今天，因为孩子们的缘分，我们走进了***小学，走进了***班的教室，欢迎各位!感谢大家!

我是这个班的班主任，也是这个班的数学老师。开学这么长时间,总体来说这个班的学生都比较好，没有一个迟到早退现象，每天的值日工作认真负责，上课大部分学生能认真听讲，作业也只有一、两个学生会忘记做，同学之间能团结友爱。当然，我们班还存在一些问题，比如上课时总有学生管不住自己，做小动作或者说话;有学生会在课后打架骂人……为了让家长更加了解孩子在校的学习情况。下面我分几点来说一说。

一、成绩。

这是家长最敏感的字眼，我不是拿分数来衡量学生，但也比较重视分数。而这就得从平时一点一滴抓起。所以我们有家校联系本，每天将学生的作业记录在上面。并不是非让家长来督促每个学生来完成作业，比如自觉性强的家长就不用管，有些孩子学习差自觉性就差，就希望家长能严格督促学生完成作业，有困难的学习问题，家长有能力就帮助孩子理解。

平时的单元测试卷，以及到期末复习阶段的测验和作业我都会要求家长签名，在此我向在座的家长先说声谢谢，希望你们能配合老师积极作好签名工作。考得不够理想的同学的家长不要过于尴尬，关键是怎样去正视这分数，怎样才能在本学期将成绩赶上去，还需鼓励，一直处于最后的几位，就得寻找原因，这是我们共同的责任。

二、 计算。

为什么要提计算?因为在以往的试卷分析、填信息采样表时发现学生在计算上失分较多，分析原因，大部分学生是粗心犯的错。细细分析原因，有的是因思维定势主要表现在旧法则干扰新法则，产生错误;有的是由于学生感知事物的特点比较笼统、不具体，对算式在头脑中的印象缺乏整体性，加上计算本身比较枯燥，容易引起疲劳，往往没有看清就动笔算了，如搬错数字，58看成85，+看成—。还有记忆发生错误，像一题两位数乘两、三位数的乘法计算中既包括了乘法口诀又包含加法计算，口诀有记忆错误的，6×9=45，加法时1+2=2，2+3=6的情况时有发生，还有在连续进位、退位时常会犯错。所以，粗心并不是解释计算做得不好的原因，平时老粗心，考试又怎么能细心呢?

那么怎样克服粗心的毛病，我觉得：

1、一旦发现，强化训练。新课是最易发生错误的时候，在大多数同学有问题时，集体评讲，个别有错时，单独辅导，说算理、说过程。

2注重口算训练，熟练的口算是正确笔算的基础，是训练短时记忆能力的最好形式，必须经常化。

3、注重非智力因素，养成良好的学习习惯。个别考试不理想，实际上就是学习习惯差了些。学生良好的学习习惯是掌握学习方法，提高计算能力的前提。像认真审题，看清数据和符号，做完后检查有没抄错，草稿书写也要整齐清晰，不能口算的一定要写计算过程，结束后还要检查计算是否合理。粗心不是一朝一夕能克服的，需要坚持不懈地努力训练。这学期小数的计算占据了四个单元，2/5的内容，望家长重视起来。

三、良好的学习习惯。

实践证明,对孩子的学习只要能坚持正确要求,好的学习习惯是一定能够养成的,学习成绩也会迅速地得到提高。良好的学习习惯，包括：

1、教育孩子上课认真听讲。

听讲：一般认为听老师讲，这是很不全面的。上课认真听讲，既要听老师讲，更要听同学讲，同学和你在同一起跑线，他怎么想的，我是怎么想的，他对不对，和我想的同不同。学会听取别人的意见是学会合作的前提。今天，我们的孩子不是不会竞争而是太不会合作了，在课堂上让学生小组合作学习，结果每个孩子都自己做自己的，这就意味着现在学生合作意识淡化。为此家长应该鼓励孩子多与同伴合作而不是只是一味地强化竞争，整天把“你要与某某某比一比”挂在嘴边。在学习和生活中，让我们家校合作，一起为孩子创造机会。

孩子在碰到稍难的题目，有些畏惧，或碰到一点点困难就寻求帮助，这对培养独立思考的习惯非常不利。家长当孩子寻求帮助，不会做时，不应直接教而应和孩子一起分析，帮助他，教会分析分析问题的方法，慢慢过渡到让他自己也能掌握这种分析方法从而独立思考。因而培养孩子独立思考、不怕困难的习惯对于训练孩子的思维能力，培养孩子的创新精神，都是十分重要的。

3、认真检查的习惯。

从班级的学生的作业来看，很多孩子作业是认真做的，但做完后又是谁的责任呢?是等着老师批错后改呢?还是让爸爸妈妈检查呢?其实作业做完了，还是需要检查的。这就要在平时养成检查作业的好习惯。如果每次作业，家长都替孩子检查，就让他养成不负责任的态度：做不做是我的事，对不对是你家长的事，我没责任。如果家长不检查，学生或许也会抱怨：现在班级实行记分制，完成家庭作业好的有加分，不检查不就没有加分了吗?怎么办?

