各班排着整整齐齐的队伍经过主席台前，同学们的口号震耳欲聋。随着音乐的响起，老师各拿着国旗的一角，精神抖擞，面目庄严，步伐一致地走到主席台前。每个班都找到自己的位置站好。 这时杨校长说：“我宣布，每13届秋季运动会正式开幕。”整个操场顿时沸腾起来，欢呼声、掌声，响成一片。
过了一会儿，比赛正式开始。有“接力赛”、有“毛毛虫”、有“拼字母”，还有“快乐导航”。
我最喜欢的是”快乐导航“了，它的规则很简单产。1、同年级每个班人数相等，各分成两人一组为一队，分别排在赛道两头。老师在队的前面手拿乐器引路，选手手拉手穿过途中的呼啦圈，手牵手继续往前走，与对面一组同学拍手后，下一组同学继续参赛。
我和王智成一组。当我戴上眼罩是，就像个盲人，眼前一篇漆黑，一下子分不清东南西北了，只知道音乐向左，我就往左，好像走了一段崎岖不平的路，终于爬过了呼啦圈，心里松了一口气，于是咱俩飞快地跑到终点，可是我们得了最后一名。
最令我激动是付梓航获得二个项目-跳远和60米短跑的好成绩。当枪声一响，运动员们就飞快地像野马一样的向终点飞驰过去。付梓航跑在最前面，我们一起为他喊：“付梓航加油，付梓航加油！” 最后他毫无悬念地拿了第一名。
我们的集体项目都没有得到第一名，这让我感到非常遗憾，也许是我们不够团结，但我期待下次运动会我们班努力争取第一名。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。
3.3星期五小雨
今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问我有理由迟到吗?最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。、
