(二)严格贯彻落实减负工作要求。按照《教育厅等九部门关于印发内蒙古自治区中小学生减负工作实施方案的通知》(内教办字〔2019〕86号)文件精神，各学校要严格禁止寒假期间办班补课，禁止在职教师利用假期举办补课班或在校外培训机构代课，严格控制学生的寒假作业量，丰富作业形式，在做好疫情防控的基础上，适当组织开展中小学研学旅行和校外综合实践活动，努力提升学生社会实践能力。

Happiness is when you are in good health and I try my best to live each day well. People are not no pursuit, but excessive desire will make people live uncomfortable. It was sunny and hot today.I got up early at half past six.I read English

and then had breakfast.I helped my mother washed the dishes.Then I did my

homework and cleaned my room.I went shopping with my mother in the

afternoon.Then I played table tennis with my friends.In the evening I watched TV

and read a book.I really had a busy and interesting day.

今天阳光明媚，很热，六点半早起，读英文，然后吃早餐，帮妈妈洗碗，做功课，打扫房间，和妈妈一起去超市购物。下午。然后我和朋友们打乒乓球。晚上我看电视，看书。我真的度过了忙碌而有趣的一天。

our living room into a garden. How considerate and wonderful of you to remember

my birthday. You just couldnt have selected anything i had have liked more! You

have a positive genius for selecting the right gift! The four years i spent with

you at the college have been the pleasantest period in my life. I will cherish

this memory forever. how nice it would be to see you again.
