感悟：以后无条件执行！

8、上课声音洪亮，多讲普通话。

感悟：自己是外乡人，普通话有时讲的不标准，带有很重的地方口音。本来一进新学校，我自己格外注意这个问题，不想还是出问题。还是要加强普通话训练，“说”是教师的重要基本功之一！

9、多写正楷字，一笔一画的写！

感悟：本来自认为自己的字写得不错，周围同事也是这么说的，可在学生面前却行不通了。究其原因是，自己的字连笔多，有时字多或者一急，就显得潦草。这真是一个不应该出现的意见。

10、课堂上多训练朗读。

感悟：与自己的想法不谋而合。在教学中我一贯主张读中感、读中悟，甚至仿照韩军的名文写了《没有朗读，语文教学找不到回家的路》一文，表达自己的观点。可能问题出在自己的朗读水平不高，对学生朗读指导不到位上。

11、多举行如书法、朗诵等形式的竞赛。

感悟：以赛代练，以赛代学，在丰富多彩的活动中学习语文，是大家的一致追求。我在今后要多动脑筋，丰富他们的学习与生活！上次的“这就是我”语文实践活动，以“赛”的形式，鼓励学生全程参与，气氛热烈，学生的热情十分高涨！

13、平时测验要写作文，可以训练学生作文的速度，提高写作水平！

感悟：有两次单元检测，我考虑到时间的关系，就不要求他们作文，没有想到他们自动请缨。我的感觉是：喜从天降，何乐而不为！写作是语文教学的重点和难点，次数训练是基础，所谓量变导致质变嘛。学生都懂这个道理！

14、抓好预习，利用多种机会养成学生自学的习惯。

感悟：教学的最高境界就是：教是为了不教。好的学习习惯会让他们受益终生！“地球人都知道”！

15、不准对学生瞪眼睛，不准大声批评学生，不准打断学生的发言，不准拐弯批评学生。

感悟：学生是聪明和敏感的，我们每个老师都要当心呀！

话说我们班的英语老师啊，那可谓是相当相当地有责任心。这不，一个学期就这样飞速而过，期末的“黑暗时刻”来临了。英语老师又开始到处“借债”了，以下是英语老师的“债务清单”，大家可以过目过目：

“债务”一：借(美术)老师(15)分钟

英语作文，是我们班同学的弱项，令英语老师头疼，她一心要把我们的作文水平提上去。今天下午有上美术课，美术老师正在给我们绘声绘色地讲着动物故事，我们笑得乐不思蜀。突然，一个恐怖的“身硬”——英语老师出现在门口。美术老师走过去之后，英语老师对着他说了些话，美术老师也只是一直点头。难道……英语老师又要借时间？

果然不出我们所料，美术老师上了半小时之后，提着他的文件袋走了，来换班的正是英语老师。Oh！全班惊呼。“拿出练习册！抄一篇范文！”英语老师一声令下，全班鸦雀无声，谁敢违抗？只得拿着笔，皱着眉，抄，抄，抄！

“债务”二：借(全班同学)(10)分钟

抄到范文一半的时候，救命之神“下课铃……”清脆地响着。同学把笔和练习册都收了起来。突然，英语老师一转身，“恶狠狠”地盯了我们一下，真令人毛骨悚然。同学们像老鼠见到猫似的，顺从的把笔和练习册拿了出来。

当作文抄完之后，我们长长地吁了一口气。没想到英语老师还要讲重点词句，易错点啊，说得滔滔不绝啊~如果英语老师到CCTV百家讲坛去，说不定收视率会一路飚升！！讲完之后，数学老师也踩着上课铃声来了……

“债务”三：借(体育)老师(40)分钟

今天早上，有一节心爱的体育课，我们兴高采烈地想飞奔到操场上，没想到一到门口就被“反弹”回来——英语老师在门口挡着呗。只见她手里抱着一叠已阅过的考卷，走进班上，先环顾了一下四周，让我们感到非常的寒冷！

这时，咱们班的小强站起来说：“老师，为什么不上体育课？”

说罢，其他同学在小强的带领之下也“就是，就是”地起哄。

“你们以为你们考得很好是吧，看看，英语科代表才考了八十多，不及格的已经超过一半啦……”