其实，就数学作业而言，这还是很简单的。只要让学生用心地把做的作业连着题目要求认真读一遍或两遍就可以了。在读的过程中，他们就会发现是审题不清，还是数字抄错等等了，这时，再来改作业也不是什么大问题了。如果这样还是不大理解的话，家长可以适当辅导提点一上，相信时间一长，学生做作业的正确率就会有极大提高。

四、班级的小组合作学习。

为了培养学生良好的习惯，现在我们班级采取小组记分评比制。这包括学习上的，也包括生活上的。学习上的包括家庭作业完成的质量，课堂作业是否按时完成，上课是否积极回答问题，积极思考等，完成的好的，给予加分的奖励。在生活上，也涵盖了许多方面：例如是否课前做好准备工作、眼保健操和课间操有没有认真做、是否能在课余时间在班级网站上投稿、积极参加新叶文学社的征文活动、课间活动等等，这些都采取加减分的方面。两周进行一次评比，看哪些同学表现突出，看哪组的总分成绩最好给予一定的奖励。这种小组合作记分的方式，就是让学生在相互配合的过程中学会合作，学会互相提醒，更要学会互相帮助。小组共同把组员不好的部分及时纠正，养成良好的习惯。

汤老师平时对我们的要求很严格。每次学完课写《习字册》的时候，都会要求我们把字写得非常端正，对写的不好的字决不放过，直到写好为止。班里有几个同学的字因为写得太快而有些不好，汤老师就会让他们改过来，使我们都有很大的提高。

汤老师还很关心我们。记得有一次，我有点不舒服，去医务室量了下温度，37.5度，汤老师就跟我说：“如果不舒服，就跟老师说，老师就会和家长说的。”汤老师对我们真的非常关心。

老师，我向您致敬!是您把懵懂的我们领进知识的太空，用您那如歌的声音把爱播种!您像蜡烛一样燃烧了自己，给我们点燃希望的火种，用您那执著热情指引我们打开科学的迷宫!谢谢您，老师!

Today is going to school.

I got up early and went to bed. I checked my bag and checked it carefully. After dinner I put everything packed cant stop looking at the time 8:30 before school I feel time is somewhat slow my heart already fly to school to do.

8:15 I set out on my back. Todays fog is a bit large but it does not affect the mood of my happiness. To the classroom some students have arrived we greet each other talking about interesting things in the holidays. I saw some students grow in the vacation some "fat" some become more handsome more beautiful. 我早早起了床上床睡觉了。我检查了我的包仔细检查它。晚饭后我把所有东西都打包不能停止看着时间八点半在学校之前我觉得时间有点慢我的心已经飞到学校去做。

In the coming summer holiday, I am going to do a lot of interesting

things.

First, I will finish my holiday homework. Second, I am going to have a good

rest. I am going to play computer games or listen to music when I am free,

because I like them very much. But I am not good at them now. Then, I will join

a basketball club to play basketball. Even if I was a girl, I like basketball

very much. It can not only make me become sunny, cheerful, but also can make me

healthy. Finally, I am going to visit some of my friends. We are going to play

together. Maybe we will go sightseeing.

I think I will have a great summer holiday.

My fiat is made up of eight rooms:one hall,one bathroom,one kitchen,one dining room,one living room, two bedrooms and one toilet.The hall faces the front door. When you come into my flat,you will first see the hall.The bathroom is on the right,and the toilet is on the left.In front of you,there are two doors.The left one leads to one of the bedrooms,and the right one leads to the living room.When you come into the living room, you will see two doors again.The left one leads to another bedroom,and the right one to the kitchen.The kitchen goes straight to the dining room.Besides,there is also a balcony next to the living room and one of the bedrooms.

Everybody has a best friend that they can share everything with.I also have a best friend.We met in school,and were in the same grade.

My best friend is a good student because he is very hardworking.I learn a lot from him.He helps me with math;I help him with English.We always help each other.besides that,hes honest and reliable.I trust him completely and we share secrets all the time.

My best friend is also loyal and brave.Once when a bully teased me,he came to my rescue right away.He always remembers my birthday and he is fun to be with.He tells funny jokes and stories.He always makes me laugh.Finally,he is a very good listener and he knows how to cheer me up when Im down.

My best friend is really one of a kind.I hope well stay friends forever.

Times are changing day by day. Doing the shopping is easier. Most people

are better-dressed and they enjoy modern life.

Girls are changing, too. There are many differences between the older and

younger generations.

I know a twelve-year-old girl, who, to my surprise, has little time to

play. She told me that she dreamt of being a dancer, so she must learn to dance,

play music and so on. Sometimes, she is out of breath under such pressure, but

she can’t stop because modern life is busy.

In addition, I find those girls know more and more. Although they are

little girls, they know how to dress fashionably. Sometimes they look older than

their age, though.

As an older female, I realize that compared with the modern girls, my

generation is less well-educated and takes part in fewer leisure activities. I

realize that we don’t make full use of our time the way they do. Therefore, we

should try our best to value our time and pursue our dreams.

