4月28日

早晨我早早地起床，穿上统一的“哈哈笋”班服。但天不遂人愿，天下起了雨，而且越下越大，我想：运动会应该不会开了。不过校方表示还要开。因为7：30要到校，我急忙加快速度，终于在规定时间内赶到了学校。我穿上了家委会准备好的草裙，上面白T，下面紫色的草裙，我们班个个精神抖擞。

9：00雨停了，学校开始举行运动会开幕式。六年级先进场，随着《运动员进行曲》的响声，我们缓缓地进入操场。今年的开幕式和往年大有不同，要求每班表演一个节目，我们表演的是了《咖喱咖喱》。轮到我们班了，随着阵阵口令声，我们很快找到了自己的位置，这时熟悉的音乐在耳边响起，“泰国，新加坡……”我们熟练地跳着，个个激情洋溢、精神抖擞。跳完了，这时“青青翠竹，团结向上”的口令在我们口中响起，紧接着又是“一二一，一二一……”的叫喊声。老天还不罢休，才十分钟呢，又开始下起了倾盆大雨，但我们要站到所有表演结束啊！最终我们在操场上站了40分钟，一个个变成了落汤鸡，灰溜溜地回到了教室。

4月29日上午

上午我要参加400米比赛，原来的安排是28日下午的，因为天气原因改到29日的第一个项目。结果早上因为匆忙忘记带好了水杯，到了学校才发现，我心急如焚，就像热锅上的蚂蚁团团转。“怎么办，怎么办。”天气好像也和我作对，天气晴朗的今天仿佛在嘲笑我的坏记性，忘了就忘了，不管这么多了……我气喘呼呼来到操场上，并急匆匆别好6422的号码布。这时我的大救星出现了——外婆拿着水杯出现在学校栏杆外，我急忙走过去和外婆打招呼。

时间飞快，不一会儿就要到我们小组跑了，我急忙调整好姿势，准备开始跑起来，但在平常看似小小的操场，现在仿佛比整个太平洋还要大。第一圈我使出吃奶的劲终于在小组里排名第三，不过很快我跟不上队伍了，后面的同学一个一个地超过了我，我急了使出全身力气奋力向终点冲去。这时我已气喘吁吁、上气不接下气，连忙去找外婆拿杯子喝水。接着我去看成绩，得了倒数的“铜牌”，花了1分34秒。虽然倒数第三，不过我还是很开心，因为比去年的成绩，有一点点前进。然而，这次跑步因为没控制好节奏，跑得太急不舒服，于是我立马冲进了厕所，一冲进厕所便开始呕吐不止，幸好有水杯，否则我就难受死了。

4月29日下午

下午我调整好身体，准备迎接下午的800米跑步，但老天忍不住又“落泪”了。下午三点，仍下着牛毛细雨，这800米还没跑呀，这可咋办啊！和我一起跑800米、同甘共苦的同学说：“今天不用跑了！”但最后你们也知道，这是逃也逃不掉的。

随着雨越下越大，我的心情也越来越沉重。这时男子800米比赛开始了，他们冒雨进行，他们并没有被这瓢泼大雨吓倒，而是更努力地向终点冲去。经过五分钟时间最后一个运动员也冲过终点。

轮到我们女生了，老师开始着急了，让我们17个人一起跑。随着“砰”的一声枪响，运动员们像离弦的箭一样冲了出去，我也不甘落后，紧紧跟在队伍的中间，和着雨水的“滴答”声，我竟然忘记自己跑了几圈，完全和景物融为一体。当同学们喊“刘**加油”时，我才醒悟过来这是在比赛啊！我忍不住问旁边的同学”还有几圈啊？”他们说只有一圈了，我赶紧使出全身力气向终点奔去。

啊，终于结束了，虽然已被淋成“落汤鸡”，我还是很高兴，因为我没有跑最后一名，而是倒数第六。这不光是我自己的努力，也是同学们的鼓励和帮助。

5月5日上午

星期天我们补办了上星期还未办过的闭幕式。我们得了全年级团体第三名的好成绩我们很开心。

这是小学的最后一次运动会，很圆满也很成功。这次运动会给我小学生活添上了许多精彩的回忆。——后记

今天又是一年一度的运动会，我也是运动员，所以心里十分紧张、害怕。真希望自己能得个好成绩，为班级争光。

我参加的是垒球比赛。终于轮到我了，我使劲全力投出了第一个球，自己觉得发挥的很好，果然超过了王莲莲。第三次，我使出全身的力气投过去，身体也跟着出去了，我知道这次我肯定发挥的超好，果然比我第一次的落点远了很多。直到最后一个同学投完，我才松了一口气，同时，我兴奋地跟钱老师说：“我得了第一名。”钱老师说：“太好了，你真厉害！”心想，下午还有800米呢，我一定跑好，争取再得一个第一名。

