Nancy a poor girl loved a bad man. She had to help Bill Sikes perpetrate because she loved him. She had to be loyal to the criminal group because she loved him. Actually she was kind. She helped Oliver at the risk of her life. If she hadn’t fell in love with Sikes she would have a happy ending.

The author showed these ugly things to us he described an ugly world. But there are more kind people in the novel.

呼吸病遇上雾霾天口罩类型多不知如何选?

中消协发布公布的比较试验结果显示，37款样品中，既防霾效果好，又呼吸顺畅的样品只有9款，仅占试验样品总量的24.3%。

今年冬天雾霾天气有所增多，出门戴口罩成了市民最常用的自我保护办法。但是口罩该如何选择呢?近日，华西都市记者走访发现，成都市面上防霾口罩类型多，噱头也多让人挑花眼。除了棉布口罩和一次性医用口罩，也有不少市民戴防PM2.5口罩。其中，一些自称具有超微过滤功能的，受到市民青睐。“销售最好的还是防霾的口罩，一般都放在店铺最显眼的位置，空气不好，销量就非常好。”一家店铺的工作人员说。

家住新会展附近的黄女士，患有呼吸系统疾病，最近雾霾天使得她病情有些加重。但她跑遍了家附近的药店，却根本找不到网上销售最好的口罩。“现在歪得多，我又选不来，不敢随便买外面的口罩戴。”黄女士说。

中国科学院城市环境研究所的郑煜铭博士说,目前我国PM2.5防护口罩市场存在诸多问题。“山寨”PM2.5防护口罩充斥市场,存在巨大的健康隐患。PM2.5防护口罩除了注重防护效果,也需要更良好的舒适性。另外，口罩与口鼻直接接触,需要考虑微生物和pH值指标,和可分解致癌芳香氨染料指标,符合两项指标的口罩才能保障佩戴者的健康。

哪个月份该戴上口罩?1月雾霾天超5成

根据数据显示，称霸首要污染物的PM2.5，去年5月起被臭氧悄悄取代，并且连续4个月成为四川夏天空气污染“杀手”。深受其害的成都，臭氧超标的天数，比2014年多了36天。

华西都市报记者梳理发现，最清新的月份，莫过于9月，2015年9月总体达标天数比例为97.9%，总体超标天数比例为2.1%。其次是11月，总体达标天数比例为95.5%，总体超标天数比例为4.5%;再次是6月，总体达标天数比例为95.2%，总体超标天数比例为4.8%。

雾霾多的月份，则出现在秋冬。相比“前三名”月份的蓝天比例，1月落后不止一点点，总体达标天数比例为45.0%，总体超标天数比例为55.0%，超过了一半都是雾霾天;其次是2月，总体达标天数比例为61.2%，总体超标天数比例为38.8%;再次是12月，总体达标天数比例为72.6%，总体超标天数比例为27.4%。

四川省环保厅相关负责人说，四川秋冬季环境承载力低。冬季静稳天气增多、逆温频发、雾罩增多、降水偏少等诸多不利气象条件，降低了盆地大气环境承载力，污染易集中爆发。“1、2、12月份发生了32天的区域性污染，重污染天气需要高度关注。”

在雾霾难以驱散的成都，如何让成都人的肺安然“穿越”雾霾，川大华西医院呼吸内科主任梁宗安教授说：“首先雾霾会对人体呼吸系统产生影响，容易引起呼吸道的炎症反应。本身患有呼吸系统疾病的人，长期处于雾霾环境中，容易导致慢性阻塞性肺炎病或哮喘的加重，对肺部造成不良影响，雾霾也会让健康人群出现咳嗽等病症，对人体造成恶劣影响。“

有着十多年呼吸系统疾病护理经验的，华西医院呼吸内科护士长建议，有条件的家庭，可安防空气净化机，早晨雾霾重，湿度大的时候不要去室外运动，最好9:00以后再外出运动，出行口罩，但不要戴装饰口罩防雾霾。

冬季，寒冷降临，恼人的雾霾也如影随形而来，让很多原本就“脆弱”的肺更加不堪一击，每年入冬后，气温寒冷雾霾出现后，呼吸道疾病患者急剧增加。

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when