Confident, proud and energetic, modern girls represent new times.

The giant panda is known as the national treasure of China。 The panda was a kind of ordinary animal in China long ago。 However， for some reasons， too many of them have been killed。 So the number of them is falling quickly。

At present people are taking an important measure to save pandas。 People want to find a home for them， and recently， they have set up a nature park for them in Sichuan Province，which is called "Pandas Home。 "There pandas can enjoy their life happily。 There is a bamboo forest near the Pandas Home。 So the pandas can find bamboos easily which they like to eat very much。

Because pandas are well protected now， the number of them is increasing every year。 We hope that one day we will have enough pandas to set them free and let them live in the wild again。

Pandas are good friends of man。 Man should try to protect them and ]et them live in the way they like!

How to get happyness

there is no doubt that happiness is the most precious thing in the world. Without it, life will be empty and meaningless. If you wish to know how to get happiness, you must pay attention to the following two points.

First, health is the secret of happiness (the key to happiness). Only a strong man can enjoy the pleasure of life.

Secondly, happiness consists in contentment. A man who is dissatisfied with his present condition is always in distress.

The summer holiday is going to the end. I am happy in the holiday, because I do a lot of things. Now, the new term is coming, so I must make a plan for it. In the new term, I must work harder. I did not do very well in the last term. Therefore, I want to make progress in the new term. Besides, I want to do some more readings. Books are the best resources to get knowledge. So I want to make good use of books to improve myself. Finally, do exercise regularly. A healthy body is the basic of other things. I must take part in exercise to keep healthy. And doing exercise makes me relaxed and happy. I hope all my plans can come true in the new term.

暑假就要结束了，这是个快乐的暑假，因为我做了很多有意义的事情。新的学期马上就要来临，我要做好充分的计划。新学期我要加倍努力，因为在过去的一学期，自己做得不是很好。因此，新的学期要有新的突破。此外，我要多做些阅读，书籍是知识的源泉，所以我要好好利用书本提高自己。其次，要定时做运动。身体是革命的本钱，参加运动既能保持身体健康，又能使我快乐放松。我希望这些计划都能在新学期得以实现。

我，从小就似乎受到了大海的召唤，对那无边无际的大海充满了向往，梦想去那儿走走沙滩，玩个痛快。今年暑假，我的梦想终于得到了实现，我们五位同学的家庭去青岛旅游。青岛是个海滨城市，有许多海水浴场。一天夜幕降临时，我们便向青岛第一海水浴场进发。

晚上七时许，我们旅游团一行人望着蓝色的大海，心潮澎湃。在水天相接的地方，一个雪白的浪花迎面而来，冲在脚上，凉丝丝的，天边暗红的云彩分外鲜艳，漫步在柔软的沙滩上，心旷神怡。突然，远处一个大浪，把一个坐在沙滩上的小孩卷入海中，没多远，他抬起头来，“真爽!”

我心里也禁不住痒痒起来，妈妈也心有灵犀，看出了我的想法，立刻让爸爸陪我一起到海里去游泳，爸爸欣然答应。俩人换好衣服，坐在沙滩上，一个大浪把我们俩双双卷入海中，我站起来后才发现，海水并没有我想象中的那么深，只到我的嘴巴，还没漫过我的头。爸爸对我招招手，示意我游过去，我换气时不小心喝了一口水，呸!太咸了!都咸得我快不行了，连忙上岸，要求妈妈给我租一个游泳圈，这样就不会“受苦”了。当我正在“享乐”的同时，同学们却在沙滩上堆城堡。有人试图想下来，但却被一个个浪头打得心惊胆战。

最好玩的可要算是“搁浅”游戏了。先坐在沙滩边，第一个浪可以把你卷入海中，第二个浪又可以把你冲上沙滩，如此反复……感觉真是不错。还有坐进泳圈，在大海里随波逐流漂移，也别有一番情趣。在大海里，我不仅玩得开心，还表现了自由泳，真是一举两得啊!游累了，上沙滩走走，走在“面粉滩”上，走一个脚印就会被冲掉，细沙也会随之流入海中，但海水还是如此清澈。我在沙滩走了长长的一段，时间不知不觉到了八点半。为了留作纪念，我特地在海水冲不到的地方，留下了我深深的脚印。

时近九点，我们依依不舍地离开了海水浴场。海是蓝色的，我的心情，也是蓝色的。

Another new term comes again,so i should have a study plan to promot myself.

firstly,i descide to finish my homework more carefully than before.And pay more attention to the knowledge which i didnt know it clearly.

secondly,i will do a lot of read to widen the range of my knowledge.and try to combine thoery to practice.

Finally,i will learn to adjust, to be more positive and more helpful.

Thats what i plant to do in a new term.

新的学期马上就要到来了，因此，我应该给自己制定一个学习计划来提升自己.

首先，我决定做好的家庭作业比以前更仔细点，和关注那些我不是很了解的知识，其次，我应该扩大阅读面并，并把理论和实践联合在一起.最后，我应该学会适应，变得更积极更乐于助人.

这就是我新的学期计划.
