我有三项比赛。退场后不久，就到我参加的跳远比赛了。我连续跳了三次，最后一次取得了最好的成绩，是1米47。接下来我又参加了插红旗比赛，由于我比较紧张，怕插不进去，结果影响了我的速度，成绩不太理想。妈妈们为我们照相，为我们加油，可我的心里即紧张又兴奋，心里一直想着要为班里争光，取得好成绩。最后一项是接力赛，我们都尽力跑好自己的那一棒。

最后，我得到了跳远一年级女子组第五名的好成绩，还领到了属于我的奖品，真是太高兴了。看着同学们手里拿着各自的奖状和奖品，个个都笑开了花。就这样，运动会结束了。回到家，我累得不行，早早就睡觉了，感觉真是太好了。

I was a shy girl and I never dared to make performance in the public, but

everything will have the exception. Last week, our English teacher gave us a

job. All students needed to make performance in group. I was chosen to be the

protagonist in my team. At first, I told them that I couldn’t make it, but they

believed that I was the suitable person. So I practised hard and tried to get

over my fear. It was my stage. I stood in front of my classmates. With my

teammates, I finished my job. I felt so cool and dared to face so many

people.

星期三这天，天气变化多端，忽雨忽晴。我一大早就起来了，心里很兴奋，因为这两天是我们天长小学和金都小学、时代小学三校要举行“远动会”比赛，所以我感到非常激动。

来到学校，等同学们全都到齐后，何老师就马上带我们集合去校门口的大汽车上准备出发，到了那边，我们下了车进入大操场，啊!场地真雄伟，真壮观呀!大操场中间是主席台，两旁是座位，下面中间是一块绿色的草坪,旁边是红色的跑道。

老师安排我们按小组的座位坐下，然后又带我们练练出场式，做好准备。何老师很辛苦，忙的她脸上是通红通红的，热心的家长们也忙着照顾我们，给我们送水送棒冰送雨披。

过了一会儿，出场式开始了，我的心也飞腾起来，等轮到我们时，我们二(2)班同学们就像四十四位小精灵很有精神的站在主席台前面，我与郭淑怡、吴晨悦和金颖是在前面跳舞，王梓举班牌，其它同学们喊口号，主席台的老师们给我们热烈的掌声。

出场式结束了，比赛项目开始了，首先是广播体操比赛，同学们的脸上都带着微笑做的很认真，我心里暗暗祈祷为我们班加油,广播体操结束后，同学们回到了自己的位子看比赛，结下来是女子60米跑步，我们班的赵凯璐是“短跑健将”。她像一只灵巧的小燕子快速的追了上去，给我们班得了60米跑步第二名，金旭文也像勇猛的小老虎为我们班100米跑步得了第三名，陈嘉杨也不错男子跑步也得了第四名，第一天的比赛结束了。

第二天的比赛更精彩“接力赛”。比赛开始了，老师的一声呐喊，起跑的同学像离弦的箭一样，往前飞奔。把棒交给自己的队友。我们的队友也如猛虎下山，手里紧握接力棒，飞一般冲向自己的队友，把棒交给第三位同学。第四位、第五位......由于我们的齐心合力，最后我们班得了小组第一名，同学们欢蹦乱跳，开心极了!

啊!运动会在热烈的气氛中结束了!这次运动会是多么有意义、快乐呀!我郑重宣布：“这次运动会圆满成功”。

爸爸从小时就没有过上好日子，那时候能吃上一顿白面馍就已经是天大的好事了。因为奶奶体弱多病，所以爸爸很小就被放在姨奶奶家里，可姨奶奶对爸爸很不好，动不动就连打带骂的。去年，姨奶奶得了大病，进了医院，恰巧她的儿子又出差了，没有人照顾。爸爸听说后就请了几天假，特意回来照顾她，为这事，爸爸还被扣了几百元的奖金。每当别人问爸爸为什么这么做的时候，他认真地说：“毕竟她养了我几年，再说谁没有老的一天呢?”

im of the opinion that taiwans students are pathetic because they have too much pressure in their lives. because they have to pass the joint college entrance eam, they must study hard, to meet their teachers and parents epectations, they have to study day and night. but its such a shame because most students dont know what they really want and what their goals in their future should be. so what should they strive towards? should they only want to get the best grades and pass the jcee? the answer is no. in my view, all students should calm down for a few minutes and think earnestly about what they want.

锦兴小学的这些年来，我曾经历过四次运动会，其中最令我难忘的是三年级时的运动会。

那天，是个艳阳高照ˋ万里无云的好日子，老师带领全班到操场上集合。老师还帮我们在脸上画出多采多姿的图案，模样好像印第安人，在我们的期盼之下，运动会终于开始了，看完了许多才艺表演，有舞蹈、舞狮和其他精彩节目。仔细一看，我们班同学也有去跳舞呢!轮到三年级时，大家都兴高彩烈的跳舞，真像一位位活泼的小精灵!

Dear Tom,

Im just writing to let you know that were all well, and I hope you are, too. Unfortunately, Ive got some rather bad news for you: Im afraid I made a bit of a mess of Johns car. Anyway, heres what happened.

We were on our way to Carols after a long party, and I suppose it must have been about eleven o’clock. Well, the last few miles back home were really dark and deserted. I now realize I was probably going a bit too fast for a country lane because, although the road was fairly straight, I drove up onto the curb and went into a tree.

Of course, John was absolutely furious and started shouting at me and cursing. After we d argued for a few moments, we decided to look at the damage, and he calmed down a bit. Well, we found we could move the car, but the wing was caught on the wheel, so we couldnt drive it. I tried to pull the wing clear, but I didnt succeed.

Anyway, John went off to phone for a breakdown lorry, but while he was away, I had another go at the wing and this time succeeded in pulling it right off. I threw it onto the back seat, and by that time John got back and we were ready to go?so we didnt need the breakdown lorry at all. John has more or less forgiven me now, but he was very angry with me for a few days. I suppose I was a bit careless.

Many years ago there lived in Hangzhou a girl called Aqiao. One winter morning she walked into a valley. To her surprise， she found herself in a different world.