800米比赛开始了，我是第五道的，妈妈在赛前一再嘱咐我不要一开始冲得很快，一定要保存体力。比赛开始了，枪声一响，我就冲了出去跑在了第一个，第一圈的弯道时，褚凡从内道超过了我，我一鼓作气又反超到了她前面。妈妈说：“很好，就保持这样的速度，加油！”第一、第二圈我遥遥领先，甩下了所有的对手，第三圈时我很累，可是听到同学和老师的加油声，我咬牙坚持，听到一声枪响，我知道最后一圈了，于是加快摆臂速度，加大了步伐，我回头看了她们一眼，跟我有很大的距离，但我也不敢松懈，最后50米，钱老师陪着我一起跑，一边跑，一边给我喊加油，我又得了一个第一名。

这是偶尔在网上看到的某一小学勉励孩子们的一首小诗。该校的理念是：让学生学会学习，让孩子每天像整理家务一样整理自己的学业。

此次活动的时间虽然不长，为了不让我的感触悄悄溜走，我也试着去问自己，我确实需要去理一理我对本次活动的思考与反思。

此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课，内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课，随后，张凝老师为我们作了点评，并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

反思一：如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

最后引用李开复博士的一句话：“有勇气来改变可以改变的事情，有胸怀来接受不可改变的事情，有智慧来分辨两者的不同”，做最好的自己，做快乐的自己，相信自己一定可以成功！

动物园里的动物可真多呀!有可爱的小兔子，有笨重的大猩猩，还有那美丽的孔雀。远处有鸳鸯在水中嬉戏，我扔了食物给它们，它们就立刻跑过来抢食，真是太可爱了。最有趣的就是铁门边的那些猴子，它们在那里跳来跳去，还有一群猕猴在抢瓶子呢!只要有人拿瓶子逗它们玩，它们就很灵活地过来抢。有些顽皮的小孩子递给它们可乐，它们毫不客气，接过就大口大口地喝了起来。这真是一群淘气又聪明的猴子呀!

Early rising

Early rising is a good habit for everyone. It is good for us in many ways.

Firstly, it helps to keep us healthy. We can breathe the fresh air in the morning. Its fun for us to take a walk along the street.

Secondly, early rising helps us with our studies. When we get up very early in the morning, everything around us is quiet. In the morning we learn more quickly and memorize what we learn easily.

Thirdly, early rising gives us enough time to get ready for our work, such as to wash our hands and faces and eat breakfast properly.

According to a recent article on Newsweek concerning children’s’ education,

there is an increasing number of parents worrying their kids to an extreme

extent, depriving them of independence and freedom by keeping them around

parents all the time.

Some people applaud this phenomenon, suggesting that kids’ safety is the

most important. Thus, they’d better not enter the hazardous society without

supervision unless they become adults. From my point of view, some of their

opinion is correct but keeping children away from independence is a completely

erroneous decision. The reasons are as follows:

First and foremost, “locking kids” may hinder their healthy growth, both

mentally and physically. The kids who are locked may have heavy reliance on

their parents, as their comprehensive skills such as communication skills or

cooperative spirit being prevented from developing.

Secondly, what these parents fail to see is the fact that the crime rate

and accidents aren’t on a rapid rise. It is the abuse of mass media that make

crimes and violence more scary. The parents, who love their kids so much, are

completely forced to live under the illusion that our society is full of riots

or threats of accidents. Thus, kids can be allowed to have more freedom such as

walking to school by himself, for instance.

From what has been discussed above, we may safely draw a conclusion that

kids should be given more freedom by parents’ effort. At the same time, parents

should take many factors into consideration such as the time restriction for

children and the evaluation to kids’ maturity and capability. Only then can they

enjoy a safe and meaningful childhood.

Today is my long-awaited holiday - "National Day". In the morning, I put on my clothes and traveled with my father and mother.
