我这一辈子，因英语考试而获益匪浅。

不好意思，参加高考那年，我那孪生弟弟英语考得80分，我只得了9分，好在我俩总分相同。后来该科得分只按30%计入总成绩，我刚好上线被录取，他则以50分之差落选。我毕业分配到市报那年，他终于迎来英语考试100%计入总成绩而走进大学，他那物理连续三年考满分的同学，因英语成绩太差，在英语考分比重一路飚升的情况下，总分总是相差一两分而落选，后放弃高考搞发明，终成“开锁王”而进监狱。

闲言少叙，还是说感谢英语考试。我评高级职称那年，上级规定，不管你有无“强烈反响”的文章，著作是否等身，要想高级职称，一律先过外语关。这外语，在我们这些地方就是英语的代称。我一听这规定急得如热锅上的蚂蚁，立即采取行动，向上级上书万言，其核心内容是：我们这种报纸，来稿一律是中文，发稿无一用外语，交流从来都是汉话；由于语言环境差，先前英语学得较好的，现在都已忘到爪洼国去了，云云，并用美日等国未将外语与母语等同对待佐证。最后请求，鼓励有志于从事与外文工作有关的同志深钻细学，让多数对外语无兴趣的同志节约精力学好汉语，少在日常公文中出错别字、病句，只充分享受翻译成果即可。

Everything has changed since liberation. The people, led by the Party, have got rid of the mud and dirt. They have put up schools, theaters, shops and flats. They have an assembly hall and a hospital. Along the river they have built offices, hotels and parks. A lot of factories have sprung up. On the river, streamers and boats come and go busily, day and night. They carry the products of our industries to all parts of the country.

I love my hometown, and I love its people. They also have changed. Healthy and happy, they are going all out to build socialism.

儿子在初中已经上了整整一年了，暑假过后就得就读初二。我喜欢实事求是的评价一个人，不喜欢夸大吹捧，是一个循规蹈矩之人。对于自己的儿子也是如此。

说实在的，现在每个家庭，孩子是第一位的，我也不例外。俗话说：牵一发而动全身。而儿子好比那一根头发，牵一发而动全家！每个家长都望子成龙，望女成凤，所以对孩子的要求无疑是严格的，所以平添了诸多烦恼和忧愁，所谓家家有本难念的经。一年来，应该说儿子是有进步的，也在努力，但我们还认为他怕吃苦，发挥得还不够，包括老师也这么认为。这孩子，在我们的眼里说大不大，说小不小，挺让人费心，可成长的道路我们必须并肩作战！

第一学期末，老师的评语如下：

你为人真诚、纯朴，待人有礼貌，劳动积极肯干。学习上有上进心，也很聪明，说起三国知识如数家珍。希今后全神贯注听课，多学老师分析问题、解决问题的方法，学而得法，才能稳步发展。真正聪明的人，学习的时候比一般人更要使劲，因为他们深知，积累知识在于勤，学问渊博在于恒。

第一学期，我看了老师的评语和儿子的成绩，也不想打消儿子学习的积极性，所以说得比较委婉，书写家长寄语如下：

你一学期的耕耘，我见证了你的收获，即使脚步还不够大、不够稳。妈妈期待你扬长避短，加强体育锻炼，上课专心致志，乐吃苦肯钻研，勤学好问，掌握学习方法，让一个个问题迎刃而解。用你的智慧装扮自己的人生，让它流光溢彩！加油哦：）

第二学期末，老师的评语如下：

你聪明，但你不够刻苦；你能考出好成绩，但也经常会退步。归根到底，你没有全心全意地把你的最大潜力发挥出来。记住，不要被周围的人或事影响，要专注，要静得下心，虚心求教，热爱学习，热爱知识。愿你策马前行，快马加鞭！用自己的智慧与勤奋赢得更宽广的人生！

第二学期，从班级和年纪名次看，儿子稍有前进，但情况还是不够可观，汗，恨铁不成钢啊！我的家长寄语如下：

如果你想采撷成功的浪花，就必须付出心血。一分耕耘，一分收获。只有充满求知欲，自己乐学善思，积极要求上进，你才能驶向理想的彼岸。人生之路充满荆棘，要你迎难而上去战胜。严以律己，超越自我吧，我们期待着你的精彩！

我只希望儿子能够领悟老师的评语和父母的寄语，用自己的行动向我们证明一切！

At home, good, have left us; In the middle of the night, we all go to bed, there are two familiar figure in the busy, father for our future thinking, mother is knitting a sweater for us. Mother knitted sweaters warm my body not only, more the warmth of my heart.

I want to thank my parents, I want to sincerely say to parents: "you hard."

What kind of parents to return? With what to show filial obedience parents? There is only one answer: with excellent grades in return for them, cant let parents work in vain.

在家中，好的都要留给我们;在夜里，我们都睡觉了，还有两个熟悉的身影在忙碌着，父亲在为我们的未来思考着，母亲在为我们编织毛衣。母亲亲手编织的毛衣不仅暖和了我的全身，更温暖了我的心。

用什么来回报父母?用什么来孝敬父母?只有一个答案：用优异的成绩来回报他们，不能让父母的心血白费。

How time flies! My junior high school life will come to an end.

In the past three years, I have studied in a beautiful school which provides me With good educations. There are many persons that I want to say thanks.But the most important one is my English teacher.I always feels nervous when I get into trouble. Luckily,she always encourages me to face difficults . So I am becoming better and better.

Thank her for doing everything for me. I will never forget her!
