元宵节有个习俗就是吃汤圆，寓意着让每家团团圆圆，今晚奶奶“权力下放”，把煮汤圆的重要任务交给我来执行。我把它看成一件十分重大的任务，生怕煮破了，因此心里好像揣着一只小兔子“怦怦”直跳。我想起以前奶奶教我煮汤圆的经验：先将糯米粉用开水调和成皮，注意水不可以太多，多了会过稀;也不能过少，少了没粘性。然后取一块皮在手掌中搓成圆形，再用手指在上面按一个窝，把芝麻捣碎做馅，放在里面“包”好。放馅时一定不可以太贪心，否则会把皮的“肚子”给撑破的。终于包好后，可以下锅了。我又按照奶奶说的煮汤圆的四个诀窍：“开水下锅，慢水煮，点冷水，勤换水”于是便将自己辛辛苦苦做好的元宵放进水里。没多久，可以起锅了，掀开盖子，只见一个个雪白的汤圆漂浮在水上，彼此紧贴着，好像一粒粒大珍珠，看得我直流口水，将它们舀到碗里，闻着那香喷喷的味道，忍不住先咬了一口，真好吃啊，又香又糯。我刚把汤圆端上桌，大家就狼吞虎咽的吃开了。大家高兴地吃完了我煮的汤圆，“美食家”奶奶还给我打了一个九十五分，夸我长大了，懂事了。我兴奋不已，第一次煮汤圆就得到这么高的评价，我心里美滋滋的。

品尝着自己亲手做的汤圆，觉得特别好吃，心里特别开心。盼望着明年元宵节时再做更好吃的汤圆给大家品尝。
