This kind of air pollutant come from a variety of natural and manmade sources. Natural sources can include windblown dust, and soot from wildfires. Manmade sources can include motor vehicles, and industrial fuel burning, and manufacturing operations. The one of the main cause that touches off haze is manufacturing operations. 一、基础等级

高考作文评分标准把“题意”“中心”和“内容”各分为四个梯度

“题意”：①切合题意。所写内容选择角度非常符合材料内容及含意涉及的范围；②符合题意。所写内容选择角度基本符合材料内容及含意涉及的范围；③基本符合题意。尚能把握材料，行文有所游离；④偏离题意。指仅仅抓住材料中枝节来立意行文。

“中心”：①中心突出。能够紧紧围绕中心主题构思作文；②中心明确。指能够围绕主题构思行文；③中心基本明确。尚有中心，但个别游离中心；④中心不明确。无明确主题，或脱离材料含意作文。

“内容”：①内容充实。所写文章材料丰富，能够充分表现主题，同时论证也很充分；②内容较充实。选事例典型，虽然材料不够丰富，但论证比较充分，所选材料也基本能够表达主题；③内容单薄。虽有材料，但材料较少，不足以表现主题，或者所选事例只有个别典型，只能勉强表现主题；④内容不当。所选材料不能表现主题，所选事例个个跟主题无关，只是“贴标签”式的拼凑。

简单地说，在基础等级中，考生要做到的是“入格”，写合格文；发展等级中，考生要做到的是“出彩”，写个性文，精彩文。

二、发展等级

作文要想拿高分，必须在发展等级上做足文章。就发展等级而言，必须抓住四个关键词：深刻、丰富、文采与创新，这是高考“衡文”的标准，也是我们“练考”所追求的目标。
