一年一度的秋季运动会开始了！

一：运动会

11月30日早上晨间劳动结束后老师就叫我们搬着凳子到下面的操场上去参加运动会的开幕式。来到场地过了一会儿老师把闪光球和太阳花发给我们每一个学生。她同时告诉我们：“等一下要进行大型文艺演出那时请你们把太阳花戴在头上把闪光球拿在手里。”我们异口同声地说：“知道了！”

二：春季运动会

今天，我们实验二校举行了隆重的春季运动会。首先是精彩的开幕式。四年级的同学们敲敲打打，会场上鼓号齐鸣。

径赛开始了，先是九年级的同学比赛，在这一刻，我很紧张。因为李老师让我在最前面看人家怎样冲刺，我仔细的看着，认真的学着。只见这些运动员冲刺的时候，都抬头挺胸，咬紧牙关使劲向前冲。

星期五的上午阳光明媚，我们来到第七中学运动场上举行一年一度的春季运动会。同学们兴高采烈，热闹非凡。

比赛开始了，首先进行的是女子400米长跑，我们班的赵利会一开始就把别人甩的老远，夺得了第一，为我们班争得了荣誉。

第一个游戏是瞎子背瘸子，游戏的规则是：把全班分成两个组，然后两个人组成一队，一个人当“瞎子”，要用红领巾蒙住眼睛，另一个人扮“瘸子”，要让“瞎子”背着，并为“瞎子”指路，绕过路障，到达终点时，要把事先准备好的气球踩破，哪组的人先全部到达了终点，为赢。比赛开始了，我的扮演角色是“瘸子”，我指挥着“瞎子”王际玮绕过了一道道路障，并快速的踩破了气球，而我们组的组员跑得都快，于是我们赢得了比赛的胜利。

紧接着，学校组织了一场拔河比赛。同学们都兴高采烈地来到拔河的地方，寂静的湿地公园顿时就沸腾起来，同学们都热切地期待着比赛的开始。比赛开始前，只见赵老师把我们班的队员按照从高到矮的顺序排好。随着裁判的一声令下，比赛开始了。只见队员们的身体向后倾斜着，脚抵着脚，并用力蹬着地，使出九牛二虎之力将绳子往我们这边拉。突然，不知哪个同学倒下了，于是后面的同学都纷纷倒下，对方趁我们兵力欠缺的一瞬间，一把夺过绳子，把我们打败了。

第二局比赛开始了，我们吸取了上一局的教训，队员们都憋足了劲，拼命的拉着绳子。终于，在大家坚持不懈的努力下，我们取得了第二局的胜利。

同学们都满怀信心地期待着第三局的胜利，可绳子不听使唤，一点一点地向对方那么移动，尽管大家使出了吃奶的劲，但还是没有成功。

从这次比赛中，我明白了一个道理：我们不能骄傲，要团结协作，才能把一件事情干好。

真是一次有趣而快乐的金秋运动会。
