绍兴的整座城市都弥漫着古色古香的气氛，尤其是鲁迅故居这一带可以感受到浓浓的书卷气息。小桥，流水，乌篷船，古老的建筑仿佛让我穿越到了鲁迅小时候的那个时代。我漫步在平整的石板路，古街里飘来了茴香豆的味道，路边的臭豆腐摊围满了游客。茴香豆，绍兴黄酒，咸亨酒店这些书里看到的一切真实的出现在我的眼前。

顺着路标，我们来到了闻名天下的“三味书屋”，这是座深宅大院，也叫寿家台门，是鲁迅小时候上学的学堂。我找到了位于东北角鲁迅用过的书桌，桌子的右上方果真有个一寸见方的“早”字。据说这是鲁迅小时候因贪玩迟到了，被寿镜吾老师严厉的批评后为了勉励自己而刻的。这让我想到了鲁迅说过的话：时间就像海绵里的水，只要愿意挤还是有的。为了再现当年的情形，这里每天会有一位老先生身穿长衫头戴瓜皮帽，扮成寿镜吾老师来给游客观摩呢！

从三味书屋出来就到了鲁迅小时候的乐园——百草园。与其说百草园，还不如说白菜园，当然不及书中提到的风采了，令我有点小小的失落。四周都是碧绿的菜畦，我们绕着园子走了一圈，找到了石井栏和皂荚树，总算让我小小的心脏跳跃起来。妈妈对我说：“这个百草园看似平常，但是因为留下过名人的足迹有了别样的景致。”

参观完了白草园和三味书屋，就来到鲁迅纪念馆，一抬头就看见鲁迅的的名句：横眉冷对千夫指，俯首甘为孺子牛。鲁迅的画像依旧那么威严，目光还是那么犀利地看着这个世界。馆内到处陈列这鲁迅的物件，记录着他的事迹，让我们更加地了解鲁迅伟大又短暂的一生。

绍兴虽然没有特别的景致，但是这里人杰地灵，出了很多的伟人名人，让这里到处熠熠生辉。绍兴确实是个好地方，值得人们前去品味他的魅力。

暑假期间，我去了helloKitty城堡游玩，我觉得自己就像一个小公主一般，在流动的粉中肆意玩耍，或许你们会说我很幼稚，这么大一个人了还去这种小儿科地方游玩。但我只想说，保持一颗纯真的童心，也正是我现在能够做到的。

骄阳似火，天气闷热，但这并不能打消我游玩的好心情，拉着哥哥急匆匆地进入城堡。映入眼帘得就是一个大圆盘，周围有着许多五彩缤纷的花瓣，可以如同飞机一般控制高度。我一看就来了兴趣，急忙带着哥哥去排队。坐上了花儿似的飞船，更是好奇地东看看西瞧瞧，“飞机”一上一下的起伏着，徐徐微风略过耳畔，仿佛真为我们带来了花儿般的馨香。时不时比出剪刀手的我们是多么快乐，父母也为我们保留下这值得永久回忆的时刻。

城堡里的每一个项目都让我不亦说乎，但最让我记忆犹新的还是那一顿全是“凯蒂猫”的午饭了。我捧着盛着饭的盘子，眼神目不转睛地盯着，这一刻简直太美妙了，就如我梦境中的生活一般，我仔细地端详着：它的眼睛以及鼻子是红豆，蝴蝶结则是胡萝卜，他的构造是用一粒粒晶莹剔透的白米饭组成的，我真的舍不得下口，仔仔细细看了几分钟，肚子实在饿得不行了，才大口大口开吃。午饭吃好，我站在了城堡顶部，俯瞰一切，蓝天白云下的“凯蒂猫”主题公园是多么美好……

只有拥有一颗不老的童心，才能在这喧嚣的红尘中觅得一方净土，回味着一份童年的滋味……

旅行的意义是什么？远离家乡，奔赴另外一个城市，除了增长见闻，它还悄悄地改变你的世界观，给你打开生活的另一扇窗……

暑假，我们一家到奥地利旅行。抵达的第一天，我们就兴冲冲准备乘坐地铁去参观著名的圣斯蒂芬大教堂。到了地铁站，妈妈买了票，然后就跟着人流往站台走。可奇怪的是，直到乘上地铁，我也没看到检票口。

“妈妈，我们怎么没检票就上车了？”

“奥地利地铁的票务系统与我们中国不同，这里的地铁是没有闸门的。”妈妈向我解释，“喏，我刚刚买完票，就在入口的地方自己敲了个章，证明我们是这个时间启用这张票，然后这张票的有效时间是48小时。”

