cities which were in the south of China.

First, we came to Nanjing by plane. That was the first time I had taken the

plane and it took us an hour and a half to get there. We arrived in Nanjing in

delicious. In the afternoon we went to “Zhongshanling”. It was the place that

preserve the tomb of Mr. Sugshan.

beautiful silk and famous tea of “龙井”.The last place that we visited was

Shanghai. It was one of the biggest city is China. The night view in Shanghai

was more beautiful than Beijing. We visited the TV tower of “东方明珠”. It was the

third tallest tower in the world. Standing in the tower you could see the whole

city. In the evening, we lived in a hotel with 25 floors. I was very excited

that evening.

This trip took us seven days and we went back to Beijing by plane. The

plane was very very big. There were three engine rooms. I felt happy and I would

7月25日至8月3日，七所完全中学举办了为期10天的英语夏令营活动。此次活动是由美中教育机构(esec)和教育局联合主办，由香港施永青基金会等机构大力资助的。时光飞逝，10天的夏令营活动结束了。现对在中学开展的英语夏令营活动做一总结。

中学的英语夏令营活动是由来自山西的3名大学生志愿者主持，由本校3名优秀英语教师辅助开展的。这种”1+1”的合作模式有利于优化课程设计，使课程更贴近学生的实际，为此次活动的顺利开展奠定了良好的基础。此次活动的主体是中学初中的百位优秀学生。来自不同年级的学生随机混合组成三个班，这样有利于实施以学生为中心的教学法，使学生相互学习，共同进步。

此次活动的课程设计是由志愿者和本校的教师参考美中教育机构提供的模板，根据当地实际情况精心设计的。志愿者和教师对课程内容灵活操作，将玩与学有机结合，寓教于乐。主体内容有意在提高英语听说读写能力的各种游戏如hot potato、who am i等和意在提高团队凝聚力的music chair、english song等。还有涉及英美文化、利用手势突破发音。此外，老师们还放映了适合初中英语学习的英文电影。志愿者还利用准备的材料和自身特长教给了孩子们一些英语歌曲和舞蹈。总之，此次活动的内容丰富，形式多样，满足了初中生的发展需求。

Today, I had a rich and meaningful day. My mother opened a bakery. She was very kind-hearted. She promised the children in the orphanage to bake for them today. My mother asked me to help. 好像自己适应那种不紧不慢的生活，所以走在这个玲珑的城市，显得十分小心翼翼，在这狭窄而绵长的通道中，我虔诚地学会了解关于它的一切，隐约感觉这个我熟悉的城镇的岁月。

突然想起了聂鲁达的诗，那些隽永绮丽的句子：

我承认，我经历沧桑，

我的世界必须由我自己来超越。

我没有把它划在一种遥远的文化框架里，

我必须是我自己，我要努力拓展我自己，

就像我出生的那块土地。

每个人都一样，在一生中不停地赶路，这里的我们也是一样吗？

眼前出现了一群孩子，我感到有那么一瞬间我的思想发生了隔差，我开始分辨不清哪儿是阳光哪儿是盛开的花了。那群孩子蹦跳着朝我跑来，最前面那个扎着羊角辫，粉红色皮筋散发出劣质小商品气息，却将小女孩的纯真不经意间弹开。耳边响着孩子们的欢笑，每个人脸上都荡漾着温存，他们手上都握着不羁的梦想，而且是那么奋不顾身，迫不及待。

我开始走在回家的路上，开始从寂静的路口过渡到繁华的街道。商业银行有墨绿色的银光玻璃，并不强烈的阳光却在玻璃的反射下晃得人眼睛生疼，然后刺进柏油马路。

不知就这样带着思绪走走停停了多久，我的眼前还是一如既往的许许多多个匆忙的身影，它们衣着光鲜，照亮这个漠然的城市。我疲倦地享受着这谁也无法代替的光芒，市声潮涌湮没了喧闹与繁忙粉饰着的白昼。

慢慢地触及这个城镇的时候，才发现这里熟悉的一切有陌生的味道，这就是旅行的意义。

光线把空气里的温度带走，把燥热的泥土变得悲凉，把周围的荆棘、蒿草的轮廓涂抹进灰蒙蒙的暗夜。

“旅行，是一种艺术”，有人这么说，“旅行，是一种感悟”，有人这么想。对于我来说，旅行已不再是单纯地游山玩水，玲珑小吃，而成为了一种汲取大自然精华，提高自身修养，认识自己的途径。

