，我想我对不起老师也对不起我的父母，我一定要再把知识巩固一些和改掉马虎这个坏习惯。

Since I was a little child, I was taught that dont give up forever. My

mother told me that teaching me how to walk was a tough task. When I just

learned how to walked, I fell down frequently, but she or my father never helped

me to stand up, because they wanted me to stand up by myself. After fell down

again and again, I finally learned walking. My parents were proud of me. Now,

whenever I meet with a problem or get into trouble, no matter how hard the

situation is, I rarely stop my step, because I have a faith in my mind that the

most beautiful view will come in after the highest hill. If you are sure what

you do, then you just stick to it. Nothing in the world is easy, so we will

always meet challenges in life, but remember one thing that never give up and

sunshine comes after the storm.
