(二)加强科普宣传工作，提高民众减排意识 大气污染不仅仅来源于工业、汽车尾气、建筑工地等，也来自于日常生活。驱散雾霾，离不开每个人的环保意识和环保行动。要积极开展多种形式的宣传教育，普及大气污染防治的科学知识，倡导文明、节约、绿色的消费方式和生活习惯，引导公众从自身做起、从点滴做起、从身边的小事做起，在全社会树立起“同呼吸、共奋斗”的行为准则，共同改善空气质量。充分发挥新闻媒体在大气环境保护中的作用，积极宣传区域大气污染联防联控的重要性、紧迫性，宣传国家采取的政策措施和取得的成效，加强舆论监督，为改善大气环境质量营造良好的氛围。

在一个夜深人静、月明星稀的晚上，我独自坐在窗前的书桌，翻翻相簿，一段段往事在心底浮现，最后，我的目光停留在一张稍嫌泛黄的照片上。那是我和奶奶在佛堂的合影，看着看着，泪水便不听使唤的流湿了衣襟……

我的奶奶在我国小一年级的时候便去世了。她在世的时候非常疼爱我，有任何好吃的食物，也舍不得自己吃，总是留给我享用。她也时常带我出去散步，逢人便夸我多么听话、多么乖巧。想到这儿，我的心中又是一阵酸楚。

奶奶也是个说故事高手。有一次，她说了一个「龟兔赛跑」的故事给我听。告诉我不管做什么事，总要秉持着「胜不骄，败不馁」的精神，还要不耻下问，虚心请教。曾经，奶奶也说过「狼来了」的故事，告诫我：作人必须建立在「诚信」的基础上，讲信用、不骗人，做个社会上的君子。奶奶虽说没有读过多少书，但她所说的每ㄧ字、每ㄧ句，都是富含深意的言论，让我终身受用。

住家旁有一块地，上面种了许多蔬菜与花花草草。假日闲暇时，我总喜欢到菜园去，望着奶奶的背影，我看不到忧愁与哀伤，可不是吗?奶奶总是高高兴兴的迎接生活中的每ㄧ天啊!我没有半点犹豫，立刻卷起袖子帮忙捉菜虫了。这儿可说是奶奶和我的天堂呢!如今，奶奶已经走了，这怎么能叫我不难过呢?

我总是把我对奶奶无止尽的思念化为文字，写在小纸船上，希望小纸船能将我的思念带给远在天国的奶奶。奶奶，您也到我的梦里，陪我聊聊天、说说话吧!