我很感谢我的父母，是他们，为我开启了旅行的大门，为我开启了祖国壮丽河山的一角，为我开垦了心灵的一片荒土。记得从一年级起，不管多忙，爸爸妈妈总带我到外地旅游。原先的兴奋好奇逐渐被深深的陶醉所取代：陶醉于海南那碧波荡漾，浩浩渺渺的南海风光，陶醉于香港的飞速发展与现代化的激昂，陶醉于哈尔滨那纷纷扬扬，飘舞灵动的雪，陶醉于泰山顶上“谁与争锋”的壮志豪情……巨大的时间、空间的差异极大地刺激了我，原先闭塞的思想忽然开阔了许多，脑中也有了“国家”“世界”的概念，不再把小小的厦门当作全世界，把自己当作最了不起的学生。这一切都是那么不同，让我兴奋难耐。

让我印象最深的要数不久以前的云南之行了。记得在香格里拉，海拔的突然增高带来的高原反应还在我的身体内游走，我们就来到了有“小布达拉宫”之称的松赞临寺。金灿灿的宫殿顶部檐牙历历，红、绿、黄等颜色混杂在一起，组成了一幅幅带有宗教色彩的壁画。整个佛堂寂静无声，人们悄悄地迈步，静静的膜拜，各色哈达垂下，仿佛在抚慰着人们躁动的心。如果这带给我的只是新奇，那么雪山脚下，藏族老嬷嬷们手里拿着转经筒，佝偻的背上背着乘满酥油籽，青稞籽的箩筐，在山路上边走边拜，经过时那一刹那的眼神交会，竟让我，一个15岁的少年忽然领略到一种对生命永恒的崇拜，对自己的理想一生的依恋。那种目光，仿佛穿越了千万年，穿透了红尘，击碎了杂念，与蓝郁的天空，威严、云雾缭绕的雪山交织在一起，永远定格在我的脑海中。

原来，佛不是佛，它是人类对生命的崇拜，它是人类对理想的亘古不变的追求。

旅游，就是这样，放下烦恼，留心观察，那阵阵松涛，声声鸟鸣，一个眼神，一个动作，一幅画面，都会给你震撼。你会发现，许多道理竟是那么简单，你会发现，在大自然面前，你永远都是那么渺小，犹如一粒尘埃；你会发现，世间万物的规律；你还会发现很多很多……

旅行的意义是什么？远离家乡，奔赴另外一个城市，除了增长见闻，它还悄悄地改变你的世界观，给你打开生活的另一扇窗……

暑假，我们一家到奥地利旅行。抵达的第一天，我们就兴冲冲准备乘坐地铁去参观著名的圣斯蒂芬大教堂。到了地铁站，妈妈买了票，然后就跟着人流往站台走。可奇怪的是，直到乘上地铁，我也没看到检票口。

“妈妈，我们怎么没检票就上车了？”

“奥地利地铁的票务系统与我们中国不同，这里的地铁是没有闸门的。”妈妈向我解释，“喏，我刚刚买完票，就在入口的地方自己敲了个章，证明我们是这个时间启用这张票，然后这张票的有效时间是48小时。”

“如果不敲章，或者偷偷晚敲几个小时，会有人知道吗？”

“不会。哪怕你不买票，基本上也没人会查。”妈妈说。

“可是，现在并没有老人啊！”我看了看周围，“难道没有老人在也不能坐吗？”

在奥地利乘坐地铁的所见所闻深深地印在我的记忆中，回想起在国内媒体上经常报道的地铁中的那些不文明现象，不禁汗颜。

长滩岛在菲律宾，是一个美丽的海岛，那里风景非常优美，有长长的白沙滩，海水很清并且不同时间看有不同的颜色变化，美极了!