恐怖啊，震得我们班的玻璃“哐铛”响，同学们只能忍气吞声，硬着头皮熬过这“艰难”又“黑暗”的45分钟……

“债务”四：借(音乐)老师(40)分钟

天哪，俗话说有借有还，再借不难！

尊敬的英语老师大人，您借的“债”该何年何月还清？

在我的身边，有许许多多令我感动的人，其中最让我感动的莫不过是我的英语老师Miss Liang。

Miss Liang 是我的英语老师，为什么说她感动人呢，是因为她对我们的教学工作进行得无微不至。每天早上一来到学校，她都微笑着对我打招呼。有的同学请假缺课了，她总是待他回来后帮他认真地补 上落下的课。还有的同学做了些错事，她都会叫他到跟前，耐心地批评指正。在同学的面前，她显得格外亲切，好似她是我们母亲一样，我们都非常喜欢她，喜欢她讲课时流利的语言，喜欢她和同学们 交流时亲切的眼神，更喜欢她对教学无微不至的优良品质。

记得一节英语课上，和往常一样，Miss Liang 提着录音机走进教室，所不同的是，她好像有点疲惫的样子，而且没有立即叫大家上课，而是在黑板上写道：非常抱歉！顿时，全班立即”热闹“起来了， 所有同学都窃窃私语，不知道发生了什么事：Miss Liang 究竟怎么了？为什么写下这些字？是不是生病了？老师没管我们，咳了几声，在黑板上写下了一些这节课要学的英语单词，然后又咳了几声，吃 力地说：”上课！“我听见她沙哑的嗓音，才知道，原来Miss Liang 嗓子哑了！同学们都大为吃惊，Miss Liang平时嗓音动听，今天怎么突然哑了，应该是天天上课累的吧。

老师叫了一个帮手，让他读她书上写的句子，自己也在旁边指导着，每次说话都很辛苦，有时非常沙哑，有时甚至发不出声音，要咳几下才能继续。我听见Miss Liang 那沙哑的声音，恨不得举起手来， 大声说道：”Miss Liang，我来帮您讲！“

直到下课，Miss Liang那沙哑的嗓音才慢慢离开了我们耳际……

从这件事中，我体会到了Miss Liang 教学的一丝不苟，舍己为人，如果没有这些品德，她可能会在课上随便乱讲应付了事，也可能一点小咳嗽就不上课。可Miss Liang 不是这样，她为了教学呕心沥 血的精神彻底感动了我们！

有很多人幻想他（她）长大后是一位歌唱家，书法家，画家，经理，医生，科学家??当然我也不例外，至于我的理想是什么，就让我来说一说吧！

我的理想就是当一位英语老师。从我给学生们上第一堂课开始，我就面带笑容，用温柔的语气给同学们上好每一堂课。同学们上课时如果乱讲话，我不会严厉地批评他们，而是轻轻地走到他们身旁，摸摸他的头，心平气和地对他说：“你上课别开小差哦！认真听，成绩才能好呢！”在课堂上，我会让他们把刚学的课文读读啦、背背啦，把单词抄抄啦、默默啦。我还会抽空和他们一起背英语儿歌，唱英语歌谣，一边唱，一边做动作。每一次测试，我对他们的要求不高，考在90分以上就可以了。同学们有什么单词、句子不会读，或者有什么题目不会写时，我都会耐心指导，一直把他教会为止。下课后，我还会和同学们一起做一些英语小游戏，我还会定期在班级开展一些活动，如“英语故事会”、“朗诵大赛”??等他们掌握一定的单词后，我会让他们写英语作文，写得好的，我会把他们的作文贴在“英语小作家栏”里，我更会叫他们用英语问好，最后我还会对他们说：“把英语学好，长大后对出国有用处，一个人英语学得好，去国外时外国人会夸奖你的。”

光说不行，还得有行动，我要从现在开始，努力地学，踏踏实实地干，朝着理想飞奔。

Miss Li often sticks to have lessons when she is ill , She looked weak,but still beautiful . 李老师经常穿着蓝色的上衣，所以我认为她最喜欢的颜色是蓝色。

Miss Li love us very much, she teaches us so carefully .I think she is a good teacher. We all love her,too .

李老师对我们总是那样友好，亲切。她的课生动，有趣，我们都喜欢上语文课。她和我们说话的时候总是面带微笑。

有时候她对我们非常严厉，当我们犯了错误，李老师就让我们站起来。

I think teachers are like candles , giving off light for others by burning themselves 。 我想，老师就像蜡烛，燃烧了自己，照亮了别人!