“如果不敲章，或者偷偷晚敲几个小时，会有人知道吗？”

“不会。哪怕你不买票，基本上也没人会查。”妈妈说。

“啊？”这样的地铁管理制度简直让我难以置信，“那岂不是好多人都要逃票了？”

“不，恰恰相反。”妈妈微笑着说，“奥地利很少有人会做这样的事。”

不一会，地铁到站了，拥挤的车厢空了不少，我身旁的座位也空了出来。“妈妈，有座位了！”我高兴地招呼妈妈来坐。

“不能坐！你看，这是老弱人士专座。”

“可是，现在并没有老人啊！”我看了看周围，“难道没有老人在也不能坐吗？”

“嗯，老弱人士的专座，哪怕是上下班高峰时段，无论有没有老人或残疾人，都没人会坐。”事实果真如此，直到我们下车，那个位子仍然空在那里……

在奥地利乘坐地铁的所见所闻深深地印在我的记忆中，回想起在国内媒体上经常报道的地铁中的那些不文明现象，不禁汗颜。

我们的祖先曾经创造出辉煌的文明，博大精深的中华文化和伟大的成就，为中华民族带来了世界性的威望和赞誉，而如今的中国要想再度成为令人尊重的世界强国，还有很长一段路要走，我要先从自己做起！

7月25日---8月3日，XX中学组织2014级高一新生80人在XX工商职业技术学院内开展为期10天的夏令营活动，根据活动安排，我负责对学生进行英语学法指导，根据新生特点，我提前制定了教学计划、教学目标。本次参加夏令营的学生为高一年级排名靠前的新生，为培养他们良好的学习习惯，坚强的学习意志，迅速适应高中学习，将来把他们打造成为品学兼优的尖子生。学生们的中考成绩虽然较好，但是英语综合运用语言的能力还很差，一到高一就会迅速滑坡，因此上好初高中的衔接课至关重要。

为使学生了解高中英语学习特点，在四节指导课中我以写作指导贯穿始终，通过听说读写训练，开阔视野，激发英语学习兴趣。通过语言实践，培养学生运用语言的能力，并运用已知的语法知识发现错误，纠正错误。帮助他们树立信心，从容应对新学期，新学习，新挑战。引导学生运用英语进行交流，写作，并且有意识的进行自我修正，培养发现问题，分析问题，解决问题以及自主学习的能力。

4节课内容初步安排如下：

第一节课

听说训练:以新学期，新环境为主题，师生互动，相互了解，鼓励学生大胆开口用英语进行交流，教师适时提供句型表达使交流内容丰满。

第二节课

说写训练：以新环境为主题，让学生了解修文及修文中学的概况，和学生一起讨论描述地点的有用表达，引导学生写一篇介绍修文中学的短文。

写后任务：

将写作评价表(自我评价和同伴评价)发给学生，指导如何进行评价，要求第二天交。

第三节课

短文改错解题指导。结合学生写的文章，找出常犯的错误，提前打印好有语病的句子，共同分析错误原因。

第四节课(讲座)

英语书面表达要注意的几个问题(主要结合高考评卷中反映出的学生答题出现的突出问题，提出平时学生在书面表达训练中应该强化训练的方向，应该积累的知识等等)

四节课的指导收到了较好的效果，学生从不愿意开口讲英语到能够比较积极的参与课堂活动，能够比较认真的完成布置的任务，大部分学生英语写作能力较好。

但是，在教学中也暴露出了他们的一些不足：

1. 学习的主动性和积极性还有待大大提高，良好的学习习惯还有待养成。比如在课堂上教师所讲的内容大部份学生还没有形成及时记笔记的习惯，老师提醒记下来才动笔，没有记完全的内容课后也不会找其他同学的笔记补充完整;老师要求上交的学习任务只有一半的学生能够按照规定时间上交，其余的是拖延一天才完成，学习上的紧迫感和竞争意识不强。

2.自主学习能力和合作学习需要花很大功夫培养。可能因为初中的学习多数时间都是在完成老师的任务，按照老师的要求做，很少有自己的“主见”，所以遇到放手自己安排学习和同伴合作时就无所适从，做得很不好。而到了高中学习阶段，这两方面的能力不能大幅度提高的话，学习的效果不会太好。

3.课外知识严重匮乏。主要体现在老师问到很多常识绝大多数学生都不知道。以往的学习还是只停留在书本知识上，可见有用的课外书的阅读量太少，知识面太窄。

这些不足将会严重影响他们今后学习迅速的提高，在今后的教学当中要针对性的，有目的的进行训练，要想又快又好的出成绩，老师的任务任重道远。
