早上，我吃完饭后，兴高采烈的来到了学校。一进校门，我就看见许多同学在操场上做比赛前的准备：有的在练习跑步，有的在练习跳远，有点在练习跳绳，还有的在练习跳高。

到了八点多，运动会正式开始了，我们的心情既激动又紧张。我有两个项目，第一项是跳远，第二项是接力跑步比赛，首先是跳远比赛，老师告诉我们每人有三次机会，我这才放下心来。前两次我跳的都不好，心想：我跳得不好。

同学们会笑话我，要不就放弃吧!担又转念一想，如果就此放弃，太可惜了，还会给班级扯后腿，不行，第三次我一定要加油。坚定信心后，我卯足了劲，在同学们的鼓励下，我紧握双拳，全神贯注的助跑，快跑到沙坑的时候，我使出浑身的力量，纵身一跳，啊，这次的成绩比前两次的都好，同学们都替我高兴，纷纷给我鼓掌。

下一个项目是接力比赛，老师带我们来到起跑线上，给我们讲了比赛规则。我是接力比赛第一组上场的，一声枪响，我们飞快的跑起来，同学们你追我赶，毫不示弱。跑了一半的时候，我已经大汗淋漓，气喘吁吁，两腿发麻，一点力气也没有了。

哦，真不想再跑了，可是听见同学给我的加油声，我觉得我不能放弃，同学们信任我，选我为班级代表来比赛，我一定要拿到好成绩，一定要坚持下来。我使出浑身的力气拼命的跑着，在同学们得呐喊声中，我终于第一个到达了终点。最后，在我们班同学的共同努力下，我们班夺得了第一名。

这次运动会，我们班取得了很好的成绩，但是不能骄傲，平时还要多练练身体，争取明年取得更好地成绩。

今天，我们三年级六个班举行了100米跑步比赛，每班要推荐一名同学参加，我们班就选了我，因为去年我就是这个项目的第一名。  同学们纷纷对我说：你一定行，第一非你莫属。比赛前我一边做着 热身运动一边想，不就是个一百米比赛吗，小事一桩，第一肯定是我的。

终于轮到我隆重出场了，我们班同学为我加油的声音震耳欲聋。随着裁判的一声枪声，我们就像离弦的兔子，飞快的向前冲。一会我领跑、一会他领先，眼看就要到终点了，可是5班的一位同学处在第一的位置，我狠狠地咬了咬牙用尽全身的力气向前冲，结果我反超了他，得了第一名。

跑完之后，同学们围着我不停地欢呼着，跳跃着。老师也走过来轻轻的拍拍我的头说：你真棒！

Every time when summer comes, I am so looking forward to summer vacation, because I can make many plans in the long vacation. Last summer, I spent a month to stay with my uncle and his family.

They live in the north. When I got there, I found the weather there was not that hot and I liked the coolness. In the daytime, my cousin and I played on the beach, because we lived near the beach. 上星期四我们学校举行了一次秋季运动会，我是班里的名将，当然要大显身手了，这次比赛我参加了：800米长跑和接力赛。 比赛要开始了，我匆匆赶到比赛现场，60米赛跑开始了，60米赛跑是小组赛，每5人一组，第一组就有我，体育老师一吹哨我们就想跑也不敢跑，怕抢跑被罚出场，体育老师和我们说：“我一吹哨你们就跑。”我们都点点头，体育老师又吹哨了，我们像火箭一样冲了出去，最后我以绝对的优势获得了冠军。

体育老师宣布说：“请参加200米的同学到比赛场地集合。”我听不是我参加的项目，我可以休息休息了。我有点沾沾自喜。

them to be the wise persons. The rich people leave the invisible fortune, which

is their fame. Their children can have more chances to do their business or

receive better education with their family names. The wise rich men know the

The Olynpic Games The Olympic Games, first held in 776BC, has a history of more than one thousand yiars. The Games is held every four years. Many countries try their best to bid forhosting the Olympic Games. And every country does its best to get more medals in the Games. In 2000, the city of Sidney held the 27th Olympic Games. Over one hundred countries all over the world took part in it. We won 28gold medals that year. China, a major sport country, will hold the 29th Olympic Games in 2008. People from all walks of life are participating in various activities and making good preparations for it. There are five rings on the Olympic flag, which are considered to symbolize, the five continents: Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and America. The Olympic motto is: "Swifter, higher, stronger." I want to set up a flower shop. It’s my ideal work. I think flower is the

most beautiful gifts given by nature. And flower is a good way to express one’s

affection. Nowadays, sending flowers is more and more popular, to parents,

friends, teachers and spouse. So I think this business must be good. Moreover, I

like flowers very much and I am familiar various flowers. I will choose

different flowers for different people or preference. The most important is that

I want to transmit love and happiness by flowers.

Today is Thursday, and the school spring sports meeting. Early in the morning, I woke up, because this is the first time after I was in primary school sports meeting, and I also want to take part in the game? I am both excited and nervous.

现在的大人都说现在的小孩童年十分幸福：要什么有什么，穿得好，吃得好，衣来伸手，饭来张口……可我一点都不这么认为。 The current adults say that the children are very happy in childhood: what do you want, good food, good clothes, get your hands on, and open your mouth ... canI dont think so at all.
