接着，又进行了50米跑。50米，是速度的竞争，是爆发力的较量。这短短的几秒钟，短短的几米，装载着一个班级的期望。裁判一吹哨，比赛就开始了。运动员们飞快地向前奔去，就好似一阵无形的风从观众身边拂过。40米，30米，20米，越来越近了，运动员们开始冲刺。一霎那，冲过终点线，几乎是同时。

然后，又进行了许多单项比赛。有考验耐心的400米跑，考验体力的跳绳，还有考验臂力的垒球比赛。下午，我们还进行了三个团体项目，其中，最令我要印象深刻的就是拔河了。

第一局拔河，我们战胜了3班。第二局，我们就要和实力很强的二班比赛了。大家摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试，准备大干一场。比赛一开始，观众们就叫地惊天动地，我们处于落后状态。老师拼命地让他们往下倒，往后拔。大家齐心协力，终于打败了2班。

这次的运动会圆满结束，我们班也取得了很好的名次。

I am at present a student at Mary High School, Hong Kong, where I have been studying for the past five years. I passed the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination last year with distinctions in English and History, and credits in Economics and English Literature. My advanced-level subjects are History, Economics and English Literature. In addition to these subjects, "Use of English" is also a compulsory subject because a pass in English is a minimum requirement for admission to most faculties of the University of Hong Kong.

happiness in the heart is beyond all description. By watching various lanterns,

eating sweet Tang Yuan, and hanging out with the people we love, thinking of the

到我了，我参加了立定跳远。站在起点上，我看似沉稳，其实心里面很慌。我深吸了一口气，用力往前一跳——一米八六，成绩可不算好，我心里叫苦不迭。第二次跳，我不敢怠慢，知道这是我最后一次机会。我咬紧了牙关，使劲一跳——一米九一，我欣喜若狂!

在跳高比赛上发生了一件趣事，我们班的张尹宣不仅调皮，还好动，他参加了跳高比赛。在比赛时，他的脚勾到了竿，结果脸着地了。空气静止了两秒之后，大家哄然大笑。这小子平时皮得很，结果一到关键时刻就掉链子，真是白费他这么高的身高了。

运动会是我们大家都期待的活动，我们要好好对待。

伴随着一阵阵响亮的鼓声，实验小学迎来了第十一届春季田径运动会。

上午的赛事是100米、200米、400米、800米的竞赛，其中800米的赛事尤其精彩。赛事快开始了，大家各就各位，旁边的裁判体育老师说：“预备，跑!”，“砰”的一声枪响，一个个运动健儿像一匹匹脱缰的野马，直奔终点!我们302班的范旭红也参加了这场赛事，我们全体同学在操场边卖力地呐喊助威，最后，他不负众望夺得了第一名，为我们班争了光。

操场的西北面是投垒球，看啊!有个运动员摆出了“后羿射日”的架势，瞄准前方，使出吃奶的力气向外抛出一个弧线，翻滚着飞向前。

跳远赛事开始了，只见我们班上结实机灵的阳坤良同学，瞪了一蹬腿，耸一耸身，然后箭一样的向前跑去，将近板子时猛的一跳，凌空飞起，“啪”的一声完美落地，旁边的会都震开了。

虽然我这次运动会没拿上名次，心里有点难过，但是我为拿上名次的同学感到高兴，为我们班级感到自豪。总的来说，这时一场有趣的运动会，下次运动会，我真去拿上名次，为班级争光!

今天,我坐在窗前,无意间朝窗外望去,只见外面春光明媚，绿树成荫。

首先映入我眼帘的是一棵高大的木棉树，它的主干非常的直，经过一个冬天的寒冷，它的叶子还一片都没有长出来，看似干枯的枝头却挂满了奶白色的花朵。它们的形态各不相同，有的花瓣已经开始凋零;而有的开的真旺，仿佛一只只白色的大蝴蝶停在枝头;还有的才张开两三片的花瓣，好像对这个世界还有点儿害羞;还有的还是花骨朵儿，饱胀的快要裂开似的。“多美丽的花儿啊!”我不禁赞叹道。只见几只全身黑色仅肚皮有点白色的小鸟停在这棵木棉树上，一会儿这里啄啄，一会儿那里啄啄，还叽叽喳喳的叫几声，可爱极了。

在这棵木棉树的边上，还长着一棵香樟树，这棵香樟树已经有十一岁了，看上去是那样的枝繁叶茂，像是一把撑开的大伞。香樟树的大多数叶子都是一片碧绿，只有枝头最上面的一层是刚长出来的嫩黄色叶子

和下面的绿色形成鲜明的俩个层次。香樟树是四季常青的植物，据说还是有名的杀菌高手，所以不管在小区里、校园内、马路边，都能看到它的身影呢。

我的目光转向了香樟树的另一边，那里长着一棵小巧的桃树，只见它的枝干上长着三三两两的嫩绿色小叶子，淡粉色的花儿却是尽情盛开，占满枝头。树与树的间隙里，小草们在阳光的照耀下，春风的呼唤里，也都争先恐后的冒出了小脑袋，嫩绿色草坪上开满了各种各样的野花，红色的、粉色的、紫色的、黄色的……在小草的陪衬下，那么的娇美。

春天，真是个充满生机的季节啊!
