下午，跳高比赛如火如荼的进行。我的好朋友张鹏韬参加了比赛，可是他跳高的技术并不是很好，赛前我找了木杆当标杆，帮他练习跳高，他终于会了点技巧。比赛开始了，标杆在一轮一轮地升高，张鹏韬好几次都是勉强过关，我的心也悬了起来。又一轮开始了，只见他飞速冲向木杆，先是白鹤亮翅，及而乌龟缩壳，眼看就要过去了，他却猛一伸左脚，标杆却飞了出来，还好，人掉在安全毯上，真是遗憾呀！

运动会结束了，我的测试成绩在告诉我：“在学习忙碌时，也不要忘了锻炼身体。”我小学的最后一次运动会，值得我铭记。

周五下午，一节课下来，我们全班同学在楼下排队到楼底下的安顺，等着运动会开始。

上午的天虽然阴沉沉的，但同学们仍然精神饱满，运动员们比得不分上下，个个展现出自己的本领，拉拉队们的喊声惊天动地，加油声、叹气声、欢呼声混在一起，此起彼伏。

时间飞快，一转眼就来到了下午。下午有我的比赛，很快就轮到我检录了。在比赛前，我心里明白，在我这小组里我拿第一几乎是不可能的，因为有海宁市800米第一名和去年的400米冠军在，更何况我在最前面的六道，这么多问题使我的压力像一座大山。但我又想，比赛是跟自己比，而且400米没有预赛，和快的一起不是能把我带动起来吗？

很快就轮到我了，一声枪响，我不管后面的人多快，只顾看着自己的赛道向前冲，后半程力气有没有到后面再说。事情并没有我想象中的那么好，刚到第二个拐弯处，海宁市第一名的那位好朋友向我大喊：跑慢一点儿！我这才反应过来，后面的同学已经追上来了，我想多用点力，可怎么也使不上劲，后面的同学与我持平了，我很着急，力气也不多了。这时候，我们班的拉拉队正在大声地为我加油鼓劲，都喊得跳起来了。我想，同学们这么使劲地为我鼓励，我不能让他们失望，想着我又加快了步伐，虽然显得无力，但我内心加快的欲望急剧强烈，一转眼冲向了终点。

比赛虽然结束了，但想想自己的比赛成绩，自感还得加强锻炼，争取来看更好的成绩。

运动会小学作文（三）

随着同学们的欢呼声，实验小学第十九届运动会拉开了帷幕，整个运动场上热闹极了，不管是学生还是老师，参赛选手还是围观同学，大家都为这次运动会做好了所有的准备。你知道吗，这次田径运动会真是激烈啊！

运动会的项目有跑步、跳运、实心球、垒球、跳高……每个班都派出了自己的精兵强将，誓要为班集体荣誉而战，我也被班主任委以重任，作为五（5）班的领军人物之一，参加了400米跑步和沙坑跳远。

跑400米其实是一个很累的项目，比赛就要开始了，我的心好像都要跳出来了。随着一声枪响，我拼尽全力往前冲，跑了大半圈，我冲在第一个，可我已经跑不动了，但又生怕被追上。我反复告诉自己：加油！加油！一定要努力！坚持就是胜利！当我听见啦啦队嘶声力竭地喊着：钱林楸加油！钱林楸第一！我用尽吃奶的力气奋力向终点跑去，可双腿好像不听使唤似的，我根本用不出力气，而且呼吸急促得好像要停止了。我不停地鼓励自己，给自己打气。快要到终点了，我使尽力气扑过终点，一下趴在地上。等我抬起满是灰层的脸，望见同学热情的向我竖大拇指，我灿烂的笑了，因为我知道我努力了，我成功了！

在其他同学比赛时，我也为他们加油打气，给他们鼓励。后来，同学告诉我400米我是所有参赛选手的第一名，我听到这个消息欣喜若狂，看来我的努力没有白费。再后来，沙坑跳远我也为班级争得了第一。在这次运动会上，我体会到了运动的快乐，为集体奋斗的快乐！