第一天，我们坐长滩岛的特色船——螃蟹船出海钓鱼和浮潜。我把鱼食小虾挂在鱼钩上，然后把绳慢慢放下去，过了一会儿感觉有轻微动的感觉以为有鱼上钩，原来是小鱼把鱼食吃完了但没有上钩。 旁边许多人都钓到鱼了，我很着急。妈妈说，“钓鱼不要心急要慢慢的等鱼上钩。” 过了好一会儿，旁边同行的吕叔叔钓到了一条，船家说是小丑鱼，虽然我没有钓到但也很高兴。浮潜也很好玩，海底世界很漂亮，有许多的小鱼在身边游来游去，我仿佛也象小鱼一样了。

第二天一早，我们到海边玩风帆，风帆有点象螃蟹船，不过坐的地方不一样，风帆是坐在两边的网上，很自由自在的感觉。还有风帆是全部够风力的。 到了海中央几个大浪打过来，把我们的衣服弄得湿透了，妈妈还大叫起来。这里的海水很蓝，天空也很蓝，有几朵白云飘过，看远处海与天就象连起来一样，海天一色就是这样的吧。到了转弯的时候，控制船帆的人把帆落了又很熟悉的装回去，这样船就转了弯，很神奇。妈妈很喜欢坐风帆，说还要再玩一次。

长滩岛的白沙滩很出名，听导游说是世界七大沙滩之一，这里的沙就似棉花一样软和细。我在沙滩上彻城堡，不知不觉就玩了两个多小时，其间还有一个上海来的小妹妹与我一齐彻。我们两个都玩得很高兴。

长滩岛真好玩，下次还要再去!

暑假里，我的爸爸因为要去XX工作一个星期，我和妈妈正好也有时间，所以我们一家人就去XX度过了有意义的一周。

我们一家人住在XX福田香格里拉大酒店，特别豪华，有五十层高，大厅里富丽堂皇，服务台还有好吃的糖供我们吃。我们的房间在第二十五层，房间很大，有近五十个平方米，还有吧台,更衣室和保险箱呢。香格里拉早上的自助餐丰盛得要命，我每天都吃得饱饱的，还有我最喜爱的芒果果汁。

听妈妈讲，XX在二十多年以前，还只是广东省东南部的一个小渔村，小平爷爷去南方视察时，在南海边上的这个小渔村上画了一个圈，成为什么特区，所以现在才发展得这样好，有机场，有高楼大厦，很像我过去的香港，是一个很发达的海滨城市。XX的空气比我们上海要好，很清新，城市也很干净，经常下阵雨，比上海凉快多了，我们去的那一周，最高温度只有32度，而上海都39度了。

XX可好玩了,我和妈妈一起去了锦绣中华,中华民俗村和世界之窗,还去了大梅沙海滩公园和莲花山公园。锦绣中华是一个很大的园区,里面是我们国家的最著名建筑,自然景观和文化遗产的缩写版,有长城,有圆明园,故宫,黄山,泰山,苏州的园林等等.模仿的和真的一模一样,就是小一些。中华民俗村是各民族的村落和文化展示,还有傣族的泼水节广场呢。

因为我们去锦绣中华的那天是大暑,所以很热,我们喝了冰饮料,清爽的绿豆汤,真好喝!世界之窗将世界著名建筑以压缩呈现,有法国巴黎的埃菲尔铁塔,巴黎圣母院,埃及的金字塔,比萨斜塔和悉尼歌剧院等等,我们还在富士山4D影院观看了惊心动魄的海底探秘电影,好可怕的!XX的海是真正的蓝色的大海,好多人在里面游泳,我和妈妈只是光着脚在海边站着,海浪一个接着一个,我才明白波涛汹涌的海浪原来是这样的,海浪会把我们的裙子和裤脚都打湿,很有趣。莲花山公园有很多棕榈树,当然还有莲花山,有近200多米高吧,有几百个台阶。

我不想爬山,但妈妈鼓励我,多运动一下,天气太热,我真吃不消,爬到中间,我开始叫苦不肯爬了,妈妈虽然也和我一样,汗流浃背,但妈妈告诉我:做任何事情都要有毅力,就是要坚持到底,不能半途而废,最美的景色也需要坚持到最后才能欣赏到,而且好多的成功也都是在付出辛苦之后得到的。听了妈妈的话,我们继续坚持,在吃了山上的冰激凌没走几步,果然到了山顶广场,在那里可以看到XX整个城市的样子,还有巨大的小平爷爷的雕像,是站立着的一个完整的雕像,在上海的海湾国家森林公园里也有的,但没有这个大。虽然我对小平爷爷的故事知道的不太多,但我知道他一定是一个伟大的人物,到现在人们都还记得他。

短短的XX之行,真是很有收获,我觉得很有意义.我知道我们国家有这么多的景观和文化,真为她感到骄傲!
